Great route, excellent views of the city, convenient stops and locations. Drivers were helpful.
Ticketing was flawless; bus tour OK - had to be from outside the town due to geography. Great views, but light on facts and perspective. I would have appreciated additional background - particularly concerning the Spanish Civel war and why Toledo was a strategic target.
The stops were simply too far for a person with difficulty walking. A stop closer to the Cathedral, for example would have been nicer. The sightseeing part was fine. Stopping for photos at the view point was also cool.
The night tour and bus stops

The busrides were OK; one driver especially was very friendly and helpful. Another was a bit unpleasant. But the biggest problem was to find the busstops. Plaza Zocodover appeared in the end not a stop, and the driver refused to stop and waved " somewhere ahead". All together this costed us almost two hours. It may have been too smart by us, but perhaps instructions could be a bit more precise!
The Toledo train station staff offered the ticket for a much higher price than what was on the website. When I asked what the difference was, she was quite stupid and rude. Left me talking to myself. Totally unprepared, I just wanted to make more money.
The tourist sites were very good and the bus was on time.

It was right at the exit of the train so it was super easy to take it from that point. The ride was excellent and returned you to the terminal for your return train.

The buses are pretty regular, and the built-in audio guides worked (other cities did not). The back of the lower level had no air conditioning or openable windows, so it was even hotter than outside.
Great information and very friendly driver
Ticketing easy, efficient and bus staff friendly and helpful.
We were able to see so much of the city with Hop off Hop on!
Staff, service, buses and audio guide all excellent !!!!

I think that there could be more buses available.
