We've used HOHO in other cities and like the 24 hour feature. In Munich we purchased our tickets at noon on Saturday May 17 and enjoyed the bus ride around the city, then hopped off and on at a museum. We planned to use the bus again at 10am Sunday to get near the English Gsrdens but a sports rally prevented us from boarding at the two stops nearest our hotel. So we feel thst we didn't get full use or value for our purchase
There were two major issues from my perspective: 1) there were a stop at tour (olympic tower) but unfortnately the main reason to stop there was in renovation and closed for 2 years but information about that was not available in route description. 2) bought 48h ticket but wanted to use green line on the second day and it was not possible due to some activites in the city but that information was not provided in any tour introduction/description pages/applications. And a minor issue was with two bus drivers who did not speak any english, so i could not get any help or information from them
The route of the city center was good. The commentary was sufficient. One suggestion: point out that there is also an audio guide for children. Parents were very quick to choose their language, but not for their children.

The tour gave me an overview of the city in a short time, and the audio was in Brazilian Portuguese (wonderful). Only one of the drivers wasn't friendly, the other was very welcoming. I managed to buy the ticket online and at the point of sale the girls were very kind when I asked for information on where to buy water and go to the toilet.

There was very little information on the recorded audio tour with the bus. In fact, there were such long stretches of silence that we thought it was not playing at all. It was very disappointing
Bus clean and well steered. That was it. Points of criticism: Guided tour by tape, which was apparently not switched on in sync with the corresponding sights. The announcement also seemed quite old and outdated. Grumpy staff both at the ticket booth and on the bus. We are used to drivers in other major cities interrupting the tape at least in some places and presenting their own information and anecdotes.

The boarding point was easy to find, the bus was clean and comfortable, we left on time, the guide gave us all the information about the tour, and we arrived at the stadium! We were enchanted by the infrastructure and its beauty, walking around the grounds, seeing the pitch, it gave us the feeling of what a game would be like, making us want to go back and watch a Bundesliga match.

The visit is well organized and is a good complement to the city tour. However, the audio on the bus is not good and is not well understood. It would be nice to have it in Spanish. The time left to see the museum is short.
