The staff are very friendly and helpful! The A line is wonderful for getting to know different places in the old town. I used this line very intensively for 2 days. I took the B line once, which takes you to the outskirts of Florence so you can also see other parts of the city. However, this bus takes a 15-minute break in Fiesole. I am very grateful for this bus option, as it allowed me to explore Florence very well.

It was an unexpected highlight of our time in Florence. The Douma was booked out and it was a free museum day, so the lines were very long. We happened upon the hop on hop off bus tour and decided that would allow us to see more of the city. The views from Piazzale Michelangelo were amazing and we would've missed it if we hadn't taken the bus tour!

We had some uncertainty with finding an actual "Hop on, Hop off" stop within the city of Florence. It would be great if the confirmation email after purchase used the customer's location to identify where the nearest stop might be. It is difficult in Florence, as many head for the Duomo/Santa Maria Novella piazza area, but there are no stops in that area. Once we did find a stop, the tour was great and showed us parts of Florence that took us away from the throngs i.e. Fiesole.

I liked that we met our guide near the gallery vs some obscure address we're unaware of. Our guide was very knowledgeable and shared many tidbits with our group. Although the gallery was full of other groups, we were still able to get close to the art for a wonderful viewing. We'd highly recommend and will always use head out for future tours.

Excellent guide. She took her time, plenty of information - we went 1pm 17th June, I wish I had taken note of her name - and I particularly enjoyed seeing the Medici musical instruments in the new wing (for me). Of course David will always be spectacular. First time with skip the line and it really is terrific for last minute decisions.

Its a very extensive gallery, it is overwhelming to try to see it all and appreciate it all. Definitely a trip that requires multiple visits if you wanna make sure to appreciate all that it has to offer. The guided tour was an awesome introduction to the space and its highlights. It made a busy day not as overwhelming and very informative. I would love to come back again and do another tour focusing on different aspects of the collection.

It was an amazing tour! From the meeting point we were looked after and assisted well. But the best part of the tour is our guide OLGA whi was not only very informative but also wlvery witty and funny with her comments. I also like the fact that she showed images of historical figures in her iPad so we can appreciate the person she is talking anout and how they connect with the paintings history. We would definitely recommend her tour!

The evening before we were asked if we would be willing to come early due to the illness of a guide. We agreed and were thrilled. It was a wonderful tour that refreshed our knowledge and taught us new things. We stayed in the Uffizi for almost three more hours with our eyes wide open. Great, any time again. The very nice and incredibly knowledgeable guide was wonderful.

Myself and my friend had a great tour of Academia. It was concentrated on the history of Michelangelo given it was only an hour duration but we enjoyed that and understanding this amazing artist in more detail and centring around the build of David. I recall it was Vera who was our guide in English. She was very good and could be clearly understood. Still left us the opportunity to explore the valley further after the tour.

Two parts of the tour, so the review is an average of the two. The first tour of Uffizi was incredible. More than five stars for Rachele- cannot say enough good things about her. She was so knowledgeable and interesting and a truly exceptional guide. She made it really a fantastic experience. We bought the combo of two tours and unfortunately, we didn't understand that we were supposed to pick a different time for the second tour. So there was a little bit of confusion about that - both were listed for the 1 PM slot when in fact we were supposed to pick a different time for the second tour. Just something to be aware of when you are booking! The other thing is that the second tour was run by an entirely different company, which is not apparent from this site. The guides who were there immediately brought us into a different tour, though, which we appreciated. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but going to the Accademia, there was a lot of waiting time outside, and our guide was a bit more difficult to understand. Amazing experience to see the David of course. But maybe three stars for this part of the tour.

Perfect guided tour in French with Marie, excellent guide. We were two adults and two kids and Marie really took the time to adapt the explanations to the kids so that they can follow the visit. 😊 It was really nice and we really had a good time there. I definitely recommend Marie.

Love the tour guide who was very kind and professional , love all the queue jumping, and everything else, but just the earphone need to be updated. The sound from the earphone was not clear as it's radio transmitted, too much noise. It makes me rate the tour 4 stars out of 5.

I was in Florence on another excuywhich left me 3 hours if free time. I chose the hop on/off bus to be able to see more of Florence. I gave it a good rating because the bus stop I needed to get on was difficult to find. Lucky for me the number you call for customer service got me to the spot. The man in the phone was fabulous. Without him, I may not have found the stop.

Skip the line is always a bonus. Wasn't very busy but the tickets were less expensive than purchasing on site. Very good experience overall definitely recommend

Option of two routes around the city of Florence. Red route took us up the hillside to the lovely location of Fiesole. It was disappointing that the earphone sockets on some of the seats weren't working, and also the information provided during the tour wasn't as clear as information I've received on other city sightseeing bus tours.

A comprehensive tour of the city without walking. On the other hand, you hardly see any of the city's beautiful buildings. Too much focus on the outside

The opportunity to see a lot of the city in a short time. What a disaster: !!!! The employee in the office of her company. No idea and no interest in our request. We had to go to the city information office and they helped us and gave us quick and easy access to their buses.

Good tour but bus times at the stops should be advertised on the App after booking. We just missed two buses because the times were only advertised AT the bus stops.

It would have been good if it had been announced at the terminus when the bus would start again. This took half an hour, during which you could have got off and used the time. This was only possible on request.

Fiesole.
