Found finding you bus stops difficult due to poor signage. Was not told that the rceipt at stop one was in fact the ticket from there on. It was barely legible which added to the problem. Otherwise OK

The bus is quite good, but it is not specified when it is live explanation only in English and when it is multilingual. It would be quite nice if it was specified in the timetable and if there were more multilingual buses as the website advertises it in several languages and there are not many buses that do it.

Enjoyed the tour but wasn't aware of the difference there was an in person vs audio version depending on what but you ended up on. Also, the stop we needed to catch out primary bus at was not accessible due to construction and nothing on the website indicated this nor was the stop just up from the location clearly marked. Thankfully, the bus driver stopped to pick up several passengers (our part & another) when waved down. Have had better experiences in other cities.

We have been on a bus with a live Guide and this was very personal and interresting. The buses run really frequently and go to the main attractions.

Guidance on how to find the right bus (yellow or red, with or without live guide) could have been clearer, both on the website and in the leaflets as on the buses and at bus stops.
Distinguishing between red and yellow line could have been clearer on the website. Same for how to book for a second day with a discount.
