The experience was perfect from the start. We were greeted, given a map and headphones, and an explanation of how the hop on hop off bus operated. The bus was clean and comfortable. The audio tour was interesting and thorough. We rode the entire route to start, enabling us to determine the places we wanted to visit later. We hopped of and enjoyed a few stops and had a wonderful lunch. I love that it was an easy, comfortable way to see the city.

This slightly geographically confused American went to George Square, per instruction, but was unaware that there are two bus stops the square. If one boards at the south side stop, as I did, one misses the initial orientation messages and is unaware of precautions and protocol at stops.

Enjoyed the Glasgow HOHO bus experience. Lovely entertaining driver on the Red Route ! What would have been helpful is that we were informed that Peoples Palace and Botanical gardens were closed at the start of the journey and then we would have got off at an earlier stop at the Glasgow Cathedral.

Found finding you bus stops difficult due to poor signage. Was not told that the rceipt at stop one was in fact the ticket from there on. It was barely legible which added to the problem. Otherwise OK

The bus is quite good, but it is not specified when it is live explanation only in English and when it is multilingual. It would be quite nice if it was specified in the timetable and if there were more multilingual buses as the website advertises it in several languages and there are not many buses that do it.

Enjoyed the tour but wasn't aware of the difference there was an in person vs audio version depending on what but you ended up on. Also, the stop we needed to catch out primary bus at was not accessible due to construction and nothing on the website indicated this nor was the stop just up from the location clearly marked. Thankfully, the bus driver stopped to pick up several passengers (our part & another) when waved down. Have had better experiences in other cities.

Friendly staff, entertaining guides, relaxed getting on and off experience. Good route. Guidance on how to find the right bus (yellow or red, with or without live guide) could have been clearer, both on the website and in the leaflets as on the buses and at bus stops. Distinguishing between red and yellow line could have been clearer on the website. Same for how to book for a second day with a discount.
