There are two possible routes that cross each other, but the stops are not mentioned and we don't know when the bus stops if it's because of traffic or if it's because there's a stop, so we didn't get off where we wanted to! A map should be provided before taking the bus for the first time, as we don't know where the nearest stop is. The application doesn't work at all.

We loved getting on and off the bus to see the sights we really wanted to. Also going on both the blue and red tour buses were great as they covered different areas and so covered a lot more area. We also learned a lot about the history of the town.
The staff were absolutely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we couldn't take the red line as there were hardly any buses on the road (at least we never saw one, only for the blue route)

Although we paid the full price, the red line bus did not go to the lighthouse. We also had to wait 45 minutes for the bus

Convenient to book.good way to see the city.Liked that they stopped at specific locations allowing riders the time to take pictures. One of the stops was at the train station which was near our hotel so that was convenient. Unfortunately for us the time we chose to use the bus, it started to rain shortly there after.Uncontrolable and prevented us for taking the second route of the trip.Would recommend it to others!
In addition to the above reasons (I have had to change seats to find an audio guide which was working properly) I think that the maintenance of the bus should be improved (cleanliness .... visibility through the windows...).
Excellent cultural and detailed trip...

The buses actually came about every 20 minutes. The app to keep track of when they were coming was useless as they always deviated from the times given there. That's why we didn't catch 2 buses. The first one arrived at least 10 minutes earlier and we only saw the next one from a distance as it left 5 minutes earlier. The buses used were old and noisy, so in combination with the traffic it was not a pleasant experience to sit outside. The tect to the individual sights was usually played too early, so that you could not identify the buildings in question. The amount of information was too little overall, the rest of the time was covered by music.

There was no bottle of water as mentionned when we purchased. There was issue with out mobile ticket (staff asked for pur paper copy, seriously, we're obliviously tourists, we don't have a printer...) On top of that, we had to wait something like 5 buses before we could get on one as everything was overcrowded. Why do you oversell these things? Bus stop was in full sun, 36C here in genoa, waiting over an hout in the sun is not fun with elderly parents because you oversold tickets for the day. I regret to say I was dissatif'sfied, I probabyl won't tey again elsewhere.

The Aquarium visit is a must when visiting Genua with children. My 3 year old son was the entire time overwhelmed with joy and enthusiasm. The other two children ages 10 and 12 were also very impressed.
The booking was super easy. The tickets worked. The aquarium was well worth seeing. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time afterwards for the bus tours and exploring the sights. We would love to come back another time.
A very nice way to get to know Genoa in a short time. Respect for the bus driver's performance ;-)

The aquarium is very big, and they have lots of different species. Loved the manatees and sharks. The dolphins looked a bit unhappy though and were in a big empty tank without any stimulation.
