Nice way to admire the city outdoors. Disadvantage is that the audio guide is not available in Dutch. Small effort to adjust that, you make the Netherlands and Belgium very happy with that.

We got to see all the important sites in Valencia, this helped us plan our vacation further.
Got a good impression of the city. Less fun: Both at the beginning and when we got off on the way and wanted to take the bus again, we had to wait a very long time.

We did the hop on hop off bus and it was great fun, saw a lot. And what was nice, my son is in a wheelchair and the bus is wheelchair-friendly by means of a folding plate at the exit he could enter to stand at a special spot. Love it
Got to get a good overview of València. Stopped at a few places and didn't have to wait too long for a bus. The narration, however was sometimes too soft or fuzzy to understand
Nice because you experience Valencia best from the bus. Because of the high buildings with the beautiful decorations. The hop on hop off is a must but 1 day is enough. Oceanographic was very disappointing animals that live in too small an environment nowadays you have to do something with it especially the penguins that do not even see daylight. Park also had overdue maintenance we had gone off on review but we do not recommend it

It was the perfect way to discover Valencia. We never had to wait longer then 10 minutes for the bus. There was always a spot in the bus. The drivers were all kind!
Ticketing experience good. Bus tour gives opportunity to see outside city centre. Amazing what they've done with the river bed!
Purchasing and getting the tickets at the bus was easy. Can only recommend to use Hop-On Hop-Off to get a first impression of the city and to use it as a transportation to the most important sightseeing parts as well.
Firstly the ticket I bought online wasn't accepted by the bus driver. He scanned the QR code voucher, but said it wasn't being accepted. We had to get off the bus, but asked the newspaper stand gentleman at bus stop number 2, who we had spoken to before. He very kindly went to speak to the bus driver but also got nowhere. We waited for a another bus to pay the driver, but I tried the voucher with this driver. He scanned the code, asked my name and printed off 2 tickets! So as reported on reviews before, some or just one driver doesn't like or want to scan vouchers. After that the experience with the service was excellent and the best way to see València and get a idea of where you would like to revisit during your stay.
You can get an initial overview by bus and then get on or off at various stations.

Friendly staff, nice route. It is recommended to download the app though as the boarding stops are not very clearly marked. The app makes it easier to find the locations.

Driver didn't speak English. He had problem with my online ticket and other person online ticket in app. It's looked likehe didn't know what to do with online tickets. Than he hesitate about my allowance to entry when he saw a headphones in my arm (I had headphones from another bus tour, it was similar, but definitely not the same in this bus).
Everything was great, staff is very supportive and polite. Stops are very covenient. The only thing as recommendation - to put a photo of the stops signs on the company website, so the people to know what to look for:)
Nice initiative to be able to visit the city from an uncovered bus. You can see the buildings, monuments and places in the city and hear the history through earphones. The oceanografic was an exciting discovery, beautiful and exciting.

Some more information about where you are going and what time you can continue from there is the least you could put on the email. A pdf with tour information and boarding times? It's not that hard, is it?

At the first stop, the employee made sure that everyone got in line. When the bus arrived and some of the passengers wanted to get on straight away, he directed them back into the queue. That was very good, so the boarding process went smoothly.

Commentary and range of stops were good. However, the bus went from stop 17 to stop 3 without any stop at nos. 1 or 2. There should have been an announcement on the bus informing us of this.
The upper floor of the bus was covered, which in the winter months favorishe to get around better without catching cold and admire all the beauties on the other side of the glass. The audio guide system worked well. the map detailed well with all the times. Friendly staff. We also encountered problems though. The point to validate vouchers is only one, and before going up you have to reach it somehow. On the day we visited, two main stops were closed for a few hours, and no one had warned of that detail, not even bus driver, who left a bit before the closures. We thought we would take a tour of the old town, and afterwards take the successor buses, but when we came back, there was nothing to do, we had to look for other nearest bus stop 1 km away, but unfortunately the first bus that arrived, was broken and the next one we had to wait 55 minutes. For those reasons we lost more than 2 hours, searching, running and waiting.

Many tines hop on and off bus tours are just ok but once in a while one hits it out of the oark and the tour in Valencia was a homerun. Great experience and very good narative
Buses were clean and frequent, the route was good. The audio guide was poor - didn't do justice to the beautiful city
It was good that in a short time I was able to go around. Thanks

The dolphin show was something magical! I have seen the oceanarium also un Dubai and Portugal, all were different and amazing in their ways. I wished to see less people, I had the feeling sometimes that the air by the sharks and fishes was less, but was weekend, I can also understand. I liked the elevators, with stroller was easy to visit everything. The playground for kids can be a bit bigger.
A unique experience for me. I felt like I was touching everything. I love animals and the feeling so close made me feel like I was participating with them. Wonderful dolphin show. Inside the area all kinds of services. I highly recommend it despite having the experience on a rainy day.

It was worth it. The aquarium was big and what we liked the most was the part with the dolphins show. We enjoyed it a lot.
It was nice and amazing! A world under water on the earth. We will come back again!
Great impressions! The dolphin show, the sharks and the jellyfish were the highlights!

The dolphin show was awesome. The trainers do an excellent job. The audio system could be improved because sometimes we couldn't listen clearly. Everything was very clean. The staff around very helpful.
EVERYTHING VERY GOOD, WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. THE PARK IS REALLY BEAUTIFUL AND THE GIRLS ESPECIALLY LOVED IT

The Oceanografic is nice but did not live up to our expectations. We have been to multiple different Oceanariums and Aquariums and were expecting the Oceanografic to be a step above and it wasn't. It is nice, don't get me wrong, but not our favourite to date.

The purchase of tickets was easy and useful to skip the queue ... the attraction I expected much more, more animals and especially to see them xké avvolte they were not there or were hidden ,but it was nice and I liked the environment they created and especially the care with which they keep them.
