Great staff on the buses - always helpful and reliable. The buses also always arrived on time and there was always a seat. We especially loved the view of the Ponte Pietra from the blue line bus (unfortunately we can't remember the stop). It was really great that the bus waited briefly for us tourists so that we could take pictures. Picture is attached :)

The hop on hop off tour is very good - two separate lines (red and blue) with 8 stops and about an hour long for each line. The narration was helpful but a bit repetitive.
The staff were amazing & very helpful & the sites were just priceless, great idea to see the sites get off have lunch & jump back on with the one day pass or two day pass.
That your was the PERFECT way to see Verona today. We saw inside. Outside. Hopped on. Hopped off. It was a very full and perfect day!!
I expected to be able to hop on and hop off but discovered the stop where I wanted to hop off, I would need to queue for more than two of the half hour circuits to get back on again, so we stayed on the bus. We did one complete circuit of each route not getting off. Not really worth the cost of the ticket for one day, I paid for two days for two of us.
It was all as expected, we just got off at a place we were particularly interested in and then walked back through the old town 😉

We did the blue line in Verona as we thought it would be a great way to see the city. We had a great little stop above the city. It was a small bus and pretty a speedy and bumpy ride. The audio guide was also high speed info in poor quality, oundwise. We hopped of by the cathedral and was running after the bus to get on, after, but the bus just drove away, before schedule. All in all the trip did not meet our expectations.
The experience was great for an overly hot day in Verona. I never could figure out how to track the buses on the app but the signage at each stop was accurate. One operator even offered to help locate my sunglasses left at one of the stops.
Both bus routes were worth doing. Easy booking.
Was informative would love to come back

The fact that you can wander around the city and enter almost every attraction with out worries. It gives a genuine freedom to enjoy Verona.

It was nice not having to stand in line and getting free admission to all of the sights. Easy to use and welcomed by each venue.
I recommend everyone explore the city with the Verona Card. You can enter many attractions without wasting time in line, and it also reduces costs.

In the morning the waiting to buy the tickets was quite long, with our skip the line ticket we were in 1 minute inside. Afternoon, i noticed that line was not long, so it would not take long time to buy the ticket.
Super easy to use and great value to see the best Verona has to offer! We were able to skip the lines at the Arena while exploring other options that we may not have if it wasn't for the Verona Card.

Beautiful city, easy access to all the attractions we went to and bus travel also was a positive experience. I'd highly recommend the verona card.
Queues could be avoided and all of Verona's main sights could be visited in one day

I bought tickets on Verona ticket instead of the park's official website and saved 2 euro per ticket, paid 16 euro instead of 18 and on 5 tickets I saved 10 euro. At the park we rented a golf-cart that you can go maximum 4 people cost 29 euro per hour and a bike at 6 euro per hour. Very large park beautiful and well maintained! Several bar stations along the park. Very nice experience!

A very well-maintained park with many areas to explore, the little train service allowed us to be able to view it all so we could then choose where to walk and stop to enjoy both the view and the quiet time. I highly recommend it 💪

First time using it but won't be the last. Fast and reliable, I got all the order details directly in the app even offline and via email! Fully satisfied, I thought it was a mess and instead all fast and very but very clear and intuitive! Bravo 👏
