- Wheelchairs must be no larger than 70cm wide, 120cm long, and 135cm high to board the bus. If unsure, contact the service provider.
- Just a heads up, each bus can only accommodate 1 wheelchair at a time. If there is already a passenger in a wheelchair, please wait for the next one.
- Your dogs are welcome on the buses.
- A 1-day ticket is valid for 1 calendar day whereas the 24-hour ticket is valid for 24 hours. For example, if you hop on at 10am, then your ticket remains valid till 10am the following day.
- If you purchased the 24-hour HOHO pass, you get a one-way cruise from either Westminster or Tower Pier. However, the 48-hour HOHO pass offers a return transfer to/from Greenwich Pier on the same day.
- You can cancel these tickets up to 24 hours before the experience begins and get a full refund.
