Classic Tour (A-Tour)
Trendy East Berlin and Wall Tour (B-Tour)
Good value for money. A great way to get an overview of Berlin ; would recommend at the beginning of holiday to get your bearings .
We were only in Berlin for one day and we had booked the Classic and East Tour...., which was a good combination as we had the opportunity to see everything "important". It was informative and fun. It was perfect for us. Staff were nice and helpful.

To be able to stop and visit and leave again. Even if sometimes the points aren't very clear

Unfortunately, the route had to be changed due to the renovations at the Brandenburg Gate. The texts in the audio guide did not always correspond to the location and were sometimes interrupted. The dialog form was very good and gave a good impression of the GDR era.

The tour covers a number of attractions, which have a lot of variety. The tickets can be conveniently purchased online.
We didn't know that the digital ticket had to be converted into an analog ticket by a staff member and that you first have to go to a certain office in Berlin. That makes no sense and doesn't fit in with the logic of a digital ticket, which I want to use immediately. CONCLUSION: We were not taken on the Bis as planned, but had to buy an additional S-Bahn ticket for 4 people to activate our dig. Bus ticket to activate. This was not stated anywhere and is also quite pointless - we will not recommend it to others.

The staff was very attentive, and the audios explain what is necessary and accurate.

Ordered tickets online for 4 people and easy to save on smartphone with the qr code, printed on paper just to be sure. In Berlin itself did a lot with public transport and got discounts in various stores and museums. definitely worth its money for 5 days of Berlin!

The Berlin Welcome Card gives you access to all public transportation in Berlin. You also get discounts in many museums and restaurants.

Public transport tickets were never checked. We didn't feel like the discount on tickets made a big difference and a lot of places don't have a discount
Good experience: just a little doubt, as I had booked on the internet, was there a need or not for a paper format? (I had the flash code on our mobiles...). In the documentation, there was also mention of a first activation on a terminal, but we couldn't find one...

We purchased Berlin welcome cards which allowed us to ride the metro without having to purchase tickets every day; very convenient! And we purchased tickets to visit Parliament/dome and the show "Falling In Love." For our first visit to Berlin, these were both enjoyable and worthwhile activities. Headout worked well for us!!
We had no check for the 5 days 8n Berlin, both in the subway and in the bus the tickets were not needed. So I paid a lot of money when ws was not necessary. We did not have time to see museums.

Easy and no hassle checking in and out like in the Netherlands. Metro is great. Quickly from A to B and criss-cross the city. In addition, discount at various museums.

We used all the public transport - S Bahn, U Bahn, Tram and the buses in Berlin so the Welcome Card was fantastic to have with us. We didn't have to worry about tickets. We also got discounts in the DDR museum, Berlin Cathedral and the Hop on hop off bus by having the Welcome card. Overall Berlin is a fantastic place to visit
The unlimited use of public transport for 72 hours was brilliant. And there were good discounts on entry to the museums and attractions that we visited. Highly recommended.
The best decision, to buy the Welcome Card, to travel comfortably in Berlin, even from or to the airport. I will definitely buy the Welcome Card when I return to Berlin.

The ease with which you can travel through Berlin. As a tip, I would like you to point out to the future customers at the front about the installation and convenience of the BVG fahrinfo app.

Ease of travel. Many venues enrolled in the 25 percent discount only applied it on certain genres. For example. - only on small beer - only on a restricted menu

I found it very nice that there was no tape but a nice young man told us a lot of things, it was much more personal.

I can only recommend it! There was a man on the 🛥️ who told us all about Berlin in German and English! That was funny and cool! Make the trip!

Friendly service on the ship. Everything was clean and tidy. It was irritating that a different meeting point was indicated when booking than was then stated in the confirmation email. There was no recognizable shipping company. At the starting point stated in the booking, the employee himself did not know where our ship departed and at which events we had booked. We then went to the meeting point from the email and found the ship. On the ship it was a pity that the announcements were only played from the tape and no Berlin charm jumped over through live announcements.

The tour was good and entertaining. The breaks in between were long, more information could have come across.

One hour is completely sufficient, the presenter created a good atmosphere without being intrusive. He spoke very clearly and distinctly. Snacks and drinks were available on board. Very friendly staff
View original review in German
The tour and the sound of the speakers were top, absolutely recommendable, small point of criticism no service for drinks...you had to get drinks downstairs yourself at the bar....sonst super,
View original review in German
The explanations, the friendliness of the on-board staff and the very reasonable prices for drinks. The tour was very interesting and well-paced. I recommend it 100%. Thank you

My city tour was okay because the explanations of the sights were so quiet over the loudspeakers that I didn't hear anything interesting because of the engine volume. (I have good hearing). I couldn't get an answer to specific questions about one sight (name or use of the building near the Reichstag building). I would have hoped for more information about the sights to be seen. The boat and the service were otherwise good.

We liked the fact that our tour guide Christoph described the sights in German and English in a witty and original way.

Everything was ok Except the cabin downstairs very very badly geschtüncken after toilet smell, even my child has him very bad gone.
View original review in German
The speakers on board were very quiet. Could possibly be more. So that there is one on every 2nd or 3rd row. Sometimes you couldn't understand anything. Because other passengers were also talking "too loudly" for the few loudspeakers. Boat trip was good in good weather. The description for the meeting point was for the 2.5h tour. Until we happened to see the docking point for the 1 hour tour on the other busy road. Otherwise it was good.

Very friendly staff onboard. The fact you can buy drinks and some food. There were headphones to listen to the tour in a variety of languages. It was very relaxing and informative at the same time.
A pleasant cruise, discovering the monuments from the Sprée, with a smiling host who gave clear explanations accompanied by little anecdotes.

The escort/guide was very knowledgeable and funny, and was available to answer questions from the passengers individually at the end of the tour

No one checked us in or checked tickets. Therefore, no one could tell me to request an audio guide for English as the german was what was being announced overhead. I saw halfway through that some people had little devices the could listen to. I'm not sure if straining to listen with my broken German but being hands free or having to hold a remote control sized item at my ear the whole time would have been better for me personally, but I do wish I gad had the option to choose-as in si wish someone had checked me in and asked if I gad wanted an audio guide. Other than that it was a beautiful day so the ride was beautiful.
The competent and flippant tour guide..no audio experience via cell phone..super...
