Heading up into the hills and the views over Florence
The staff are very friendly and helpful! The A line is wonderful for getting to know different places in the old town. I used this line very intensively for 2 days. I took the B line once, which takes you to the outskirts of Florence so you can also see other parts of the city. However, this bus takes a 15-minute break in Fiesole. I am very grateful for this bus option, as it allowed me to explore Florence very well.

Option of two routes around the city of Florence. Red route took us up the hillside to the lovely location of Fiesole. It was disappointing that the earphone sockets on some of the seats weren't working, and also the information provided during the tour wasn't as clear as information I've received on other city sightseeing bus tours.
A comprehensive tour of the city without walking. On the other hand, you hardly see any of the city's beautiful buildings. Too much focus on the outside

The opportunity to see a lot of the city in a short time. What a disaster: !!!! The employee in the office of her company. No idea and no interest in our request. We had to go to the city information office and they helped us and gave us quick and easy access to their buses.

Good tour but bus times at the stops should be advertised on the App after booking. We just missed two buses because the times were only advertised AT the bus stops.
The tours offered, which take us to places that help us discover Florence. The friendliness and information of the people who work there.

It was an unexpected highlight of our time in Florence. The Douma was booked out and it was a free museum day, so the lines were very long. We happened upon the hop on hop off bus tour and decided that would allow us to see more of the city. The views from Piazzale Michelangelo were amazing and we would've missed it if we hadn't taken the bus tour!
I find hop on hop off, always very good to get to the important sights and to orient myself in a city, I was satisfied, the buses were well attended, but there were always seats, the stops were not always immediately to find.

Hardly any waiting times < 20 min. Always got a seat on the upper deck. Top scenery where you can hardly go on foot A perfect day!

It would have been good if it had been announced at the terminus when the bus would start again. This took half an hour, during which you could have got off and used the time. This was only possible on request.

We had some uncertainty with finding an actual "Hop on, Hop off" stop within the city of Florence. It would be great if the confirmation email after purchase used the customer's location to identify where the nearest stop might be. It is difficult in Florence, as many head for the Duomo/Santa Maria Novella piazza area, but there are no stops in that area. Once we did find a stop, the tour was great and showed us parts of Florence that took us away from the throngs i.e. Fiesole.
The audio worked so well. The ride was so enjoyable. The bus driver was clear when announcing stops. We just sat back and enjoyed the ride.
Friendly people, good help, nice sightseeing. Lecturer city of Florence, really recommended. Culture and modern mixed

In korte tijd een stad zien. Vooral als je wat slechter ter been bent.
It was cool & breezy upstairs on a very hot day - with the beauty of Firenze & the surrounding Hill unfolding before us.
Convenient and ready booking and essay
Super easy to buy tickets online. The route with the narration is cool
Well informed by stepping on the bus. Great views during the bus ride.
We enjoyed discovering the whole town and Fiesola.

Accademia Gallery
Our tour of the Accademia museum with Sarah was amazing. Sarah was very knowledgeable & made the experience of seeing the statue of David even more spectacular.
I liked that we met our guide near the gallery vs some obscure address we're unaware of. Our guide was very knowledgeable and shared many tidbits with our group. Although the gallery was full of other groups, we were still able to get close to the art for a wonderful viewing. We'd highly recommend and will always use head out for future tours.
We recently participated in a guided tour of the Uffizi and Accademia Galleries. Our tour guide, Alex had a wealth of knowledge to share and she really brought the paintings alive for my two children. I will be recommending this tour to all my friends. Thank you, Alex for fantastic tour of the Uffizi gallery this morning!
While the crowd seemed chaotic when we walked down the street to meet our guide, it was extremely well organized and well run. We had a nice small group with an excellent guide. The tour was nicely done. Not too long, not too short. We could stay as long as we wanted after which was nice. All in all I'm glad we booked this!
Our tour guide was awesome! The tour focused on the statues of Michealangelo, and that's what was interesting to me. The museum also has rooms of busts, paintings, and musical instruments!
I love the whole experience and doing the tour with otehr people. It was amazing to finally see Michealangelo's Obra Maestra, DAVID. The tour guide is very knowledgeable and has sense of humor which I think is a very important skill to embody so the participants will have fun at the same time.
Great guide! Was. Wet thorough and gave a lot of information! Was able to appreciate the art much better with guide than if we went alone.
It was very easy to locate the group and they were very kind. Unfortunately I selected with audio guide and it was not easy, the next one will be with a guide in Spanish, but the service is excellent and recommendable.

Rachella did a great job giving us an overview of Michelangelo's life and works and with a great energy!
Heading up into the hills and the views over Florence
This was an okay tour-we didn't feel like there was much of a flow to the tour and we waited 20 minutes in the line even though it was a "skip the line" tour. Overall it was okay, but I don't think it was much better than just getting a skip the line ticket and going with out a tour.
Very inspiring guided tour with Giovannia, who presented Michelangelo's work and other elements of this magnificent gallery in a very interesting and entertaining way.

The guide was very knowledgeable and share a bunch of interesting points with us throughout the tour. The waiting under the sun was not that great, specially we paid for "skip the line" but fortunately was not too long
Very easy instructions via WhatsApp where to meet. Amazing guide Ana who is Fine Arta educated with incredible knowledge and a passion for art and history who made the tour experience engaging and educational. I would not visit without a guide.

Loved the guide's peek into the history of the accademia and the pieces it houses. Obviously the David was magnificant, but I really loved getting to see the other pieces and her story that came along with it.
Tour was very efficient w quick entry and thoughtful tour. Our tour guide, Galya, was fabulous and I would highly recommend her!!!
Our guide, a Bulgarian woman, was excellent. She was funny and entertaining and was very knowledgeable! Would recommend to a friend!

Loved visiting the Accademia and seeing the amazing David sculpture:) Our guide was very knowledgeable and interesting, with a great sense of humour. She enriched our experience and we learned far more than wandering around by ourselves. Thank you!
Having a knowledgeable guide was key to us enjoying the visit. The only issue was that the sound was a little muffled at times which meant we missed some of the information.
The Italian agency ciao sent us precise and easy to follow instructions, the organization of the group was fast, food and efficient and our local guide Anastasia, an expert in the field, enriched the visit with history, curiosities and additional material prepared by her, making the experience very enjoyable, entertaining and instructive. Thank you very much to Ciao and Anastasia!

Great tour. Manoel was super nice. We wish it were a bit longer, as we wanted to view the rest of the museum with our guide.
Considerate, intellectually, satisfying, illuminating, excellent teacher guide we felt enlightened and well taken care of
Myself and my friend had a great tour of Academia. It was concentrated on the history of Michelangelo given it was only an hour duration but we enjoyed that and understanding this amazing artist in more detail and centring around the build of David. I recall it was Vera who was our guide in English. She was very good and could be clearly understood. Still left us the opportunity to explore the valley further after the tour.
I love to learn history of a place as rich with culture as Firenze, and the knowledge of art we viewed was phenomenal
Well structured and focused on main artists & paintings. Thanks to our great guide Mirella
Heading up into the hills and the views over Florence
Two parts of the tour, so the review is an average of the two. The first tour of Uffizi was incredible. More than five stars for Rachele- cannot say enough good things about her. She was so knowledgeable and interesting and a truly exceptional guide. She made it really a fantastic experience. We bought the combo of two tours and unfortunately, we didn't understand that we were supposed to pick a different time for the second tour. So there was a little bit of confusion about that - both were listed for the 1 PM slot when in fact we were supposed to pick a different time for the second tour. Just something to be aware of when you are booking! The other thing is that the second tour was run by an entirely different company, which is not apparent from this site. The guides who were there immediately brought us into a different tour, though, which we appreciated. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but going to the Accademia, there was a lot of waiting time outside, and our guide was a bit more difficult to understand. Amazing experience to see the David of course. But maybe three stars for this part of the tour.
I loved the tour. Both our guides were nice and funny. It was very good to skin the long lines and get the insides of every important piece of art.
Its a very extensive gallery, it is overwhelming to try to see it all and appreciate it all. Definitely a trip that requires multiple visits if you wanna make sure to appreciate all that it has to offer. The guided tour was an awesome introduction to the space and its highlights. It made a busy day not as overwhelming and very informative. I would love to come back again and do another tour focusing on different aspects of the collection.
Perfect guided tour in French with Marie, excellent guide. We were two adults and two kids and Marie really took the time to adapt the explanations to the kids so that they can follow the visit. 😊 It was really nice and we really had a good time there. I definitely recommend Marie.
Love the tour guide who was very kind and professional , love all the queue jumping, and everything else, but just the earphone need to be updated. The sound from the earphone was not clear as it's radio transmitted, too much noise. It makes me rate the tour 4 stars out of 5.
The evening before we were asked if we would be willing to come early due to the illness of a guide. We agreed and were thrilled. It was a wonderful tour that refreshed our knowledge and taught us new things. We stayed in the Uffizi for almost three more hours with our eyes wide open. Great, any time again. The very nice and incredibly knowledgeable guide was wonderful.

We had a fantastic tour with Hillary and she really helped us make the most of the incredible Ufizzi, seeing and hearing about it's treasures - thank you so much.
The tour was really very interesting, and the guide Luigia was really valuable. Entertainment, curiosity and professionalism perfectly endowed for a small group. Information to reach the meeting point simple and unambiguous. Really a great experience!

I didn't realize the tours were separate companies . We enjoyed our tour to the Accademia to see David. I didn't enjoy the ufuzzi tour. The guide spent WAY to much time explaining paintings I had no interest in seeing .
Excellent! Well organised, knowledgeable and friendly guide. Only six of us on the tour. Would not have seen much without a guide as Uffizi was very crowded.

Our guide was extremely knowledgable about the works inside the museum. She was able to relay detailed information about the artist and works throughout the tour that I would never have k own about. I highly recommend this tour.
It was an amazing tour! From the meeting point we were looked after and assisted well. But the best part of the tour is our guide OLGA whi was not only very informative but also wlvery witty and funny with her comments. I also like the fact that she showed images of historical figures in her iPad so we can appreciate the person she is talking anout and how they connect with the paintings history. We would definitely recommend her tour!

We booked only 30 minutes before and found the meeting point easily. The tour guide was very easy to listen too with lots of interesting facts - it was like listening to a well told story 😊 making the visit memorable. Would recommend
I loved this tour! Our guide was passionate about the subjects and highly knowledgeable. We also had a wonderful group, full of interesting questions and interest in the tour. Highly recommend!
Uffizi tour guide (Crown Tours) was really good. Accademia tour guide (Italypass) was mediocre as a guide and unfortunately it was also difficult to understand her accent (Russian). In a crowded place audio guide was not enough to hear the guide properly.
There ended up only being two of us on the tour which was brilliant! Cristina was fabulous! She was so passionate and knowledgeable about everything she showed us. Cristina showed us all the important things to see and then guided us to what we could see afterwards.
