The whole trip was very good, we only had a problem in having a precise indication of the way to know the stations to board the bus for the first time .... from there on, everything was very good... cheers...!!!!!

Nice app, i only purchased two things but for people who like to load up their schedules they'd find everything they need pretty easily in order to access stuff.
Not clear finding meeting point.
There was too much time spent waiting at stops. The audio narrative was also slightly out of synchronization.
The city is interesting for its historical journey. The bus tour illustrates it perfectly. The audio guide is excellent

Very nice young man who explained how and where we could get on. And the driver did his tour very quietly so we had time to look at everything and possibly take a picture.

Trendy East Berlin and Wall Tour (B-Tour)
Good value for money. A great way to get an overview of Berlin ; would recommend at the beginning of holiday to get your bearings .
We were only in Berlin for one day and we had booked the Classic and East Tour...., which was a good combination as we had the opportunity to see everything "important". It was informative and fun. It was perfect for us. Staff were nice and helpful.

To be able to stop and visit and leave again. Even if sometimes the points aren't very clear

Unfortunately, the route had to be changed due to the renovations at the Brandenburg Gate. The texts in the audio guide did not always correspond to the location and were sometimes interrupted. The dialog form was very good and gave a good impression of the GDR era.

The tour covers a number of attractions, which have a lot of variety. The tickets can be conveniently purchased online.
We didn't know that the digital ticket had to be converted into an analog ticket by a staff member and that you first have to go to a certain office in Berlin. That makes no sense and doesn't fit in with the logic of a digital ticket, which I want to use immediately. CONCLUSION: We were not taken on the Bis as planned, but had to buy an additional S-Bahn ticket for 4 people to activate our dig. Bus ticket to activate. This was not stated anywhere and is also quite pointless - we will not recommend it to others.

The itinerary is very good and drivers and people in stops are very kind and helpful.
The bus driver couldn't do anything with the QR code, but gave us a lift. It was only after 3 stops that a colleague scanned the code and issued the tickets and earphones! The jack socket top left 2nd seat from the front did not work!

To be quickly durbplace for the visits to be made

Everything is fine 👍 The elevator takes you quickly to the top. Then you can walk around once and look out everywhere. See the photos.

Quick admission, no long queues. I had a few problems with the scanning. Thanks to the help of the employee, I managed it. The view was great, we spent about an hour up there. My grandson was absolutely thrilled.

Overall the whole experience was very positive. We were lucky enough to arrive when it was not very crowded so the visit went super well!

Views from the top and very fast lift, it was breathtaking. Processing of tickets without problems.
Loved it and got in easily also didn't have to wait in line to get tickets
Thank you very much. Moment simply beautiful

Everything went well and it was a very nice experience

I gave acceptable because, given the cost of the ticket, it would be nice to have an audio guide in multiple languages including Italian, illustrating what is seen and giving general info about Berlin. I was not at all happy with the fact that it was not possible to change the visiting time of the tower for a justifiable reason (shift of the plane flight). We risked not arriving on time and losing our ticket money.

Great view of Berlin. As long as its a clear day I highly recommend it as you get a 360 degree view of the entire city where you can see for miles
Quick and easy booking and processing, no waiting times on site, tickets should be booked at least 2-3 days in advance

We liked that the booking of the ticket and the team on site was very nice and helpful! We did NOT like the fact that there were a lot of school classes there at the time! Therefore only the okay! This could possibly have been coordinated differently....because some of the pupils were totally bored and blocked the information boards on the windows, which was so annoying! But otherwise .... a great experience! Thank you very much! With kind regards Corina Friedt

The view was great, simply impressive. Unfortunately, the tickets can only be accessed in the app and are not sent by email. So I had to download the app, which didn't work on the train. But I managed to do it in the TV tower. The restaurant was closed, it was being renovated. The drinks stand had hefty prices.

There was no waiting time, admission and security check went smoothly. The ride to the top and the view - absolutely recommended. Our grandson - 12 years old - was also thrilled.

Immediate access with queue-cutting ticket - general view of Berlin with the main sites and their location in relation to the tower. Visit at the beginning of your stay to see where the sites you wanted to visit are located.

The declaration en need to be revised (airport). Otherwise actually fine despite construction work. Staff very friendly.

View was great but it was hot up there and too many people sitting in the way not interested what to see. Disappointed about the experience as we left early due to the above.
Nice app, i only purchased two things but for people who like to load up their schedules they'd find everything they need pretty easily in order to access stuff.
If you buy tickets online, it's a bit cheaper than on site. And you don't have to stand in a line for tickets. It's a good choice.
The experience itself was great. Amazing views and easy to get up to the top. Staff were all really helpful. The link to the meeting point in the app was incorrect. It took us to the back entrance of the tower. Fortunately we gave ourselves plenty of time and found it ourselves. Second ticket didn't scan on the way out and then disappeared from screen so staff had to let us out.
The TV Tower is a must see for when you visit Berlin. Check the weather conditions for your booking. We had great weather and beautiful view 360 over Berlin. Can be bussy so this skip the line is a useful extra. Enjoy your trip.
Friendly welcome, good luck as it was not very busy that evening, great view just as the sun was setting.
