Booked tickets online and activated on location. The ride went extremely well. First took a full tour of Lisbon and only then got off at points of interest. Nice way to see and reach large parts of the city easily.

A must! Well organized and interesting itinerary: we had a bad driver on one of the itineraries: unpleasant welcome and rough driving. Probably not a good day for him...
View original review in French
It takes you to the most beautifull places, nevertheless the issue is that the audios are so old, its boring to have to use cable airpods,
I thought I would have been able to access my tickets online but I had to travel from the railway station all the way to stop 1 in order to get printed tickets - luckily the bus driver allowed us on board with the online receipt and took us up there.
Tickets ordered online turned out to be vouchers that had to be exchanged for tickets first. After repeatedly asking via chat I was assured that with the voucher I could immediately board a bus, turned out not to be the case. Tours were good, sound quality in some buses poor.

It took us to where we would not normally go. The bus driveres, though, were not too friendly. When we got on the last bus, the purple Uptown line, it took the bus driver almost a minute to finally open the doot to let us in. He was looking at us directly as we were standing right in front of the doors and there was no reaction from him. No passengers were getting off at that stop too.
Good experience, too bad buses aren't more frequent and bus stops aren't better marked.

The tour itself was very good but I was disappointed with the tour details provided by the Audio. Very little info was provided on what we were supposed to be viewing, not told were to look m what side of the street etc. it could and should be improved and I think it's a simple thing to do. Otherwise the tour was very enjoyable
Bus tour was great and covered all the city highlights Staff at bus ticket counter were rude and uninterested in even directing us to the right bus
Able to take two sightseeing trips around Lisbon. I was here 7 years ago and enjoyed the ride that is why my sister and I went with you.
Tours very interesting and varied

The tours through the city are very good. However, we had to wait about 1.5 hours in the morning for the next bus. That was very annoying. We didn't get on at the main point, but at boarding point 6 on the red line. The audio guide did not work on the blue line. The music in the background was so loud that you couldn't understand the speaker. In general, I found the background music very loud. If you turned it down, you always missed the guide's announcements and then had to frantically turn it up again. I found this annoying. On the red and green lines, the music was off when the guide was speaking. That was better. We were also annoyed by the long wait at the stop where the cruise ship guests boarded. The time here could also be used to provide the seated and waiting guests with information about the city and the country. This would make the waiting time worthwhile. Best regards Brigitte

The information from the audio guide was very little, no indication where the building is located which is then described. The times on the tour schedule do not match the actual times, there was no bus at 19:30 even though it was in the app.

Unfortunately, the ticket did not match the lines I had called and to which then came their offer. waiting 90 minutes at the blue line station 10 or 12 and there was no bus (from 9.30-11 clock) my vacation day half wasted. Never again online.

We couldn't use a single bus. It was difficult to find the bus stops. Also, the buses didn't run because of the power cut in Portugal. I would appreciate a refund. Yours sincerely, Gisela Schiffel

GOOD SERVICE, ATTENTIVE STAFF, GOOD ROUTES

The audio guide could announce each stop and provide information about what is interesting to see at that stop. Overall, the information was very poor. There is certainly more to say about Lisbon than the little that the audio guide provided.

I took advantage of the Red Line and the Green Line. Very extensive sightseeing, many stops. The roads are a little bumpy, but the drivers drive a little too fast in some places and you can't take pictures.

We've done 4 hop on off tours on our cruise...we waited at stop #3 in city tour , blue line , walked 20 min to stop for Barcelona hop on off for 47 min...1 bus came thru w 2 seats available...40 people in line And the Barcelona bus tourisa came by 5 times w room for many. We were so disappointed that we bought more tics on that tour line. We're doing Florence tomorrow & have paid for tics as well. We'd should get a credit as never even stopped on the bus unfortunately. Thank you. Cwa0202@gmail.com
I liked: the songs (fados); Disliked: - the descriptions of the places out of time (untimely) without coherence with what was being seen. I spent Saturday (the day I used the walcher) from 5pm to 7.15pm waiting for the bus at sao jorge castle and it didn't come. I had to go back in an app car. LAMENTABLE.

We really enjoyed this activity, headphones provided, in French, we did the first tour entirely without getting off and we returned the next day and got off at Sintra. The return trip was difficult, however, as we had to wait 45 minutes for a bus. I'd recommend it!

Two very complete tours with an audio description in Brazilian Portuguese, which is very helpful. The stops are at strategic locations near points of interest and the frequency of the buses is good. I didn't catch any crowded buses or have to wait long. I also used the streetcars for free during the validity period of the ticket and visited other places such as the São Jorge Castle on top of the hill.

1-The digital bus stop map on your website does not correspond to reality. 2-We have waited up to 1.30 hours for a bus to become available.

we took the bus 3 times in order to stop at the stations where we wanted to visit, in the 1st bus, perfect audio guide, in the 2nd and 3rd practically no comments and often late or early compared to the place itself.

Nothing...We bought tickets for the tramcar no. 28 but when we arrived at the point of departure we were told the tram was unavailable, being repaired. I contacted your support department to ask for a refund, they replied that they needed more info, which we supplied at the best of our knowledge, and haven't heard back from them yet.
Huh? As mentioned above, we didn't have a tour.

It's a lovely way to see old LIsbon for an hour without steping put to see the monuments. It's not Hop on, hop off . More like an old tram with a guide in different languages. Still lovely!

You sold the ticket for a day that neither the bust nor the boat are operating
The amount charged is unreasonable, considering the cost-benefit ratio.

Perfect experience!!! We spent 3 days in Lisbon and bought LisboaCard which allowed us to discover the city and region without stress. Everything is included in LisboaCard, metro, bus, streetcar and even the train to Sintra! You can visit museums for free and get 10% off your bill in restaurants! A great experience!

Without buying tickets I can travel everywhere in Lasboa, where I want. I spent money and time. It is a good idae and choice for travel. I can suggest this Card for new visitors in Lisbao.
The Lisboacard is highly recommended. We bought it for 3 days and it was really worth it. You don't have to queue when you visit the Castello San Jorge. The left row is for Lisboacard holders and it's quicker. Use of the streetcar, streetcar and public buses are included. Entrance to numerous museums is also included. Please visit the Museum de Azulejos with its beautiful church. You can order the card online and pick it up at the Tourist Office (at the airport or in the city)

Great opportunity to explore Lisbon and the surrounding areas. Lots of discounted attractions as well as the core group of free entries. The card even allows you to use Lisbon's great public transport connections.
Greatest part was that we could climb almost everywhere, even the places we didn't know exist but found them accidentaly
The cour file ticket is super convenient! Too bad there aren't enough card collection points throughout the city.

So convenient. Practical, easy to use. Didnt work at earthquake museum or queluz or cathedral but did at lots of other places. Used it on buses trams trains and metro. Well worth the money. Thank you.
I used the Lisboa Card to access the Castle which made things a lot easier as I didn't have to queue to buy tickets. The Castle was quite amazing and had the best views of Lisbon.
Too many exceptions to where to use the card and some locations wasn't clear if they accepted it. Very few places to pickup the physical card. Most travelers don't have the time or patience to research all of this.
Excellent! Everything worked perfect, tickets, transportation, it is a great value for money especially the use we made of it in our pass through Lisbon.

The scenery is still fantastic I've never tried the Lisbon card before... but with good planning it's worth it
View original review in Portuguese
Ease of use, transportation included, popular sites. I did not like that some of the sites listed as free were only 25% off. The Maritime museuem was not free.
Very good for metro bus streetcar transport! Easy to use but many attractions are still paying like botanical garden, monastery of saint Antoine... and you have to be able to use it, because some of the best attractions, such as the Belém tower, are inaccessible to the rest of the world, which is a pity, or the Jeronimos monastery, which needs a queue cutter.

We've used it with metro and bus and it was awesome. We've visited Saint Jorge's Castle and Monastery of Saint Jerome and we have no problem with that to. Thank you!
Excellent card. The only negative is the amount of waiting at the attractions to enter, beyond the people, the protocols are very slow.
