The trip was amazing, we got a perfect view of all the attractions and our team had the privilege of learning so much about the city through the audio. My favorite was definitely when we crossed the bridge to the Asian side of Turkey. The views were beautiful!!😍
Good Experience In my case I started the tour from Sultanahmet. Important fact. Istanbul is a city with a lot of traffic

we really enjoyed it . Istambul faboulus
I would have liked a real person talking to us along the way, instead it was just a recording. The recording was quite hard for me to hear. I also thought I had booked for a ticket that included a trip on the boat, but apparently for a one day ticket that is not possible. Trying to ask the assistant on board about my ticket and how to use the service, she was barely able to explain anything to me in good english. We started at 10am, had two stops and then quit the tour completely.
The double decker bus was good. A better map would be good so we can tell where we are. It was tricky to know exactly what the commentary was about at times.
The rather long tour, gives an insight into Istanbul, the different historical neighborhoods, the history and how quickly it is changing.

Convinient way to see some key tourist spots and buildings. It gave us opportunity to stay in some areas as long as we wanted to or less than usual, and then just pop back on the next bus. Also the audio provides some basic information about key buildings.
The tour is very good. But the traffic is horrible and sometimes the narration of the sites goes ahead of the route. You have to "reset" the narration and follow the route.

On time, service delivered as promised.
Really good just need to add shelter from the sun at some stops.
It's a very nice tour. I liked it very much. I recommend it.

Getting passed the long lines. The ingenuity of how they solved their water problems.
Beautiful!!! Everything -- I recommend the skip-the-line ticket

The atmosphere and the quick entry.
Quick and easy. Saved me from waiting in line under a scorching heat.
It has been a unique experience with the convenience of not having to wait in line.

Beautiful place Nice cool place in a hot day
It is something uniqie, worth to see
Spectacular, nice lighting, and with pre purchased tickets, no line. Not too crowded and nice and cool.
Simply amazing. It was one of our higlights in our first Turkey experience.
A place you can not miss if you go to Istanbul. Unique and unrepeatable. With the tickets taken out, we did not queue at all and we saw it very quietly.

Hello, I loved it. As we had bought the tickets we did not queue and inside the Basilica Cistern we found it beautiful.

It was really easy to buy the tickets and fast. Less than 5 minutes and I had my tickets to the basilica cistern. Thank you very much. Would definitely buy more from your website
Amazing experience especially when combined with the different lights. Definitely worth it to pre-book tickets online and jump the queue
Easy booking process through Headout, skipped the line and enjoyed the Basilica Cisterns completely hassle free. Would recommend
Really cool and atmospheric spot...definitely worth a visit if you’re into history. It’s an underground cavern that once stored the city’s water supply, and walking through it feels like stepping into another world. The lighting and reflections make it a great place for photos. It’s a relatively quick walkthrough, but the space is impressive and packed with historical weight. A quiet, moody break from the busy streets above.
The double decker bus was good. A better map would be good so we can tell where we are. It was tricky to know exactly what the commentary was about at times.
The ticket purchase experience was great. I skipped the whole line. But i didn't enjoy the Basilica Cistern very much. $35 for 10 minutes was kinda a lot
There was a massive crowd for ticket purchase, but no one waiting in the online queue. Buying these tickets on headout saved us probably an hour - in that time we got to see the cistern and head to other attractions. Cistern is definitely worth seeing, and online tickets to skip the queue are a must!
Whizzed through to the front of the queue with skip the line ticket. Managed to be the first inside and having that space to myself was an absolute pleasure. Put this place on your must visit list when in Istanbul it's amazing.
Convinient way to see some key tourist spots and buildings. It gave us opportunity to stay in some areas as long as we wanted to or less than usual, and then just pop back on the next bus. Also the audio provides some basic information about key buildings.
It was beautiful. So easy to get through as we'd bought our tickets in advance. Really lovely to walk around, absolutely stunning and really interesting
Skip the queue was still busy and guess what you still had to queue but it moved quite quickly. We did visit on Saturday so it's what we excepted.
Overpriced for what it is. Interesting experience and amazing that they were developed. Very easy walk as there are metal grills underfoot everywhere.
I had no problems in particular, the online booking and admission went very well and everything is handled very well, the attraction is exactly what it is supposed to be and is apparently maintained well. Nothing to recriminate. THE PRICE IS MEANINGLESS! I am not even going to mention the amount of places that exist in the world that cost less than half as much and have a cultural heritage to offer incomparable with tanks you had lost memory of for centuries. If the price were fair, no one would feel mocked by losing confidence in the whole country.

Everything was amazing. The Basilica Cistern was my favorite part. Skipping 200 people in line to jump to the front was just outstanding. Will always do a Mega Pass where ever we can. 10/10 recommend.
WOW, what a trip! The Mega Pass let us skip lines everywhere—felt like VIPs. Our guide was super funny, made history fun. Would buy again.
If you want to see Istanbul FAST, get the Mega Pass! Skipped lines everywhere, guides are legends. Bring snacks, it’s a long day.
If you want to see it all, get the Mega Pass! We did so many things in just 2 days. Basilica Cistern was my surprise fave—so cooool inside.
Brought my wife and 8yo twins. The Mega Pass was totally worth it just for the skip-the-line at Hagia Sophia. The kids got a bit bored at Topkapi, but the gardens are nice for them to run around. Our guide gave us good local food recs too (try the simit stands nearby!).
Went with my husband and two kids. Mega Pass made everything so easy. Guides were great with the kids and shared fun facts they still talk about.
Honestly, totally worth it. We saw so much in 2 days and didn’t have to worry about tickets. Our guide was super knowledgeable and even showed us a cooool hidden tea shop after the tour.
Mega Pass = best way to see Istanbul. No waiting in line, guides are super knowledgeable. Had a blast with my friends. 10/10.
So easy! Booked last minute and still managed to see everything. The guides are super friendly, and the skip-the-line feature is a LIFE HACK. Basilica Cistern was my fave—so mysterious.
Istanbul Mega Pass is a LIFE SAVER! Did everything in 3 days—Blue Mosque, cruise, palaces. The guides are so friendly, and I actually learned a ton (did you know cats are like, sacred here?). Would recommend to anyone short on time.
Travelled solo. Found the tours super helpful—otherwise I’d have just wandered around lost. Met some cool people in the group too. Highlight was def the Bosphorus cruise at sunset. Would do again!
Mega Pass was a lifesaver on our short trip. Did all the sights we wanted, guides were super energetic. Skip-the-line feature is worth every penny.
Did Mega Pass with my bf, best decision. Skipped loooong lines, guide was so fun. Basilica Cistern is a must-see.
Did the Mega Pass with my parents. No lines, great stories from the guide. Saw all the sights in 2 days!
Best way to see Istanbul if you’re short on time. Skipped sooo many lines. Guides are great. Bring a hat for sunny days!
Mega Pass is SO easy to use. Did all the sights in two days, guides were super nice. Bring a hat for the sun.
Did the Mega Pass with my mom. Skipped all the lines, guides were super patient. Hagia Sophia is UNREAL in person!
Mega Pass is AWESOME. Did all the main stuff in a weekend. Guides tell the best stories. Blue Mosque is beautiful!

The queue was average not all that long for the premium we paid perhaps it could have more added on to provide value for money.
It was a seamless process . I booked around 9am & was walking into the magnificent Hagia Sophia half an hour later listening to the audio having skipped the line & before it was overcrowded . Highly recommend .
Skip the line tickets is the way to go! It was way too hot to stand in the very long line. We went straight in, which made us very happy! 😃
The visit was without a guide. The entrance without queues was perfect. We went directly to the queue at the access control, there were not too many people, and we entered directly.

Visiting Haja Sophia was a truly exciting and unforgettable experience. The building is immediately striking in its majesty: the imposing dome, golden mosaics, and Islamic calligraphy coexist in a harmony unique in the world. It is impossible not to feel the weight of history as you walk inside - from Byzantine basilica to Ottoman mosque to museum and mosque again, every nook and cranny tells of centuries of culture and religious transformation. The atmosphere is solemn, yet welcoming, and the sense of spirituality one feels is universal, regardless of one's faith. The organization is good, the entrance well managed, and the staff courteous. I definitely recommend visiting it, perhaps early in the morning to avoid the crowds. An architectural masterpiece that leaves you breathless

The tour was informative, helped to listen to audio, which made the experience worth while. The whole process from booking to the end worked easily. Thank you
It's an impressive site that still impresses me with its beauty. You can enter for free if you pray, but the security guards ask you to recite the Koran. My relatives have used this entrance. For my part, I found that the paying queue without a queue cutter was interminable. Under a blazing sun, I went to your site and took my ticket in less than 2 minutes. I then ran out as we were approaching closing time for the morning. Inside, I let my feelings carry me from one point of view to another. Everything is gigantic, and the experience gave me a great deal of peace despite the crowds. My relatives who had gone to pray were down below, and the rest of us visitors were up above. The quietude of the prayers was preserved.

I'm so glad I visited the Hagia Sophia – it's such a stunning and awe-inspiring site. The interior is incredibly intricate, and it's truly something you shouldn't miss. We were lucky to get in easily and avoid the crowds thanks to our pass. I’d recommend going in the afternoon when its quieter.
It was good not to have to stand in line. It was just a shame that I couldn't visit the mosque because of the prayer time.

Great views, great times. You can get some seriously good photos from up here (I didn’t as I’m useless with a camera). The price is a bit steep at €30 for going up a tower, but there’s an elevator up and then stairs back down. Nothing too demanding, and you can take breaks to read the information on each floor on the way down. Overall, a good experience, just wish it was a little cheaper.
