- Wheelchair users can only board buses equipped with a footboard and dedicated space.
- Passengers with wheelchairs are required to secure themselves and their wheelchairs with safety belts while the bus is in motion. The wheelchair must be locked with its brakes and placed in the designated space.
- The service provider allows only one wheelchair on the bus at a time.

- Please note that the Red Line will be suspended on weekdays from 3 November 2025 to 31 March 2026, but will operate daily with a limited schedule from 20 December 2025 to 6 January 2026.
