The whole trip was very good, we only had a problem in having a precise indication of the way to know the stations to board the bus for the first time .... from there on, everything was very good... cheers...!!!!!

First part was good. We got off a stop. The second part in 9 stops the driver took two 10 minute breaks to smoke then waited outside a cafe for greater then 5 minutes for someone to get him a coffee
The bus tour was not a smooth continuous experience as the bus frequently stopped for 10 to 15 min.
Great route with amazing sights, good commentary.
Not clear finding meeting point.
There was too much time spent waiting at stops. The audio narrative was also slightly out of synchronization.
Long waits at overatap blue red. Bus unexpectedly does not go beyond stop 10 in late afternoon. Further walking...

Nice app, i only purchased two things but for people who like to load up their schedules they'd find everything they need pretty easily in order to access stuff.
Very nice young man who explained how and where we could get on. And the driver did his tour very quietly so we had time to look at everything and possibly take a picture.

The city is interesting for its historical journey. The bus tour illustrates it perfectly. The audio guide is excellent

Super easy to book! The staff very friendly! After the short thunderstorm the view was super nice! The discounts you get for the second and subsequent visits should have a longer validity, unfortunately we are not in Berlin that often! Our family from Canada and we really enjoyed the view!

Everything is fine 👍 The elevator takes you quickly to the top. Then you can walk around once and look out everywhere. See the photos.

Quick admission, no long queues. I had a few problems with the scanning. Thanks to the help of the employee, I managed it. The view was great, we spent about an hour up there. My grandson was absolutely thrilled.

Firstly the building it self is a wonder. No need for skip the line tickets nobody waiting straight through to elivators Views are fantastic

No waiting time at the lift, friendly staff and viewing platform not too full in the afternoon (Tuesday)

Great service, fast processing and ride to the top of the TV tower.

The descriptions of the places to be seen and the 360 degree view.

Views from the top and very fast lift, it was breathtaking. Processing of tickets without problems.
Loved it and got in easily also didn't have to wait in line to get tickets
Thank you very much. Moment simply beautiful

The purchase via headout was completely unproblematic, so we were able to visit the TV tower and enjoy the view in no time at all. The most impressive thing was discovering the moving S-Bahn in miniature. The movement resembled that of a worm. The explanations and markings for the selected buildings are very helpful and informative.

What I liked best was that we didn't have to wait. Many years ago the waiting time was long, despite the tickets. I found it negative that you could only pay cashless on the viewing platform.

The view was great. However, the elevator didn't work, which cost us 45 minutes. As a result, we missed our next event. That was very annoying as it was paid for.

I gave acceptable because, given the cost of the ticket, it would be nice to have an audio guide in multiple languages including Italian, illustrating what is seen and giving general info about Berlin. I was not at all happy with the fact that it was not possible to change the visiting time of the tower for a justifiable reason (shift of the plane flight). We risked not arriving on time and losing our ticket money.

Great view of Berlin. As long as its a clear day I highly recommend it as you get a 360 degree view of the entire city where you can see for miles
Quick and easy booking and processing, no waiting times on site, tickets should be booked at least 2-3 days in advance
View original review in German
We liked that the booking of the ticket and the team on site was very nice and helpful! We did NOT like the fact that there were a lot of school classes there at the time! Therefore only the okay! This could possibly have been coordinated differently....because some of the pupils were totally bored and blocked the information boards on the windows, which was so annoying! But otherwise .... a great experience! Thank you very much! With kind regards Corina Friedt

The view was great, simply impressive. Unfortunately, the tickets can only be accessed in the app and are not sent by email. So I had to download the app, which didn't work on the train. But I managed to do it in the TV tower. The restaurant was closed, it was being renovated. The drinks stand had hefty prices.

There was no waiting time, admission and security check went smoothly. The ride to the top and the view - absolutely recommended. Our grandson - 12 years old - was also thrilled.

Immediate access with queue-cutting ticket - general view of Berlin with the main sites and their location in relation to the tower. Visit at the beginning of your stay to see where the sites you wanted to visit are located.

The declaration en need to be revised (airport). Otherwise actually fine despite construction work. Staff very friendly.

The deliberate use of buses and suburban trains (for sightseeing above ground) was very good for our requirements and needs. Clean buses, problem-free suburban trains, punctuality and no unpleasant incidents made the trips a good experience.

It makes traveling in Berlin very easy, you don't have to look anywhere you can go without looking for pay machines to buy tickets, really ideal!
View original review in Dutch
Ordered tickets online for 4 people and easy to save on smartphone with the qr code, printed on paper just to be sure. In Berlin itself did a lot with public transport and got discounts in various stores and museums. definitely worth its money for 5 days of Berlin!
View original review in Dutch
The Berlin Welcome Card gives you access to all public transportation in Berlin. You also get discounts in many museums and restaurants.
View original review in Dutch
The ease of getting from one public transportation system to another. Good connections and good connections everywhere
View original review in Dutch
At public transport nobody and nowhere cheek the ticket, and I used the BWC to get some discounts for entrance ticket.
All in all, it was relaxing to have free travel on public transport and not have to buy tickets all the time. There were discounts at some museums, but unfortunately not at all attractions such as the zoo.

Highly recommended! With a price however good, we were able to use unlimited public transportation, is took advantage of discounts for access for various activities
View original review in Italian
We only used the Berlin WelcomeCard for public transportation and it is well worth its price. Surely many of the sights are a short distance apart so you would spend a lot of time walking. With public transport this is just a bit faster. We mostly took the bus, but also the S-bahn or U-bahn. We used google maps to find the right connections and they are very accurate. We booked tickets for zone ABC because we also did the airport transport by public transport as well as a visit to Sachsenhausen concentration camp. Just be sure to print out the codes on paper when you buy, because you have to show them at inspection (this only happened once).

Great that we could use this card for unlimited travel in U bahn and S bahn and bus. Also got discounts at museums. Only never had to check in or out anywhere on the metro, but never had a check either. We could have ridden black all week, but we are not like that.
View original review in Dutch
We really liked the opportunity to save money in this expensive city. However, we didn't like the fact that we couldn't activate another Welcome Berlin Card for a third person after a few days. So we had to pay the full price.
View original review in German
The instructions were contradictory, they mentioned printout in A4 as well as valid dating the ticket. We did neither. Also, it was not clear which discounts that applied.
It's perfect for transport, with one small drawback: I took the Pass for 6 days. We should consider a 7-day pass. As far as discounts are concerned, it would be a good idea to develop partnerships (zoological parks in particular) and consider slightly larger discounts.
View original review in French
We only used public transport several times. We did not take advantage of any discounts for other events. We didn't have any negative experiences so far, except that as non-Berliners we had a bit of trouble finding the right public transport connections. However, this also has to do with the many construction sites and corresponding cancellations of transport connections.
View original review in German
It's very practical to take your mind off transport and its price, but the app is more complicated and doesn't indicate buses enough. Discounts are quite limited
View original review in French
A feeling of freedom to use public transport, without having to worry about prices and fare zones. Access to the French-language audio-guide to Charlottenburg Palace is very useful. Were French audio guides available for other tours? We don't know.
View original review in French
Public transport tickets were never checked. We didn't feel like the discount on tickets made a big difference and a lot of places don't have a discount
Good experience: just a little doubt, as I had booked on the internet, was there a need or not for a paper format? (I had the flash code on our mobiles...). In the documentation, there was also mention of a first activation on a terminal, but we couldn't find one...

We purchased Berlin welcome cards which allowed us to ride the metro without having to purchase tickets every day; very convenient! And we purchased tickets to visit Parliament/dome and the show "Falling In Love." For our first visit to Berlin, these were both enjoyable and worthwhile activities. Headout worked well for us!!
We had no check for the 5 days 8n Berlin, both in the subway and in the bus the tickets were not needed. So I paid a lot of money when ws was not necessary. We did not have time to see museums.
View original review in Dutch
Easy and no hassle checking in and out like in the Netherlands. Metro is great. Quickly from A to B and criss-cross the city. In addition, discount at various museums.
View original review in Dutch
We used all the public transport - S Bahn, U Bahn, Tram and the buses in Berlin so the Welcome Card was fantastic to have with us. We didn't have to worry about tickets. We also got discounts in the DDR museum, Berlin Cathedral and the Hop on hop off bus by having the Welcome card. Overall Berlin is a fantastic place to visit
It was good way to travel with my son who did not need own ticket with my card.
It worked really well. We were able to travel all over Berlin in a relaxed manner. Very pleasant and easy to book.
