Ticketing was easy, but the email I received did not have a scan image, so I had to download the app and it took a while so the ticket agent had to take a bit of time to input the booking number. The tour was great.
First time to San Diego. The Trolley was a great way to become accustomed to the area. Enjoyed the open air along with the beautiful weather. Everyone was great.
James and Preston was awesome guides. In fact, all the guides were but those 2 stood out for me. Trolleys were comfortable, on time and took a good route. I wish I had 2 days to explore!
Very friendly and informed tour hosts. A fabulous way to see beautiful San Diego.
Great tour, awesome guides, we enjoyed all the information received.
Old Town Trolley was great - the drivers give lots of history about SAN Diego, the music is great, and you see the whole city. We loved being able to see the city without a car!
The driver Bev (Deb?) gave a great informative talk during the route
Tour guide was awsome !!He was funny and very informative and played godd fun music.
Very engaging guides providing a perfect splash of history, recommendations and humor. Everyone I engaged with was very helpful and friendly. At the last minute, I purchased a two-day pass instead of one day and enjoyed every minute. I personally found it to be a great value and convenient way to get around the main areas of the city to see as much as possible during a short stay. I was staying in Coronado and wanted to stay downtown longer than the tour allowed for drop off and took the ferry back over to the island. Also recommend this as an option for anyone considering it due to trolley pickup times. Thank you for a great experience!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The tour guides were great and we got in very smoothly with our tickets! The animals were out so we saw many of them. The sky view from the tram was wonderful!
Great adventures!!! The Midway was so interesting! Great amount of history. The Zoo was really fun! Staff was helpful. Enjoyed the free rides- gondola and bus!
My family and I had a very special day at the zoo. Each of us had different favourite moments which to me meant it will appeal to all. Lots of things to see and do at the zoo!!!
It was a awesome day!!! My grand kids love all the animals.
Lots of things - Loved the tour bus, the pink flamingos were wonderful to watch, we saw lions, tigers and bears. Having pre bought our tickets made entry a breeze. Since the parking lot was really full we used the valet parking which made our trip much easier. The volunteers were all amazing.
It was a very hot day...so some of the animals were in their shady areas and had to see. We loved seeing the giraffes and elephants.
From the parking all the way to my way out . The employees were very helpful . The park was very clean and the animals were very active it was a great time . Ty San Diego zoo.
From entry, to every turn and attraction, you are immersed in everything a zoo should be. Best zoo experience we have ever had. 5 starts across the board.
The San Diego zoo is by far the best I've ever been too. I wish I could have had more time to explore. The paths are endless with so many fun animals to see and experiences to take part in. I also love how everything is built into the one price, from parking to the skyline, your ticket covers it all.
Awesome park and great experience with our young granddaughter and family. So nice to see the Pandas and animals in Africa.
The experience was very valuable to realize the way animals are kept. Although the zoo tries to replicate the environments in which the different species live, it leaves much to be desired because these artificial environments not only limit the perceptual system of the species to integrate into their natural environment (the perception of sounds, visual stimuli, smells, vibrations, etc. with which they have evolved, but they are also limited in their natural movements or routes, as well as in the possibility of socializing. This has led me to conclude that although the zoo completes an entertainment function for visitors, they should be educated on how these environments are limiting the true nature of the animals. Half the animals could not be seen, they were hiding. The zoo map you pass out is horible, imposssible to figure out where to go, not enough information on the fron or back to to find something your lookiing for. had to constantly ask for directions and where to go to find certain animals.
Weather, Zoo app, manageable crowd, variety of animals, lunch at Albert's. Transportation: conveniente Lyft drop off point. Ease of ticket purchase.
I was able to purchase tickets online, it was quick and easy! Zoo was clean and nice. Children enjoyed. All staff were so kind and professional.
We had a wonderful day at the zoo. We were impressed with the space, well maintained grounds and the beauty of animals. Overall it was a fun filled day.
First time to San Diego. The Trolley was a great way to become accustomed to the area. Enjoyed the open air along with the beautiful weather. Everyone was great.
The weather was cool which for the zoo is perfect because the animals are out and a lot of them were more active. The pandas were one of the highlights eating and walking around. The jaguar was up, and one of the polar bears went for a swim. Even some of the koalas were eating instead of sleeping. The food was very good too.
It was really easy to buy the tickets.
Yay such a great day at San Diego Zoo. Thanks Headout for a seamless experience.
I could see 2 pandas. One of them was sleeping, and the other one was eating bamboo grass. They were so cute.
Everything was excellent and first class. Thank you for everything.
The Zoo tickets worked fine. The Zoo was great, not too crowded and very clean and organized. Free parking!
So much to see and so many different critters AND plants. AND your entire staff was friendly and helpful!!
Easy ordering and a beautiful day
What I liked the most was it was a good bargain two places for a cheaper payment.
