The tour of London is always pleasant, but the bus took very, very long breaks and the initial stop was difficult to identify in the street. I also found the tours less complete than a few years ago.

The bus was clean. The employees on and off the bus were friendly and helpful. The Hop On Hop Off bus is the best way to learn about the city.
Ticket purchase was easy & good online👍 with tickets sent to my email. Loved the hopon hopoff buses and the boat trip along the Thames was excellent. But finding the bus stops was tricky without the bus map and knowledge if London. Better signage if bus stops is needed and need to ensure everyone has thebus route map.
Everything was great and without any problems.

The guides were really helpful in sharing the details on the route
The Blue bus and drivers were never at the stops. Waited 40 plus minutes multiple times. Gave up and walked. The very first driver was a jerk. While waiting 15 min to leave he would not answer questions. When he finally did, he blamed the ticket seller, even tho we bought on line. Rode one Red route and it was fine,
Sightseen and boat was very good combo
Fabulous friendly and welcoming staff. Great choice of routes to suit all. Loved it all. Thank you!
Bus ride was good. Took 40 minutes to get my ticket, so we had to wait before we got on the bus. Was in contact with customer service after 35 minutes and shortly after i got the tickets.
Very helpful staff. Can't hear the audio guide well
