Easy to start at the Louvre and wind our way around Paris. Not alot of hopping on and off. We only did this once. Great bus ride though and definitely saw all the sites. The "optional" Siene river ride is an extra €16. Be aware.
Clean punctual vehicles, kind and considerate staff. Comprehensive historical and customary comments and explanations. Some inaccuracies regarding French cuisine.

We actually rode it once in the morning and again that evening. We enjoyed the second tour best because we were able to better pay attention to what was being said and was able to focus on the item being talked about. Got some really nice pictures too.
Beautiful experience, we were able to see Paris with its most important monuments with so much ease, we had the opportunity to hear in Italian the explanation each site in great detail, and then we also took the cruise on the Seine River experience to definitely recommend.

Very impressive to climb to the top of the tower 🗼 and the car ride 🚌 is very instructive to know where everything is and it is also very nice. It is very worth the 2 rides.

Everything uncomplicated and a great guided tour of the Eiffel Tower
View original review in German
Ticketing experience was great! Easy and all the information you need and all in one app. The Big Bus was good, the kids found it a bit slow. Eiffeltower was great! Experienced and friendly tour guide. Ruth was well organized and gave us all instructions we needed.
The Hop on Hoff bus was fine. When we finally got to the Eiffel Tower everything was fine too. However, they advertise the Eiffel Tower without queuing. This is a lie as the guide buys the tickets on site and we stood in line for 2 hours.

I liked that the bottom of the bus was airconditioned and I loved learning the facts of Paris on our way through the city. What a fun way to learn about everything. The driver was curious and the trip was smooth.
The guide did not speak Spanish, but he was very nice and we understood each other. Although I would have liked to understand what he was saying about the history of the tower...
View original review in Spanish
The sights of Paris are a wonder that's for sure. The tour was very informative and I also admired the driving skills of the driver in such a busy city. The boat trip also was exciting and informative. I would totally recommend.
I didn't find that the stops were at the most convenient locations , for example the Louvre stop was about a 5-7 minute walk from the museum even though it says there is a stop across from the pyramid. The busses were clean and ran frequently so you never had to wait long for one. The options given for feedback were not really relevant to my situation.
The bus was not working during the morning, but when I bought the tickets there was no information regarding this. I would have liked to be informed before the purchasing and I would have bought the tickets on another day
The guide was very knowledgeable. The bus was easy to take and convenient. It stop close to all the attractions. It was also an easy and fast way to get around in the city.
The bus driver left us sitting on the bus for 20 minutes and didn't say a word that he wasn't going any further. He simply aborted the bus journey. That's not acceptable at all. We were very disappointed and had to make a very long journey home with children. Compensation would be desirable here.

Had to stand, not enough seats and so no access to oral guide sockets. Need more buses!!! Should never have been admitted on the bus, no-one properly checking there were enough seats available upstairs, it was too late to get off again so had to stand on moving bus for first 3 stops, not easy when you're in 70s! Poor value in the circumstances and wouldnt recommend!
The most important sights are served. Friendly staff. Usually a new bus after a short time. Less music, more information about Paris, the buildings or history would be even better.
View original review in German
Ticketing experience was smooth. Liked that we could just stay on the bus for a round ( good seats! ) then for second round we stopped where we wanted to.
The attention given by the guides during the visit to the Eiffel Tower and their availability to help you. The access to the multilingual audio guide on the bus that tells you the history of the places visited.

Buying tickets on line was simple. sent ticket to phone on Big Bus app. The day was nice and seeing the sights from the Big Bus was great.
The Hop ON OFF bus was great for us touring Paris. We got to see all of the sights. Friday was a bit more crowded than it was on Saturday on the bus. At some time we had to wait in line to get on.

Hop on, sit back, and float through the heart of Paris like a baguette on a lazy afternoon. Glide under arched stone bridges, as the Eiffel Tower waves you off, while Notre Dame, Louvre, and Musée d’Orsay line up like gems on your river runway.
The route allowed us to see the top sights in 2 hours. The river cruise rounded off the experience. The frequency of the buses is very short and so there were no waiting times. However, we did not receive a map or the offer of headphones. 🎧 We used the app for the audio guide, but this was a bit cumbersome. It was also difficult to identify the route in the app. All in all, however, we received exactly the offer we were looking for.

The Eiffel Tower tour guide was excellent & a special mention to our guide "Hendrick" who was professional/ very informative & had a great sense of humour. I personally thought he helped to pass the time queing & made the whole experience a joy ***** 5 stars from me & my daughter. The hop on hop off Tootbus was again a great means to see all the treasures of Paris & with the audio information made it even better, again ***** 5 stars 👍 Thank you 🤩

Great service and very easy to hop on and hop off and the cruise was awesome
Very informative tour! Stops at most of the top attractions in Paris. Our family of 4 had a great time!
Easy way to explore the center of Paris. Very easy and correct website, to find Bus Stop.
The city tour was very good. It makes you realize how close the sights are to each other. The only problem we had was finding the departure point. We wanted to get on at the Grand Palais. But we couldn't find a stop. I opened the help chat via the app. We then found out that the stop had been moved due to the national holiday tomorrow. We were then directed to the next one. All in all, however, it was very good and the Seine trip was also nice.

The tour itself was fine! Nobody can do anything about the heat on those days, but the air in the bus was really stuffy and certainly didn't have to be like that!
View original review in German
The waiting times for the bus and the times to reach the next destination were far too long due to the congestion problems in Paris.

All the top spots and frequent buses Just be careful about start time- first bus would have been 50 mins after stated start time- so walked to louve and got early one
A convenient way to visit Paris; especially in the great heat of the past few days. Bravo and Thank You. Stefano Maculotti and family

The courtesy of the bus drivers, always kind and attentive to the passengers. The itinerary that covered almost all the main points of 'interest. The very good app with the real-time location of the buses and directions to the nearest stop. I had already used Tootbus with satisfaction in Brussels, in Paris I had confirmation of the quality of the service: definitely better than the well-known competitor with the red buses.

...a great bargain if you upgrade your bus tour with a river cruise...if you've got the time expect a full day of touring...
Volume control of the audio guide broken. Too much music instead of information. Texts superficial and too little content. Good organization overall though.

not having to queue at the cash desk. nice cruise with good commentary. the bus was great for visiting from a great height.
View original review in French
The bus ride was all right except the volume control on the minijack system didn't work. Neither did I like the repeating and often belated messages on the loudspeaker about getting our cameras out because something great was about to appear. On the opposite end of the scale was the guide on the boat trip. She was outstanding!!!! Interchanging constantly between English and French, with solid information in a pleasant voice and the occasional funny remark all along the voyage. She spoke more or less constantly, byt not for one moment did we think it was too much or uninteresting. Impressive!
Good experience, this hop on hop off system allows you to visit the city over the course of a day, which is really appreciated when you're here for just a weekend. Explanations in the headphones in several languages and a version adapted for children, unfortunately a lot of music and the explanations start too quickly when the bus starts, we just had time to put on the headphones!

Friendly staff. We were able to get a good overview of Paris. Cruise on the Seine was also good. Tour guide spoke without a dot or a comma. A lot of French, little English. But it was still fun.

That you have seen a lot of Paris within 2 hours. Very nice staff/bus drivers. And you could listen to the audio with your own Bluetooth headphones. There are also tours that take an hour, which you do on foot. You can find them in the Toot-Bus app.

I recommend this at the beginning of a Paris stay. You see many sights and the lights at night are very nice. I loved our bus driver. He was the best. Best place at the stop at the Eifeltower and the first one to drive through. Thank you. Only the audio in German was hard to understand, especially the femal voice.
I really appreciated the fact that since the bus was overcrowded, the company did not hesitate for a moment to bring in another bus to give all passengers the opportunity to participate in the tour from the elevated floor of the bus so they could have a beautiful view of the city

It's a good trip to do. Sit and relax while the bus takes you through Paris. Due to summers and sun going down at 10pm only, half the tour is during doesn't give you the glimmering Paris experience. Just keep that in mind. That's something none of the tour operators can help with though :)
The tour was the highlight of our trip to Paris. What needs to be improved! A special meeting point is sent by email, with a link to Google Maps -- well done. However, the destination point is 300m away from the real point. This has caused unnecessary hectic. please adjust!

The tour that allows us to station ourselves at the highlights to take photos and videos, the length of the tour that allows us to delve deeper and is worth the ticket price.

Excellent experience, totally recommend
The staff were nice. The waiting times were very long and once we were not taken on the ship, although there were still seats available.
View original review in German
The boat has almost no shade - given the immense temperatures in summer, especially considering the heatwave, I think this is super dangerous. Perhaps this should be mentioned on the sales page so people who don't want to sit in the sun for so long don't waste their money on a ticket they don't end up using.
Using hop on hop off with the boat on the Seine is a great way to discover the city, its bridges and easily get to so many sights to visit.

Although it was windy raining and chilly, the guide was cheerful accommodating and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my experience
Great tour guide, Louise, made the process seamless. A beautiful clear day, making the view clear and stunning. Always a beautiful view, but shame about being so busy and popular, but that also adds to the atmosphere.
The tour guide was great. She knew a lot about the tower and was able to incorporate jokes and made it a great experience.
The tour guide was always very attentive and explained everything very well, making sure we were comfortable and well informed.

The whole booking process was very seamless. I found the guide (Natalie) very easily and she did an amazing job explaining the history of the Eiffel Tower. Learnt so many cool things that I didn't know before. Would highly recommend the guided tour for a more in-depth experience.
Edmond, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and efficient. Kept our entire group engaged. It was a bummer that we were unable to reach the summit that day due to technical issues with the elevator. Overall a great experience

Unforgettable Eiffel Tower Summit Tour – Thanks to Joanna! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Finding our guide was easy, and from the very beginning, Joanna stood out with her professionalism. She gave us a clear safety briefing and set expectations early on—there was no skip-the-line access, and we might have to wait. And we did—almost two hours! But honestly, it didn’t feel that long at all because Joanna kept us thoroughly engaged. With her arsenal of fun facts, quirky trivia, and rich history of the Eiffel Tower, she turned what could’ve been a frustrating wait into an educational and entertaining part of the experience. Her energy, knowledge, and customer service were second to none—hands down the best I’ve encountered during my entire trip in Paris. Joanna didn’t just guide us to the top—she elevated the whole experience. Highly recommended!
Yussef was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Being at the top looking out over the city was our favorite.
This was one of the best tours I have been a part of. Rafael was nothing short of amazing. He was friendly, very informative, and made sure everyone had an enjoyable experience. We also zipped past security and all of the lines. I highly recommend!

Very good experience, your guide was excellent, showed us history and step by step on the Eiffel Tower. The summit option was worth the height, wait, and memories 😊
I am happy with this experience because it was one of my wife's birthday presents-she was really happy and that's what counts! Unfortunately, however, I must observe that the one and a half hour wait to go up the tower was really too long and inexplicable! Especially since having already bought tickets we should have had priority. Luckily we had a very nice and very good guide Mademoiselle LIZ who entertained us by telling us the history of Eiffel, many funny stories and many anecdotes that made the wait less heavy.

My family loved it. The tour was great. Our guide Perkins was very helpful, told us a lot of interesting things about the tower. And of course the tower was amazing!

Efi our tour guide made the experience very enjoyable and was very knowledgeable in the information he provided. He took time and made the effort to inclue everybody in the tour. It was megaa nice and very entertaining Catalina really rocked it The woman really has what it takes She did a quiz with us opposite the Eifel Tower I would have given Catalina a whopping 10 points from 1 to 10. 1-bad 10- good Thanks for everything and very good guidance and had booked super fast

Admission went perfectly. Ticket for 12:30 - inside the Louvre at 12:32. Whether this was due to the head out - I don't know - I think we would have got in with any other ticket. We had already joined the queue at 11:30 and were therefore right at the front of the line. TIP: Be there 1 hour in advance - then you'll be inside quickly at the specified time - the stewards will make sure of that outside. AND: You first have to show and scan your ticket when you are inside and want to go to one of the halls - not at the entrance, where only the bags are checked (scanner like at the airport) and not down in the hall under the pyramid roof. The better entrance is at the pyramid - not at the Caroussell - it's full everywhere - but it's much better at the pyramid ... Getting out of the Louve is more difficult than getting in - we got lost several times despite flyers and signs - finally found the Caroussell exit where there is a shopping mile. As the mall is already full anyway and then the long queues to get into the Louvre - unbelievable and bad. Outside at the pyramid it is very well organized. But you need at least 3 hours to see a small part of it. It's best to go in twice on different days to see everything. Everyone just wants to see the Mona Lisa anyway - further through the Egyptian finds, total emptiness ...

It is the most interesting museum, and with the audio guide you are immersed in the history of the paintings, it would just need to be better organized for the viewing of the Mona Lisa, to give everyone a way to be able to see it from the front... All in all, a very good experience.

I wanted to take the moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional experience my family and I had at Paris Disneyland park recently. We were impressed by the gentlemen and kind-hearted individuals working there, who went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. My children particularly enjoyed exploring the various attractions throughout the park, with highlights including Pinocchio, Labyrinth Castle, the Star Wars hyperspace Mountain, le chateau de la belle au bois dormant, le passage enchanté d'Aladin, le galon des pirates, main street USA...et . Their enthusiasm and excitement made our day truly special, and we are grateful for the memories created. Thank you to the entire Disneyland team for providing a magical experience for our family.
The experience was huge, I suggest you to download the application Disney and check the time of all events so you won't be miss anything

A day full of sunshine and unforgettable shows. A highlight was the performance of The Lion King. Shorter than the original musical in Hamburg, but the quality of the dancers, singers and acrobats more than matched the original. We had not expected such a show. We actually rode it once in the morning and again that evening. We enjoyed the second tour best because we were able to better pay attention to what was being said and was able to focus on the item being talked about. Got some really nice pictures too.
What I liked the most was hyperspace Mountain, a fast and enclosed roller coaster, like a trip in space. But I didn't rate it as a great experience because Big Thunder Mountain is closed, under repair 😭. The park is very nice, has lots of rides for little kids and a variety of themed restaurants. The most emotional part of Disneyland Paris is the parade of characters and the closing.

My wife and I really enjoyed Le Pirate des Caraibes, but all in all it was too good, a big thank you to the staff, who helped me a lot with a problem of allergy to his eye, thank you for everything and stay as you are, you're great! Congratulations... Greetings

Adventure land area which had the Pirates of Caribbean theme and Indiana jones were the most interesting part of the Disneyland.
Beautiful experience, we were able to see Paris with its most important monuments with so much ease, we had the opportunity to hear in Italian the explanation each site in great detail, and then we also took the cruise on the Seine River experience to definitely recommend.

Tickets worked great, no need to change tickets or visit a particular gate.

The Hollywood Tower Hotel ride was hands down the highlight of my visit! The suspense builds perfectly, and the free-fall drop gave me such an adrenaline rush! I also appreciated how smooth the entry process was with Headout’s ticketing—super quick and hassle-free. Everything ran so efficiently that I could just enjoy the thrill. This ride absolutely made my day unforgettable!
It was a great day with good weather. I had a nine-year-old girl with me who really enjoyed the street parade and the rides. The free WLAN only worked partially. The signage to the rides and themed areas was missing and made it difficult to find despite the Disneyland map. It was a great experience for us.

all the themes in the park were extraordinary, very beautifully arranged and with welcoming people. We liked the Pirates of the Caribbean theme the most. I recommend
The incredibly designed scenery of the houses, streets, restaurants, in short, it's a fantastic place. All the attractions are of unparalleled beauty and, to tell you the truth, I have no preference for any of them, they are all spectacular

Disneyland is an experience in itself and sometimes very exhausting because of the long waiting times and the evening show is very late. There is definitely a lack of outdoor seating. The boat tour on the Sein was professionally run by the local companies. We were there very early and the boat was only half full. However, with the ticket we could have gone at a different time and on a different day. This should have been made clearer on the ticket or when booking. As it is now, it is confusing.

We used the Paris Pass quite a bit. For example we have booked a tour to climb the Eiffel Tower. The guide was excellent, it was very informative and a lot of fun! Besides visiting other sites which was also very well organized, we also used it for having lunch, drank some Champagne at Montmartre. Everywhere we were very much welcome. We can only recommend the Paris Pass and will book it again when visiting Paris the next time.
I was sold a Paris ticket for two people with a plus option to the Eiffel Tower, but couldn't even go to the Louvre or take the Plustaste on the Eiffel Tower because they had no more seats for the days I was on vacation. How can you sell something that is not usable. Me and my wife were very disappointed 😢

Using the Go City pass for our trip to Paris was a great way to identify fun and interesting things to do. We loved the Museum pass too- it made accessing the city’s many museums easy and fast. Bundling the cost was also convenient and helpful in budgeting expenses for the trip. We recommend it to others and have used it for other trips in the past (ie London and Las Vegas)
I used the trip planning mapping feature for the first time on this last trip, and I must say I'm impressed! It made things far simpler than mapping it out on my own. We were in Paris this time, and most of the included restaurants have either a sign in the window or the servers know all about the pass. Absolutely will use again, as this was my second excellent experience.
My daughter and I had a two day pass for Paris. We really enjoyed our experience. The pass give access to many different attractions, including some meal options. The BigBus tour was very useful in getting around the city. We loved visiting Parc Astérix and taking a boat cruise. I printed the pass and it was easy to use it in all locations. The only reason for 4 starts is the app that comes with the pass could be more functional. Overall, I’d recommend the pass.
Best Paris experience ever due to go city. It was a mix of history and activities which made it vey enjoyable for my family.
Have used go city twice now this year, Stockholm and Paris. Had a terrific experience both times, probably even better the second time around - knew to look up and book things ahead of time. In Paris especially, the Museum pass saved sooo much time! And lovely additions like wine tastings and little snacks. Well well worth it - if you’re really planning on seeing a city in full (or as much as possible, that is!)
Eiffel Tower Elevator tour for the Paris pass was not clear that the station did not take us up to the top. We were the only one in our group that couldn’t go to the top. If we had known, we would have used pass for another attraction and pay for the Eiffel Tower tour out of pocket. There was no acknowledgement or resolution from the GoCity Team regarding this matter.
Excellent and fuss-free experience. One pass and you get to enjoy most of the popular attractions without having to worry about buying tickets and how much it costs. The Paris pass we bought also included some food, wine and cheese tasting experience which is so worth it! Definitely worth to buy and will consider Go City passes again when I travel in future.
We had a week in Paris, France and this was our first time there and first time to use GoCity. The selection of things to see was great and a big help in planning our trip. There was some confusion on using the Museum pass that perhaps could have been better communicated to me up front but otherwise I would highly recommend their service.
We purchased the all-inclusive Paris Pass. It was a wonderful way to experience a wide variety of activities at a reasonable cost. There were so many included tours, food stops, museums, etc. that it was impossible to do all of them, but we never had a dull moment. Definitely double-check the hours with the place of business where you’d like to use the pass; we had instances where they allowed us to use it outside of the hours stated on the app and it saved us having to return to the area at a later time.
This is the second time I have used Go City for the Paris Pass. It is worth every penny IF you plan ahead and spend time narrowing your favorite choices. Be sure to make reservations for the attractions that require it well in advance and you won’t be disappointed! All of the services we used exceeded our expectations and the people at each place were friendly and accepted the Paris Pass without issue.
We used Go City in Amsterdam & Paris & thought they were great value. We hand picked 4 things to do in Amsterdam that included 2 bus trips to several towns within the Netherlands. They were great as our guides were friendly & knowledgeable & places visited gave us a broader view of country as a tourist. The Paris Pass was also a great way to go, we visited all the Iconic tourist spots & we loved the option of food & drinks along the way. Enjoying crepes & coffee in a french bistro was something we might not have done if we didn't have the GoCity pass. We saw so much-possibly more than we would have if we'd done it on our own.
I definitely got my money's worth from the Paris Passb& museum pass. It made my trip great & more relaxing by knowing I had prepaid for many of the main sites I wanted to attend. App was helpful in finding locations of attractions & clear with which ones still need to be booked ahead. Only negative was that one of the restaurants had a description of having views across the river (Siene) which led me to look for it in the wrong place. There is no view of the river, it was still good lunch.
We had good and bad experiences with our GO City passes. Our London passes worked very well with no issues. Our Paris passes had many issues. Two of our guided tours were cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. This caused major challenges when these were tours booked on the last couple of days of our trip. Although we were able to book other attractions we didn't get the full value out of our Paris pass and spent many hours of our vacation trying to rebook attractions on short notice.
I went with my girlfriend to Paris for the first time ever and we couldn't stay long, so we chose the four-days package for the Paris pass. Best decision ever! Of course it's important to be organized so you can go to as many places as possible within the time paid, we got to do many things. We'll definitely be looking for a similar package of go city for another destination
The City Pass Paris was very worth the money. As a result, we really saw a lot in the 6 days and didn't have to worry about costs. I particularly liked the variety with museums, guided tours, boat trips, workshops and especially the culinary delicacies such as maccarons, creps and croque monsieur, breakfast,.... We would recommend the pass to everyone and buy it again.
Some great options on the 3-day pass and we definitely feel like we got our money’s worth - although possibly we did a few things we might not have otherwise paid cash for, but still great. I’d definitely recommend reviewing what you want to do and see if it’s worth it (some things are only included in the longer pass). The pass was readily accepted everywhere listed in Paris so really easy to use
Using go city and the Paris pass made traveling to a new country so easy and organized. We loved how many options were included, had amazing tour guides, wonderful food offerings included and the ease of use of the app was amazing! I'd definitely use this again!
I've used the GoCity pass in several cities in several countries. I just love it! I do and see so many things I probably wouldn't do if I didn't have the pass. The Paris Pass was an absolute blast! Highly recommend!
We saved a lot of money while visiting so many places. We are truly satisfied with the Paris pass, we visited way more things than what we would have visited without it and we created some rich memories not only from the museums but also from the wine and cheese tastings and the balloon ride. Definitely worth every penny.
We recently visited France to attend the Olympics. Almost 2 years before we flew to Paris we purchased the Go City pass as we knew they would offer the most tourist opportunities at the best price. In addition to the typical tourist attractions like the Eiffel Tower climb, the Seine River cruise, the tour of Notre Dame, the Palace of Versailles and numerous museums and cathedrals, Go City also added treasures that we would never have known about. We loved the Macarons in Montmartre, the Croque Monsieur and champagne meal at brasserie au Vieux Chatelet, and the Chocolate Factory. There is always something extra with Go City! Thanks for including the museum pass!!
