Ticketing was easy online. The quality of information provided by the tour guides varied. We had three over the course of a 48 hour pass.
Price and quality does not apply, it is very expensive for the bus experience. I have visited other cities in previous years and the bus, is clean in excellent condition, comfortable and newer. And this bus looks very neglected and old. The tour is very helpful but it lacks comfort on the bus.

Stop was across the road from our hotel and buses frequent enough to allow short and longer stops. Route gave plenty of variety of attractions to see.
The staffs were very very professional and polite throughout the tour and the guides provided a lot of amusement with jokes that made the people laugh and the whole trip a wonderful experience
It was very informative and all the places we're evenly covered. Special thanks to the guide he was very clear and informative. Will surely recommend others
It was really easy to find the spot where we have to jump into the bus and get down wherever we want to. For my mom was a great option to know places without having to walk from one place to another one.
The guide was very good. His knowledge of the city and style of interaction with tourists was very commendable, despite his young age of 18 years old.
The person at the stop that made our ticket was wonderful. The ride was good but we could not hear the guide and missed out on that important part of the tour. My audio plug in was okay but it did not work for my husband. Because of his hearing aides. It would have been nice to have been told in advance about this so we could have decided to rake the tour or not. This was the 4th city we did your company and the first time we were so very disappointed.
The personal commentary. Our guy Emmanuel was excellent. It's far better than the audio version. We've done many Hop on city bus tours and this was by far the best.
Easy to book with Head out. Great tour. Guide Michel and driver Gerry were fantastic. Knowledgeable and helpful with all the extra questions! Would recommend this is the first thing you do in Toronto
Our tour guide was amazing!! Loved this experince
Young man doing the guide was very informative
Wonderful team , very friendly , ready to answer any question with a lovely smile . Thank you
