Inclusions
On our first bus the audio guide did not work at first at all. We were told to change to the next bus. The driver got the audio guide working somehow. Otherwise everything ok.
Easy to track the bus, audio headsets, not too crowded. But instead of music, in between stops, tell me about culture, history, etc. also the idiot driver had the top off in 48 degree weather so it was cold up top!
The bus was so overcrowded three times that it could not take any passengers. Despite several attempts, it was not possible to continue the journey normally.

Ticket Purchase easy. Great stops. Our Bus driver Paul on the way home was the best. He is Brilliant and has great personality. He made our trip back to our stop at end of the day absolutely perfect. Please put a compliment in his file and give him a raise. Thank you Janine and Barry Barash New York, US
Ticketing was easy and the stop ( #1) was just across the street from my hotel..it could not have been easier. Commentary was good and the bus was clean and the drivers careful. Would recommend.
Easy to use, clean busses, good value

Good experience. Reliable and worth of money.
The tour wasn't so much about reykjavìk culture and history as a tour but more just pointing out building locations and what see when you got off.
Way too crowded. First bus we caught kept scraping along bumps, almost like the bus was locked in kneeling position (there was a constant beep). Stops were not at all clear as we couldn't see the stop, and couldn't tell the difference between a stop due to traffic vs a true bus stop. Never again.
I had the impression we could stay on at the last stop on the route and carry on back round the loop. Digital voice informed us all to alight. This was bit disappointing. Live tracker aspect to identify bus location very useful in bad weather.
Was easy to get tickets online, buses were on time and spacing of stops was good.
