Popular stops: Royal Palace, Vasa Museum, Djurgården
We had to go round the city twice to get all the explanations. 1st tour was more like a bus tour The audioguide only worked once in a while. We passed through some uninteresting places. The 2nd tour was better because we got all the explanations in the audioguide and the city tour was more interesting.

We had to wait a bus 1.2 hours and that Time we sä 7 red bus seightsiing company busses!. A audio guide Wasa very poor If i compare The red seightsiing company busses. Best rgd, Jouni Kivelä
Good for a quick city overview. Did it on my own, sat up top and snapped photos. Lots of cruise folks, so gets busy in summer.
My fav part was just relaxing and seeing the sights with zero planning. Did the full circuit twice! Audio guide is chill, not too chatty. Loved the harbor views—bring sunglasses.
Good for lazy sightseers like me. Hop on, hop off, no stress, no getting lost. Sometimes the buses are packed, but if you wait a bit the next one is usually emptier. Bring headphones in case the ones they give you don’t work.
Took the hop-on hop-off bus on my first day in Stockholm—best way to get the lay of the land! Super flexible, and the river views from the top deck are STUNNING.
Rode the Hop-On Hop-Off bus with my mom—first time in Stockholm and wow, it made everything SUPER simple. Loved sitting up top, wind in my hair, and the guide in my headphones was actually interesting (rare, lol). We started at the Royal Palace, hopped off for fika, then back on for the Vasa Museum. Pro tip: bring a light jacket, it gets breezy up there!
Took the bus with my mum. Saw all the big sights without getting lost. Only downside: sometimes had to wait for seats up top but worth it.
Brought my parents and they LOVED it. We did the full loop, then got off at the Old Town for lunch. Saw stuff I never would have found on my own. Only thing, line for tickets at the main stop was long, so buy ahead if you can.
Took the bus on a rainy day and it was PERFECT. Stayed dry, saw the city, and didn’t have to deal with umbrellas or puddles. Audio guide is easy to follow. Best rainy day activity in Stockholm for sure.
Family with two teens—everyone found something to like. No fighting over maps! Loved the hop on/off freedom. Bring a water bottle, it gets warm inside.
Perfect for lazy tourists like me! Saw EVERYTHING without breaking a sweat. The top deck view of the water is coooool. Staff is chill.

On the whole it was okay, but we thought it was a shame that some buses didn't leave before 6pm... And we didn't manage the boat trip we had booked either... So it's better to plan 2 days!

We did the whole tour once and also took the boat tour. This gave us a good overview of the city. Definitely recommended as a first orientation.

I did not understand that a boat tour was included in the price. I only new about this once I read this email. I consequently did not use the boat tour option. Can I use that today???
Easy way to see a lot of a big city in a small amount of time.
In Stockholm you can go Hop-on Hop-off by bus and boat: amazing!
The irritating tune between messages, fortunately absent during the boat trip. Both the bus and the boat were badly signposted.
