Ticket Purchase easy. Great stops. Our Bus driver Paul on the way home was the best. He is Brilliant and has great personality. He made our trip back to our stop at end of the day absolutely perfect. Please put a compliment in his file and give him a raise. Thank you Janine and Barry Barash New York, US
Ticketing was easy and the stop ( #1) was just across the street from my hotel..it could not have been easier. Commentary was good and the bus was clean and the drivers careful. Would recommend.
Easy to use, clean busses, good value

Good experience. Reliable and worth of money.
Was easy to get tickets online, buses were on time and spacing of stops was good.
I had the impression we could stay on at the last stop on the route and carry on back round the loop. Digital voice informed us all to alight. This was bit disappointing. Live tracker aspect to identify bus location very useful in bad weather.
The possibility to hop on and off where ever we wanted
Drivers are very nice , helpful and respectful.
Disappointing overall. Poor frequency of buses. Buses don't stick to timetable and location map doesn't always work
Your bus and operating equipment were great. It was really easy to purchase tickets on-line. The route was very usable.
We only used the bus to get to one place. On the way back, the bus stopped and we were told that it was done for the day. We had to get out and get a taxi back to our hotel. It wasn't worth the money for us.
The first bus we rode was good - they had an audio presentation over loud speaker. subsequent buses - not so good as no audio - or no headsets to listen to audio. Driver couldnt help. So no different than riding regular bus past big buildings.
Hop on/ hop off is the absolute best way to see the city! I loved the convenience and narration of everything we were seeing.
