Red Route
- First bus: 9:30am from stop 1 (Visitor Information Centre)
- Last bus: 5pm from stop 1 (Visitor Information Centre)
- Frequency: Every 30 mins
- Popular stops: Mary Arden's Farm, Shakespeare's Birthplace, Hall's Croft
- The buses are wheelchair accessible.
- Your guide dogs are welcome onboard.
- Note: Alcester Road and Maybird Shopping Centre are on-request stops. If you wish to hop off at these stops, please inform your driver for a seamless experience.
- Mary Arden's Farm is currently closed to the general public. Please plan your itinerary accordingly.
- You can cancel these tickets up to 24 hours before the experience begins and get a full refund.
- These tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

We know Stratford quite well but really enjoyed the different view from the top of the bus and the commentary. I would say the route covers all the significant sights in the area and some things and places that we didn't know about were highlighted in the commentary. The drivers were friendly and drove well. I booked the tickets online while we were at the bus stop because we didn't go to the main stop - this was very easy, except for not recognising the name Headout when my card security messaged me. It might have said something on the website about this but I didn't see it. The general mobile website isn't the best: the route pictures come up very small and I have to go to a different page to find the times for each stop. In an ideal world the map would be full size with the approximate minutes past the hour in the key.

Ticketing via internet and use of app was very user friendly. The best part of the experience were the bus drivers. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I got to where I was going. I even had one driver come get me on the top when I didn't realize we were at the stop I wanted. Great customer service and a good tour of the city.

The bus driver at 10 am on Oct 10 couldn't scan my ticket, and later was a no show for the 11:29 pickup at the Hathaway Cottage. We waited for 40 minutes, unsure what was happening. The ride out to the Adern property didn't allow for stops as the venue is closed , so not sure it was worth the ride out there. The urban stops are so close together that the bus offers little advantage. Hop On was great in Oxford. In Stratford, I would not recommend it.
