Kings Cross line took a long time to arrive and in the end we had to use the metro. it was difficult to manage with 2 kids. No agent was in the location to properly inform about delay.
Let me start by saying the Tower of London was brilliant if we had just done that tge experience would have got top marks. But the hop on hop off with Toot was bloody awful and I actually want my money back. The whole point of a tour bus is to learn about the area but their audio mussed so much out and was more interested in telling us pointless stiries about a couple kssing under a bridge, about a guy going to the Imax to see a movue about the artic circle. I couldnt care less about these stories.
The buses weren't as frequent as I thought they were to be. I would have preferred a paper ticket as my phone battery dropped off quickly during the day thereby making it difficult to access the online ticket to show the driver. The traffic congestion was unbelievable and on a couple of occasions I got off the bus and walked as it was much quicker. Obviously Tootbus doesn't have any control on the traffic issues.
Announcements were often repeated. Interesting facts were interrupted in the middle of the lecture. On the green tour there was almost only music and only Ki's voice suffered. Blue tour was the best in terms of entertainment value

So easy to book online. Loved the freedom of someone driving me around the city without having asking to worry. A great way to see all the sighrs
The audio guide played 70% music, too little information and the text of the speakers was annoying with completely unimportant stories, should probably be entertaining and funny. But it wasn't

Friendly staff and you see a lot. However, the audio commentary is not good and the bus rides are very unreliable

Access to the tower worked without any problems and without any significant waiting time, as we were there on time for the opening. The Tootbus service was OK, but the other providers were more frequent. The flow of information at Tootbus was not optimal. Nevertheless, we had a great day.

HoponHopoff, it was very nice. We didn't just do one route because you see something different on each one from the bus. You drive right past the sights. The theme boat trip was also wonderful. Tower, you need some time here, we were there for 3 hours and didn't manage to see everything.

My wife lost her scarf from LV in Your Bus. I had a Phone Call with Elisabeth from Your Service. I send a Email. The Next Morning the answer. The scarf was found. Thanks a lot. Very good Service. The Tours werde marvellous. Very reliable. Thanks D Q
We chose the blue route probably the longest and most complete. Aside from a few too many passes around the same blocks and crazy traffic that greatly lengthened the walking time overall a good experience.

The bus journey ended for us at Victoria Station and we had to organize and pay for the return journey to the hotel near Tower Bridge ourselves. We had previously been informed on inquiry that every journey we started would also end at Tower Bridge. would end at the Tower.

Covering London with commentary. The traffic was so heavy. I wondered if there could be a little bit of additional commentary in certain areas. The boat on the Thames added an extra dimension
I recommend it with my eyes closed. Discovery of London by coach and little cruise on the Thames. Simply magnificent tour of London. Tickets in the form of QR codes sent upon purchase. No problems at the various checkpoints. I'll be using Headout again for my next trips.

We thought the commentary was poor. Not enough information about all the sights. I understand you are catering to a broad band of customers. But we learned little about London
I liked everything, however at the time of booking you should make more emphasis on the fact that the hop-on hop-off Bus Tour company is Tootbus.

It would be better if you had a human guide pointing out what you were talking about. On a crowded bus it was hard to tell which building the guide was talking about or even where in the route where you were. No one announcing or display of what stop you were at so you could keep up.
The experience with the bus was very good. Not so much with the cruise that was included.... According to the indications that came in the reservation the cruise departed and arrived at the same destination. But no... they made us get off at the last stop and pay again to return to the port of departure... a robbery...

The bus and the commentary were generally very good. However, compared to other hop on/hop off buses, the buses arrived infrequently and very irregularly.

The routes are good, the staff are friendly. Unfortunately, sometimes long waiting times and the inaccurate object description... sometimes it is unclear where the object is located. Otherwise satisfied. Thank you!

Due to the extreme traffic the three hours turned into five which included an unexpected 1/2 hour stop to change drivers. Maybe put this changeover could happen in a spot where there is something for the passengers to look at or to buy some refreshments. We were kind of stuck on the bus for the 30 minutes without anything to do.
It was great being able to see the iconic features of London. The bus tour was a long one and we needed to plan for just a couple of stops a day. We loved the Thames boat cruise. We had perfect weather to see so many different places.
Long wait between 2 buses (2 times 1h) and the audioguide is very short compared to other competitors.

The price was great. We saw the whole of blue line which was 3 1/2 hrs. Great view of the city and short spurts of history thru headphones. River cruise was a different perspective of the city by water. The guide was funny on the water cruise. Tower of London was the 2nd day for us. We stayed about 3 hrs and did the guided audio tour. We really enjoyed it. Always nice to find deals on vacation to save a buck or two.
I previously gave Tootbus a poor review. However, they have been very good about getting back to me with the problem. Apparently the problem is with who I bought the tickets from which was not Tootbus directly Tootbus has been very good about trying to solve my issues. Beware of who you buy your tickets from.

We didn't see many landmarks because of the protests, but we did get a great tour guide and a wonderful tour of the city.
Such good commentary with Interesting facts aimed at children and was good to get interaction with the children
We waited for 45 minutes at the meeting place written on the ticket we bought from London Tickets, no one came and when we called the authorities they told us that the meeting place was not there.
Nothing

Got the wrong information about boarding the bus!!! Therefore there were only bad seats available! Extremely annoying!!! Never again!!!!

The bus did not show up at the agreed meeting point. We stood there with about 30 people and none of us received a message by email that the meeting point had changed. Over an hour's wait that day was in vain. Nobody could be reached by phone at this time either. The ticket costs were spent on nothing. I wrote a complaint to the provider 2 days later. The whole thing is now being investigated. The fact is that the meeting point has changed, but no one was informed. The costs may be refunded. Just wait and see! Otherwise, I have received a receipt number as compensation. I can use this to get 3 tickets for free next time I'm in London.

The tour didn't even take place. Nobody was informed. We waited with the other participants for 1 hour at the bus stop. Hotline could not help. Paid money but received NO SERVICE. So far no further information on request or refund of the ticket price received.

Totally enjoyed visiting Tower Bridge and going over the top. A bit scary walking over the "glass" but not too be missed. Engine room was fun to investigate. The Tower of London was immense and full of history, of course. Crown jewels were unbelievable.

It was all very easy, get there, enter visit, by the way we were a little early, but the staff, very kind, let us in. Interesting visit for both sites, I recommend it.

Very nice visit on the tower bridge, a little less so on the tower of London, given the proximity however the combo between the two tickets is perfect
View original review in Italian
As the Tower and Tower Bridge are close together, a morning and afternoon combination of the two sights is a good idea. We had planned 2 hours for the Tower with two children (aged 7 and 10), which was adequate. We spent the whole afternoon at the Tower. Especially in Tower Bridge, the tour through the museum and the engine room is very entertaining for the children with an accompanying activity.

We first visited the Tower with the Crown Jewels. We saw everything in 4 hours and it was a great experience. The highlight was then the London Eye. We treated ourselves to Fast Track and that was really great as we could walk through to the gondola without having to wait. A great day.

It was important to arrive early enough to get in on time, as already mentioned on the tickets. Both the Tower and Tower Bridge were very interesting You should allow 3 hours for the Tower tour in particular

The tickets were easy to purchase, we chose a dual ticket option with a reduction for seniors. At both places, the staff was very flexible allowing us to enter early. 2 to 3 hours in the Tower is required as there is so much to see. The audio guide is very worthwhile, Beefeater guide attracts large number. Our trip to Tower Bridge was fascinating, worth visiting the engine room, very interesting.
Everything went well with the tickets. However, the river cruise was only one way and only from Westminster to the Tower, so we had to fork out another 18 €, whic

Awesome experience . Thanks for the arrangement.
I liked the start very much. Christmas hats, good help, pleasant atmosphere. Only after the start, tour guide kept talking continuously, did not keep his mouth shut. That resulted in us not listening at one point, and thus missed the most important information about the beautiful spots. I think a tour leader could be more concise in his narration and there are silences too.

Tour left on time and showed the Christmas lights
It was nice but the traffic was insane so it was more like waiting for it to finish and get out
Everyone was friendly and made the tour fun
It was great knowing more about the surrounding architecture along with the beautiful view of Christmas Lights.
Friendly employees. The tour guide provided good information and had a good sense of humor.
