We really enjoyed this activity, headphones provided, in French, we did the first tour entirely without getting off and we returned the next day and got off at Sintra. The return trip was difficult, however, as we had to wait 45 minutes for a bus. I'd recommend it!

Two very complete tours with an audio description in Brazilian Portuguese, which is very helpful. The stops are at strategic locations near points of interest and the frequency of the buses is good. I didn't catch any crowded buses or have to wait long. I also used the streetcars for free during the validity period of the ticket and visited other places such as the São Jorge Castle on top of the hill.

Uncomplicated hop on hop off. Very beautiful city with many facets Na and I also found the German explanation of what was always said good

1-The digital bus stop map on your website does not correspond to reality. 2-We have waited up to 1.30 hours for a bus to become available.
View original review in French
we took the bus 3 times in order to stop at the stations where we wanted to visit, in the 1st bus, perfect audio guide, in the 2nd and 3rd practically no comments and often late or early compared to the place itself.

Easy to get to most of attractions, especially not in the old city center
Everything very good excellent nice everything ok ok ok

Disappointed that it was a simple tour with no stops at the sites as with the yellow buses.

Nothing...We bought tickets for the tramcar no. 28 but when we arrived at the point of departure we were told the tram was unavailable, being repaired. I contacted your support department to ask for a refund, they replied that they needed more info, which we supplied at the best of our knowledge, and haven't heard back from them yet.
Huh? As mentioned above, we didn't have a tour.

It's a lovely way to see old LIsbon for an hour without steping put to see the monuments. It's not Hop on, hop off . More like an old tram with a guide in different languages. Still lovely!
This is not a Hop-On Hop-Off tour as advertised, but a no-stop round trip tour. Due to this, we ccould not do as planned
The tour was canceled due to a bomb threat in the area

It was a beautiful day! We bought our tickets in an Uber. When we got to the Castle, there was a long queue to buy a ticket and we went straight in! It was great!!!!

Due to a ticket taker strike it took a few minutesto find an online ticket portal, however after we had ourtickets the staff guided us in and we had a wonderful time exploring the castle.
Easy online ticket purchase process, incredible views of Lisbon! Tidy area with lots of stunning photo opportunities in such a historic site.
Totally worth it. Was told that it wasn't worth it but turned out to be great. Spent an hour. Great views. Definitely a workout to move around and go up and down stairs.
Got to skip the line. Castle smaller than exorcist but lots too see.
Definitely a must if you are on vacation in Lisbon. It's worth a visit, the view is breathtaking.

I was amazed by the views of Lisbon and the Peacocks!
Very interesting place with great views! And lots of beautiful peacocks!
This fantastic view alone is worth the walk up there and the park

Really beautiful with peacocks walking around it's great, great view of Lisbon!

All of it was beautiful-views, history, etc
Beautiful castle! Enjoyed the views, peacocks & history!
Nice castle. To buy tickets in advance is a must
Great views and many peackocks!
The views from the castle walls alone made the trip really worthwhile! The castle I felt needed more signage but I enjoyed the atmosphere and especially information about the archeology and, of course, the Museum. The peacock babies were a delight to see.
Easy to buy tickets online. Avoid queues at the castle entrance. Impressive dimensions. Too bad there's nothing left of the buildings inside.

The camera obscura was not impressive at all, the guide was talkimg so quickly and we were not able to catch up or see anything, even though it was sunny
It is not possible to book a ticket for children under 13 on the Headout site, as entry is free. You have to print the ticket at the entrance desk! It would be better to book right on the Headout site!

The Castle was excellent, as were the views. I was surprised about how little literature was provided to give the visitor historical context. I understand there are guided tours, but there should still be written information. The Castle is a museum, and I fear most will visit and learn nothing of its history.
Beautiful place with singing peackoks and fascinating views. Toilet was awful - if you charge 20€/ticket visitors should have a decent toilet - clean and tidy, with doors that locks
The Castle is amazing ..... definitely worth the admission price! Great views and the history of the castle is extremely interesting Head out definitely speeded up our admissions Very user friendly
All ok! There was a huge queue to buy tickets at the box office, so I bought them online right at the door! It's a little more expensive, but it was worth it just to avoid wasting an hour in line!

The incredible view all across Lisbon. The fact I walked up to the gates infront of a very ;ong queue of people and just bought my ticket from the QR code on my phone and went stight through the turn stiles. No waiting, no queing.
Good experience, too bad buses aren't more frequent and bus stops aren't better marked.

The whole tour itself included a very interesting dance performance, the costumes, the steps and the music. The view is really the best in Lisbon, the museum is very good and the peacocks are a surprise gift in themselves
