It was a great way to get to know the city. My only concern is the bus schedule was off by 45 minutes. I understand traffic can account for it, but you should let the passengers know that those are recommended time but there might be a wait for the bus. Besides that, it was great.
We had a fantastic time. All of the places we highlighted were covered. Pikes Market was great!! Great food great atmosphere!!
I have a disability and use a cane. I was under the assumption that the busses were accessible however it was a very high step up and luckily my husband was with me to help, it was very embarrassing and awkward with a line of people behind us :(
It was great. Ticket person couldn't have been nicer We came off our alaska cruise and had a day to explore seattle before heading to the airport to fly home. Couldn't have spent in in a better way than we did.
It was easy to obtain the tickets the city tour for the bus was great. We hop on and off in different enjoyable locations.
We were waiting at Pier 66 for our pick up (in the rain) and driver drove straight past me even though I was almost on road and waving. We then had to wait another half hour (in the rain) before Stacy picked us up. Stacy drove very sensibly and I noticed she stopped at every stop regardless of psgrs waiting. Well done to Stacy as she was also very apologetic for previous driver.
We had a ticket for Sunday, Mother's Day in Seattle. Our only "problem " was long waits to get back on the bus. We do understand that it was due to traffic and lots of people downtown.
Enjoyed seeing the diversity of the city. The drivers were nice. I was not a big fan of the prerecorded messages that were played. Other hop on hop off tours I have taken in various cities had the driver share information during the tour which was more interesting. The prerecorded messages would also reference a "building on your right" for some significant reason, however we never knew which building. Seemed kind of impersonal and canned.
Seeing all the sights from an open air seat for a reasonable price.
Many stops at interesting places
Love being on our schedule in Seattle. Wish signage was easier to find. Felt like we were on a scavenger hunt.
Great way to get an overview of the city.
We had a 9:45 pm flight. The hop on/off was perfect to spend the day
I am grateful to you for letting me see how beautiful Settle is :)

Loved the history of the tour , the ability to travel on our own time, and not having to fight traffic. Awsome!!
The only problem was it was very difficult to find the spot at Seattle Center to get on the bus!!
I discovered a lot about Seattle. I could get off and get back everywhere.
Information was great. Enjoyed the sights
The staff were great, and the route covered a lot, but we spent the majority of our time waiting for buses.
