Easy to start at the Louvre and wind our way around Paris. Not alot of hopping on and off. We only did this once. Great bus ride though and definitely saw all the sites. The "optional" Siene river ride is an extra €16. Be aware.
Clean punctual vehicles, kind and considerate staff. Comprehensive historical and customary comments and explanations. Some inaccuracies regarding French cuisine.

We actually rode it once in the morning and again that evening. We enjoyed the second tour best because we were able to better pay attention to what was being said and was able to focus on the item being talked about. Got some really nice pictures too.
It was on time. Air conditioned. Comfortable seat. Good price. Bus stop well signposted.

So cozy so fast and great trip from Paris Beauvais airport to Paris city center! I enjoyed the ride was great fresh and lovely bus, wow what an experience, much better then any taxi! 😍😍😍
I ordered a ticket on the website very easily. The staff was understanding. The bus ride was very smooth, and the price was very good. Overall, it was worth traveling such a distance with this company.
If you have never seen the city, before seeing the highlights I recommend a ride on the bigbus to get a global idea and at once see the main sights accompanied by a nice and engaging audio. The experience is definitely worth the cost of the ticket

Short waiting time, nice stops, great explanations via headphones, also interesting for younger children. We had a very friendly driver. Definitely worth the money if you have younger children with you who can't cope with long distances. Thank you very much!

We had a short time in Paris, so jumped on this to make sure we got to all the best spots.. it's a little expensive, but when on a short time frame it works really well..
It was so easy to find and hop on, way better than any other transportation to the airport - got there very quickly as well!
The agility and competence of the company to board all passengers on time, the buses are new and reliable for a fast and safe journey.

Being able to see most of the monuments without walking, with explanations. A driver who was very well behaved, not brusque.
View original review in French
Not much. I was expecting more thorough narration of what we were passing on the route. Also, a few more stops would be appropriate. For example, there was no stop at or near Les Invalides, where Napoleon is buried.
It was quick and comfortable, it was near the airport and we didn't have to wait for the bus. The bus dropped us just by the metro station so it was very easy to go to the city centre.
The service provided by Big Bus Paris is excellent. In addition to the organization at each stop, the friendly interaction of the staff with your guests and the excellent performance of the bus drivers made this day an enjoyable and informative one. The audio tour is very nice and easy to understand.

Rate trip back was busy very busy, lots of people lined up no bus came for ages maybe 1hour in the heat. No info on what was happening or how long we be there. Support team offer no help to people around them. Yes I got to my end destination if I ever use it back again I will come earlier.
Quick and uncomplicated access to the Eiffel Tower with a nice guide (Sol). Followed by a great city tour in an open double-decker. A relaxed way to discover Paris!

The bus tour was great we get on get off and see most of the masterpieces. The Eiffel tour was unorganized because of the tour guide and information given. I couldn't find the meeting point and I didn't understand why we meet up 15 mins away to the gate/enterance to the tower while every tour guides meeting at the gate. Even though I said I can't walk 15 mins away to the gate with my old mom with walking disabilities and waiting the group at the gate that we will up to the tower, the tour guide named I guess Artun from Qualium, was really impolite and did not interested at all. Nobody didn't hear him vos no headphones or nothing provided. he rushed out at the second floor, no pictures nothing, couldn't see around. at the peak again he couldnt organize the group. It was a chaos trying to rushing after him. It would be better for us if we didn't waited him 45 mins and up the tower by ourselves.
The bus ride was a pleasant experience overall — the seats were clean and comfortable, the crew was friendly and helpful, and the bus stop was easy to find, making the whole journey smooth and stress-free.
Our family of three adults and five teenagers booked this on our Paris Stay in the end of July 2025. There is no tourguide but they have audio to listen to while driving around the city. The kids rrallly enjoyed experiencing the city in this manner versus walking or taking public transportation. The lines were not bad at all to get on.
Good organization and punctuality. Improveable ticket service at the machines which does not offer the possibility to make children's tickets at reduced price as online.

It was perfect but exhausting. Waiting times were too long. This was my second visit to Disneyland and the first time for Marvel themes. The Avengers roller coaster was incredible.
It was amazing experience. Although I went on weekday, it was still crowded in the main park. I waited nearly an hour for each game. The highlighted were: Peter Pan, "it's a small world", Pirates of Carribean, Haunted Mansion. The last show with firework were fantastic. I recommend to stay until the last show around 10.40pm in the summer. Definitely come back next time
The park is beautiful and truly fantastic! Unfortunately, the long queues really impacted the overall experience 😔. We spent quite a lot of money, but sadly we couldn’t even see or try half of the attractions. That was disappointing. However, the place itself is absolutely stunning!
Very easy to use . Tickets were emailed straight away and no issue scanning them at euro Disney , we had the best day , so glad we travelled over from Ireland . We love France , Alice
Discovery land and adventure isle !! The fact that I could buy themed souvenirs for loved ones was great. I felt like a little girl all over again. It was magical!!!!

A bus is great for getting an overview of the city and its sights. You remain super flexible. I personally didn't like the audio guide, too much music... I would have liked more information. The boat trip on the Seine was very nice. All in all it was a great day, everything just worked out, I would do it again and again.

Everything was perfect: welcome, friendliness, driving! The only hitch was the Trocadéro departure point. It says "à côté du musée de l'Homme" (next to the Musée de l'Homme) but, perhaps because of construction work, the pick-up point is opposite, on avenue du président Wilson. So we missed 3 buses! Fortunately, the 3rd driver made us understand to go the other way! Note that we were 2 slightly elderly women, unable to pick up the pace! Smiles. That said, the rest was perfect!

Being able to get on and off the bus at such key locations made for an incredible day in Paris. The Musee D"Orsay was stunning and a must see.
Bus came often, stopped at tourist spots, as told. There was someone to guide you at the pick up location. Seats are ok. Bus was easy to spot on the streets of Paris
That it was so easy to get to the most iconic places in Paris, without problems and that the feet could rest a little 😀

Eiffel Tower tour was great. No issues with that and worth it. Hop On stop 7 did not exist despite being told by the support robot that it was. Had to walk to the next stop.
The Hop on Hoff bus was fine. When we finally got to the Eiffel Tower everything was fine too. However, they advertise the Eiffel Tower without queuing. This is a lie as the guide buys the tickets on site and we stood in line for 2 hours.

The guide did not speak Spanish, but he was very nice and we understood each other. Although I would have liked to understand what he was saying about the history of the tower...

The sights of Paris are a wonder that's for sure. The tour was very informative and I also admired the driving skills of the driver in such a busy city. The boat trip also was exciting and informative. I would totally recommend.
The bus was not working during the morning, but when I bought the tickets there was no information regarding this. I would have liked to be informed before the purchasing and I would have bought the tickets on another day
The guide was very knowledgeable. The bus was easy to take and convenient. It stop close to all the attractions. It was also an easy and fast way to get around in the city.
The bus driver left us sitting on the bus for 20 minutes and didn't say a word that he wasn't going any further. He simply aborted the bus journey. That's not acceptable at all. We were very disappointed and had to make a very long journey home with children. Compensation would be desirable here.

Had to stand, not enough seats and so no access to oral guide sockets. Need more buses!!! Should never have been admitted on the bus, no-one properly checking there were enough seats available upstairs, it was too late to get off again so had to stand on moving bus for first 3 stops, not easy when you're in 70s! Poor value in the circumstances and wouldnt recommend!
The most important sights are served. Friendly staff. Usually a new bus after a short time. Less music, more information about Paris, the buildings or history would be even better.

Easy to use and informative. I did the boat cruise plus the bus and would recommend doing both, seeing the city from both perspectives. I did make a mistake in assuming that the river cruise had two stops so missed my spot at Notre Dame, but other than that would recommend doing this.
The experience in the tower, excellent, especially the guide.... The part of the visit was the best... very friendly and polite. I didn't like the bus, the employees were rude, starting with the lady in the office... Bad experience... I do not recommend it

Quick and easy to buy tickets online Bus ride was the best ever. No negatives.
I bought 48 hours but was only provided 24 hours! I should get a refund for only receiving 24 hours!
We like to use a hop on hop off bus in an unknown city because we see more than walking and using public transport. Paris is a beautiful city, but there is a lot of preparation for the Olympic Games and some sights cannot be visited. Bus drivers were kindly and helpful and they drive very well. There was a problem with online buyed ticket but staff solved it in the Big Bus center.
In 2 days you got a good overview of the most important buildings in Paris. The entrance ticket to the Panthéon gave us new insights into French history. History. Note: Check the functioning of the connection points for the headphones. Twice they did not work.

Our initial bus did NOT take the designated route, he did not take us to the Arc de Triomphe. We stayed on the bus thinking he would do it on the next tour but he didnt and we had to get off at a traffic light and walk to the monument but noticed many more BIGBUS buses taking persons to the site, It totally ,essed up our schedule that day. It was a waste of my time and money. I would prefer to book other smaller cruises tho they are more expensive instead of lining up for more than an hour in sweltering heat being hoarded like cattle. Our tickets were not accepted by the Pantheon staff after walking uphill to the site and then had to take the train back to effiel because our bus was the last in the area. Please coordinate with the admissions persons at the door of the Pantheon as we were denied access and told the tickets were for a bus tour and not admission. We did inform the attendant at Effiel Tower site but tho sympathetic he was not helpful, we were informed that we can use the ticket anytime in the future but we were leaving the ext day and already had other things scheduled. I am very DISSATISFIED as this was my dream vacation and BIGBUS wasted valuable time and caused undue fustration from the very start. Two of the buses we used had no wifi, were old and not kept cleaned, litter were strewn on the floor, I would recommend intermittent cleaning of the bus as wel as bins placed on the bus, so fellow tourists can dispose of their litter. I WILL NOT Recommend anyone using this tour. Spend the the time visiting the sites yourself and reading or listening to the site's audiotour.
Seine river cruise is closed from 18th July 2024 to 26th July 2024 because of opening ceremony of Olympics which was not informed to me and I had taken the tickets with seine river cruise, rest all was definitely good about Big Bus, I just expect as I wasn't given access to seine river cruise, money charged for my seine river cruise should be refunded to me for both the passengers. Kindly do the needful and oblige. Thanks and regards, Vikas Garg
I bought a 48-hour ticket. It only printed a 24-hour ticket. I spent hours trying to get to stop 1 because no one could help me. The bus didn't stop twice to get to stop 1, which was very stressful for my elderly mother. It became a very unpleasant experience. Everyone questioned me and made me feel like I'd done the wrong thing when it was a technical problem. At stop 1, they tried to make it clear that I'd done the wrong thing when it clearly said 48 hours HOHO. not a great experience at all. A day spent trying to fix your technology.

Not much. I was expecting more thorough narration of what we were passing on the route. Also, a few more stops would be appropriate. For example, there was no stop at or near Les Invalides, where Napoleon is buried.

One of the most beautiful experiences in Paris was to see the Opera Garnier, a historic, imposing, lush and emotionally charged building. The details of the construction are breathtaking and as soon as you step inside, your world changes. The opera house is not just a place, it is a state of being. It transports you into a story and allows you to dream and imagine what it was like in ancient times...

A bus is great for getting an overview of the city and its sights. You remain super flexible. I personally didn't like the audio guide, too much music... I would have liked more information. The boat trip on the Seine was very nice. All in all it was a great day, everything just worked out, I would do it again and again.

Nice experience with this combo tickets to Louvre Museum and Versailles. Is better to have the bookung at the desired time to avoid to stay at long lines.
The eternal queuing despite having a reservation and a ticket is more than annoying. In the Louvre it spreads out a little after you have passed the second, correct ticket control. For Mona Lisa, plan to queue for another half an hour to an hour. The mass of people and abundance of exhibits is overwhelming - you need several days to take a cursory look at "everything".

Everything was as expected. We entered with no delay .It was well organised . I hope our visit to Vatican turns to be as good as well
Easy to start at the Louvre and wind our way around Paris. Not alot of hopping on and off. We only did this once. Great bus ride though and definitely saw all the sites. The "optional" Siene river ride is an extra €16. Be aware.
Admission went perfectly. Ticket for 12:30 - inside the Louvre at 12:32. Whether this was due to the head out - I don't know - I think we would have got in with any other ticket. We had already joined the queue at 11:30 and were therefore right at the front of the line. TIP: Be there 1 hour in advance - then you'll be inside quickly at the specified time - the stewards will make sure of that outside. AND: You first have to show and scan your ticket when you are inside and want to go to one of the halls - not at the entrance, where only the bags are checked (scanner like at the airport) and not down in the hall under the pyramid roof. The better entrance is at the pyramid - not at the Caroussell - it's full everywhere - but it's much better at the pyramid ... Getting out of the Louve is more difficult than getting in - we got lost several times despite flyers and signs - finally found the Caroussell exit where there is a shopping mile. As the mall is already full anyway and then the long queues to get into the Louvre - unbelievable and bad. Outside at the pyramid it is very well organized. But you need at least 3 hours to see a small part of it. It's best to go in twice on different days to see everything. Everyone just wants to see the Mona Lisa anyway - further through the Egyptian finds, total emptiness ...

Everything went well. We received our tickets by e-mail 2 days before entry. We only waited 15 minutes in front of the entrance. I can only recommend Hedout.

We actually rode it once in the morning and again that evening. We enjoyed the second tour best because we were able to better pay attention to what was being said and was able to focus on the item being talked about. Got some really nice pictures too.
It is the most interesting museum, and with the audio guide you are immersed in the history of the paintings, it would just need to be better organized for the viewing of the Mona Lisa, to give everyone a way to be able to see it from the front... All in all, a very good experience.

It was nice to visit the Louvre with the audio guide. This way you can follow their mapped out routes and saw the biggest sights. Good to get extra information at the museum.

The Louvre is by far the largest museum we have ever visited as a family. It wasn't the Mona Lisa, but the variety and age of the really different exhibits that impressed us deeply. And in many of the works of art, the LOVE for detail speaks for itself. Really impressive. And we "only" visited the first level.

We booked two tickets for us parents and none for our teenage kids three months ahead and I was very nervous about getting the tickets only one day in advance and not having any for my kids. The Headout Support I wrote to, however, was very prompt and efficient in their replies. In the end everything worked out perfectly and the Louvre was totally worth it! Thx Headout!
THE TICKET IN APP WAS INCOMPREHENSIBLE ACCESS AND AT THE MUSEUM ENTRANCE I HAD TO STUDY YOUR APP TO GET THE FAMILY IN

The meeting point was clearly communicated and the tour operators were organized and knew what they were doing. It seemed a little excessive to be there 30 minutes before tour time but it wasn't as we were there at opening and the lines were forming quickly. They kept us all together and explained the entry process well, including two different security/bag checks. The skip-the-line was helpful as tower security helped ensure that our group was able to proceed and they detained people trying to move ahead without that option. Sharon was our group guide and she was very knowledgeable and kept up with all of us even while she explained all the history of the tower. It was a great experience and I recommend Experience First for your tours. And be sure to book tickets to the Summit (by elevator). It's awesome up there.
Alexandra is a good guide. She gave us a good explanation of the construction of the Iron Lady. We thank her for waiting for us when we were a little late.

It was a real tremendous breathtaking experience being all the way up which I've never been an experience I'll never ever forget
So good 😊 Just need better communication & couldn't download tickets 🎫. Thanks to tour guide Ruth things ran like clockwork. They even sang Happy birthday in French to my wife loved it . Many thanks Ruth lovely guide & spoke good English.
The guide went out of his way to allow us to go up to the top floor that was suddenly closed due to too many people. The sunset from there was magnificent.

Although it was windy raining and chilly, the guide was cheerful accommodating and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my experience
Great tour guide, Louise, made the process seamless. A beautiful clear day, making the view clear and stunning. Always a beautiful view, but shame about being so busy and popular, but that also adds to the atmosphere.
The tour guide was great. She knew a lot about the tower and was able to incorporate jokes and made it a great experience.
The tour guide was always very attentive and explained everything very well, making sure we were comfortable and well informed.

The whole booking process was very seamless. I found the guide (Natalie) very easily and she did an amazing job explaining the history of the Eiffel Tower. Learnt so many cool things that I didn't know before. Would highly recommend the guided tour for a more in-depth experience.
Edmond, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and efficient. Kept our entire group engaged. It was a bummer that we were unable to reach the summit that day due to technical issues with the elevator. Overall a great experience

Unforgettable Eiffel Tower Summit Tour – Thanks to Joanna! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Finding our guide was easy, and from the very beginning, Joanna stood out with her professionalism. She gave us a clear safety briefing and set expectations early on—there was no skip-the-line access, and we might have to wait. And we did—almost two hours! But honestly, it didn’t feel that long at all because Joanna kept us thoroughly engaged. With her arsenal of fun facts, quirky trivia, and rich history of the Eiffel Tower, she turned what could’ve been a frustrating wait into an educational and entertaining part of the experience. Her energy, knowledge, and customer service were second to none—hands down the best I’ve encountered during my entire trip in Paris. Joanna didn’t just guide us to the top—she elevated the whole experience. Highly recommended!
Yussef was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Being at the top looking out over the city was our favorite.
This was one of the best tours I have been a part of. Rafael was nothing short of amazing. He was friendly, very informative, and made sure everyone had an enjoyable experience. We also zipped past security and all of the lines. I highly recommend!
