The bus driver was so helpful and amazing...and patient with us as tourists for the first time..xoxo
Great tour, interesting information on the bus. Background music became a bit irritating after a while. Nevertheless, well worth it. Would recommend!
Very nice experience. Great information on board and perfect for the P&R at Madingley. Online Tickets weithin seconds. Highly recommend.
The commentery was excellent. The only thing we could suggest is windscreen wipers on the upstairs front window. It was raining heavily and we could not see out very well.
Very informative commentary. The driving was brilliant. Slightly difficult to see things because of the amount of trees in full leaf but otherwise a good experience
I had taken headout tour last winter and really enjoyed it. This tour was not quite so enjoyable. The commentary was not well synced- probably due to traffic/construction delays. Drive was friendly and helpful.
Very easy to book. Loved the flexibility.
Seeing all the historical sights and learning the history of the place.
Always look for a red bus tour when sightseeing
Very helpful, cheerful and informative drivers. Convenient stops for all the sights in the city.
Clear accurate commentary. Ticket easy to purchase.
Easy to get tickets via app. Buses on time not too crowded good info given throughout the tour.
The actual HOHO bus was great, it was the experience with headout that was the problem. It was tremendously difficult to determine where the route started, I even tried using your "chat" that was no help whatsoever, I only got canned responses that did not answer my question. After much searching on your app, stop 1 was given, but only vaguely making it difficult to find. Your information was incorrect, 1) you stated that we needed to start at the 1st stop, which required us to walk a mile from the train station, this was not true (according to the HOHO driver). This was very frustrating, and caused undue stress.
All good, great to see different parts of the city. Commentary was useful but sometimes a little after the place it was talking about.
I would have liked more information on where to start the journey.
