After reading quite a few negative comments and seeing low ratings for the Tour, we were a bit reluctant to book. However our experience was very good. The buses were on time ( traffic permitted) , there was sufficient seating space, headphones were in working order and commentary was descriptive. We have done both Red and Blue routes which cover both city center with Old Town as well as many of Warsaw attractions. We started at the stop no 1 and changed buses at Old Town. We would recommend the Bus Tour as great way to experience Warsaw
I got a good overview of the city. It was difficult to find the bus stops. More buses should be used. The buses should stop more often when explanations are given. The audio guide did not always correspond to what you were seeing.

The explanations are not specific and a lot of sites, monuments, buildings are not mentioned during the tour.
Bus was very comfortable and the audio documentation was very good.
Very useful experience but with limitations .

It cannot be called hop on hop off if there is only one bus on the route that takes 75 minutes to come back to the same stop
Not what we expected. We have been on many hop on hop off around the world and have to say this was the most disappointing. There wasn't much for commentary. We past by many interesting buildings that no mention was made and often the timing was not correct for certain commentaries. Wasn't worth what we paid.
There were not enough buses. We found we could only visit one venue per day as there we only 3 buses scheduled. I would not recommended this service at all.
Didnt have earphones for my phone so couldnt access the cruise audio. Couldn' t find the hop-on-hop off buss, missed the tour & didnt hear back if i could transfer that ticket to the next day. App is not easily navigated. Support team os in another country.
We couldn't figure out the bus and never used the tickets. It said you could book and have free cancellation. I tried to cancel the ticket - when I tried, it said they could not be cancelled. Even though it said they could while booking the tickets.
There are no signs on the streets to knoe where the hop on hop off buses stop. Impossible to find the itinerary. Nobody could told me where to go or find the buses. Finally I gave up and made my oen tour. Its a shame and a lost of time and money.
Couldn't take the ride as I had an emergency and could reach any support person
nothing, driver was like he was in a race
