That there was a lot to see. The information was also very good. The bus stops just needed to be better marked.

The tour took us to all the important places and we would not have known about the Kaiser Wilhelm church if it wasn't for the guide. This was definitely a highlight. On the older bus some of the microphones didn't work. The joking was silly - we'd have preferred more information about the city The syncing did not always work.
The individual stopping points are poorly marked and if you want to get on somewhere you haven't got off before, you're pretty much in the woods.

The digital audio guide and we have learned so much. We are several experiences richer. It was a lot of fun.

The city tour is complete with explanations. It's perfect for visiting a city in a short time. And it makes you want to explore and spend more time there.

Good value for money. A great way to get an overview of Berlin ; would recommend at the beginning of holiday to get your bearings .

2 major events in Berlin on the same day. Many streets closed. Partial bus route. We had to take the metro and cab to complete our journeys. Lots of traffic jams. Tickets could be used the next day but we were leaving. No refund offered.

The bus did not stop at all the stations indicated in the guidebook, many of them were closed. Neither the website nor the tour guide warned us about it. Lousy

We were only in Berlin for one day and we had booked the Classic and East Tour...., which was a good combination as we had the opportunity to see everything "important". It was informative and fun. It was perfect for us. Staff were nice and helpful.

Riding the subway was therefore completely uncomplicated. It's a pity that not all companies take part, e g New Museum. Unfortunately they have their own system.

The deliberate use of buses and suburban trains (for sightseeing above ground) was very good for our requirements and needs. Clean buses, problem-free suburban trains, punctuality and no unpleasant incidents made the trips a good experience.

It makes traveling in Berlin very easy, you don't have to look anywhere you can go without looking for pay machines to buy tickets, really ideal!

Ordered tickets online for 4 people and easy to save on smartphone with the qr code, printed on paper just to be sure. In Berlin itself did a lot with public transport and got discounts in various stores and museums. definitely worth its money for 5 days of Berlin!

The ease of getting from one public transportation system to another. Good connections and good connections everywhere

At public transport nobody and nowhere cheek the ticket, and I used the BWC to get some discounts for entrance ticket.
We didn't have to worry much about public transportation and if we were 2 minutes late the next subway came in 5 minutes. : )

I purchased a 3 day Berlin Welcome Card. I first used it to travel from Berlin Airport to Berlin Hauptbahnhof. A Train Conductor went through the train checking tickets. I had mine on my mobile - absolutely no hassle. NB:You don't need to validate the Berlin Welcome Card ticket. I then used the card over the next 2 days throughout Berlin and as far as Potsdam on various forms of public transport. I received substantial discounts at the Barberini Museum in Potsdam and the Berlin TV Tower Observation Deck along with other museums. The convenience was fantastic because you don't have to keep buying separate tickets for each trip. It paid for itself in no time. I'd thoroughly recommend buying it online before you arrive in Berlin. Just put the dates you intend to travel. it was easy to buy and the ticket was emailed to me immediately.
It's good that you have the tickets on your cell phone. The downside is that you also have to carry everything with you on an A4 sheet of paper.

It was very relaxing to be able to travel by public transport without having to keep looking for and buying new tickets.
View original review in German
The discount on various museums is ideal, also the "free" public transport travel makes it easy to see much of Berlin. However, the ordering did not go to plan; it was reported that after ordering your card , you would receive another email with your voucher in pdf file. However, we never received this one.

The all inclusive public transport is great. But you can get that on it's own. The Berlin welcome card part was useless. Website is horrible, it's impossible to easily figure out what's included, the paged interface makes it impossible to search, and the way it's indicated is very confusing. In the end we didn't get any price reduction in the places we visited
I didn't validate the ticket and couldn't find any kiosks. I could have taken public transport for free, as there are no barriers like in other European cities.

Good: Valid on public transport, discount on Spree Botsfahrt. Disappointing: No discount at the museums we visited.

Dear Headout, The app worked fine and I was able to download and view admission tickets to some museums through the app. I could not open the pdf file for public transport. Fortunately, this was not a problem for the mostly streetcar and bus drivers.

It's made my trip very easy because it was easy to get around the city. I went to a few a museum and attractions and it was great to use the discounts that they called they give.
It was stressful when the mail with the tickets did not come. After finally chatting, it was settled in no time. In Berlin, the card worked very well. Unlimited public transportation is very practical. You can get around Berlin very easily and get where you want to be. We also got discounts everywhere we wanted to go in. Card was known everywhere.

Public transportation you really do need in a city like Berlin, we (had to) use it a lot, not thinking much about whether or not to take a welcome card ... you really get it out of it ... and then there are discounts in the museums ... no brainer
View original review in Dutch
Having the freedom to move around Berlin on public transport with my 2 children was just perfect. In 1 week we were able to see and do so much. I would definitely use this card again for future visits.

It was easy to use public transport as tickets were no longer required and nothing had to be stamped. No controls - thanks for the trust!
View original review in German
All in all, it was relaxing to have free travel on public transport and not have to buy tickets all the time. There were discounts at some museums, but unfortunately not at all attractions such as the zoo.

Highly recommended! With a price however good, we were able to use unlimited public transportation, is took advantage of discounts for access for various activities
View original review in Italian
We only used the Berlin WelcomeCard for public transportation and it is well worth its price. Surely many of the sights are a short distance apart so you would spend a lot of time walking. With public transport this is just a bit faster. We mostly took the bus, but also the S-bahn or U-bahn. We used google maps to find the right connections and they are very accurate. We booked tickets for zone ABC because we also did the airport transport by public transport as well as a visit to Sachsenhausen concentration camp. Just be sure to print out the codes on paper when you buy, because you have to show them at inspection (this only happened once).

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying the Combo: Berlin TV Tower Skip-the-Line Tickets + Guided City Cruise, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The visit to the Berlin TV Tower began with a seamless entry—no waiting in line, which was a huge plus. Once at the top, the views were absolutely breathtaking. Despite a light fog in the distance, the burning lights of the city created a magical atmosphere that truly highlighted Berlin’s unique character. The panorama offered a stunning 360° perspective, from the historic heart of the city to its modern skyline. A major highlight was the elegant revolving restaurant located 207 meters above ground. The ambiance, the food, and the slowly changing view as the restaurant turned—everything about it was exceptional. Dining there was an experience in itself, combining fine cuisine with one of the best views Berlin has to offer. The guided city cruise was equally impressive. Floating along the Spree River, we were treated to a fascinating journey through time. The bilingual guide (English and German) was both informative and entertaining, sharing interesting facts and humorous anecdotes that brought Berlin’s history and architecture to life. Passing by both grand historic landmarks and striking modern buildings, the cruise offered a unique perspective on the city. Seeing Berlin from the water allowed us to truly feel the contrast and harmony between the old and the new—a perfect reflection of the city’s rich and complex identity. This combo experience offers the best of Berlin from above and along the river. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a deeper, more memorable view of the German capital!

The tour itself. But I was informed Just 30 minutes before that we could visit only half of the places due to police restrictions
Everything went smoothly. The boat trip + "Skip the Line" at the TV tower went smoothly and on time. Thank you very much!

Overall, it was a great experience. Unfortunately, there is no indication, e.g. on the boat or in the menu, that it is self-service.

The guide was super(I think his name was Andreas?) We loved the point that there was no audio guide and we had a real person talk about the city and tell jokes. Definately will recommend to friends!
Seeing a part of Berlin from the water gives you a totally different perspective than if you see it walking the streets. In addition, Andreas, the guide, explained the whole tour perfectly and in a very pleasant way. I recommend this boat tour without hesitation.

Lovely river boat tour. Boat was clean and well maintained. The tour was informative. We were only on a day trip to the city, and it was a great way to see some of the sights along the Spree in the time frame we had.
We saw many sights on this 1-hour boat trip. However, the tone of the announcements could have been louder. Sometimes we didn't understand much.

The combination package is ideal for a beautiful and varied day in Berlin. You can experience much more. Depending on how long your stay is. By booking online, many questions can be answered and waiting times can be reduced. The tower and the boat trip are highly recommended. The staff were all very nice. I can only recommend :)

Friendly service on the ship. Everything was clean and tidy. It was irritating that a different meeting point was indicated when booking than was then stated in the confirmation email. There was no recognizable shipping company. At the starting point stated in the booking, the employee himself did not know where our ship departed and at which events we had booked. We then went to the meeting point from the email and found the ship. On the ship it was a pity that the announcements were only played from the tape and no Berlin charm jumped over through live announcements.
