Sergio was a great host. He was informative and engaging. We were amazed at how well the driver navigated the crazy traffic.
Our tour guide Sebastian was the best. Knowledgeable and funny, he made the trip very enjoyable. We learned a lot about Toronto.
Gwen was an amazing entertaining host who kept us engaged and smiling for the whole trip. The information provided was interesting and left us keen to explore.
Ticketing worked well. Our guide on the bus (Jessica) was very good. I Learned a lot about the city that I'd never heard or seen and I'm from Whitby but I had guests from Scotland and they enjoyed the tour as well.
Very nice experience I took my family from Uruguay and they loved it
We can visit quickly the city. And the staff are very kind
Great tour, gave us such a nice overview of Toronto. Both guides were knowledgeable and quick witted. Would highly recommend.
A convient way to get an overview of destinations in Toronto with options to step out and visit specific destinations. Our tour guide was engaging and we extended our 24 hr reservations to a 48 reservation to visit additional sites. I would definitely recommend. The trollys remained on schedule making it convenient to hop on and hop off.
The city tour with one of the guides was pleasant! However, with another guide, a lot of the information was wrong.... and I would have expected more information about the city, the history of the monuments and particularities of the city... instead, we got offers for museum tickets, which I found inappropriate!

It was a good tour, it was nice to have someone on board telling you about the sights and places of interest instead of listening through headphones. Everything ran smoothly regarding the tickets and so a good experience
I enjoyed the ride in the open air bus on a hot summer day. The staff were attentive and loved the commentary as we toured the city.
Helpful staff when the app was not working for me to show my ticket had been purchased. Guide Jill had much interesting information. Appreciated bathroom stop by coffee shop for 15 minutes. I was able to reapply sunscreen and wash my hands.
Price and quality does not apply, it is very expensive for the bus experience. I have visited other cities in previous years and the bus, is clean in excellent condition, comfortable and newer. And this bus looks very neglected and old. The tour is very helpful but it lacks comfort on the bus.

Stop was across the road from our hotel and buses frequent enough to allow short and longer stops. Route gave plenty of variety of attractions to see.
The staffs were very very professional and polite throughout the tour and the guides provided a lot of amusement with jokes that made the people laugh and the whole trip a wonderful experience
The cruise part of the ticket was good . The bus experience was awful
slow to show up at stops. not quite 30 mins. some drivers were very rude. stopped for a lunch break at one stop.
The bus was easy to locate. I liked the fact that there was a live commentary. Our guide was excellent!
Ease of buying tickets online. Locations of drop off/ pickup are convenient
Easy to find where the bus stops
