Big Bus helped me organize my vacation. Thank you!
Everyone has been awesome. Super helpful, great attitude, the tour is great and I feel I saw a lot of amazing places. Thanks Big Bus, always have been using your services. :)
We first did a lap of the green tour to get an overview. This made it easy to find all the stops. The buses were very punctual and the information was sufficient. Unfortunately, the music was very loud, so you had to turn it down all the time and turn it up during the explanations, which is why we deducted one star. Changing between the red and green lines also worked well. If you have the time, you should take a ticket for 2 days.

It was difficult to find the bus stop for the Big Bus, the signage was poor (just a small sticker that is easy to miss.) From the Charles Bridge you had to walk for ages and ask around. The same applied to the boat trip, which we didn't manage due to the time restrictions. On the bus: the handout was unknown to the lady and she first had to phone and clarify whether our tickets were valid... We had also announced that we wanted to go to the church with the baby Jesus and asked if we could get there by bus, she said we had to get off at stop 6 and walk the rest. After we got on, the lady remembered that the bus didn't stop there and as it was probably the last trip of the line, we could only get off at the main station, so we had to take a cab from there to get all the way back, which was expensive.

We have already done hop-on hop-off tours in other cities. For our city trips, they are usually an ideal way to get an overview of the city and learn the most important things about the history and significance of districts, selected buildings and sights. On the tour through Prague, we listened more to (loud) classical music than to (quiet) not even interesting city stories, which we would also have found in the travel guide. We could have used our time more wisely. Far too little service for the price...

Nothing. We spent hours in Prague waiting for the on and hop buses that never came. The traffic was always blamed. Funnily enough, the buses from the other providers did show up. In addition, the bus stops were extremely badly signposted. We will never book with this provider again. What a shame!

It was wonderful! Great drivers and great guides. You should mark the stops better. They were not so easy to find... But everything else was great!

Excellent stops and information. The music on the headphones between the information blurbs was too loud.
Thank you for including Ukrainian language, loved it'
Very little information, lots of music.

An incredible place to visit, which with the previous explanation of the guide, made the visit easier for us.

The place to find the guide is very well signposted. However, the preliminary explanations are in English, and we can't hear very well. We are then directed to a French-speaking guide who gives us all the explanations we need for the tour and the visit to the château. The audio guide is provided by a QR code on your mailbox, it's very well explained but not very suitable for the hearing impaired, fortunately it's transcribed literally. We enjoyed the tour, which easily lasts 3 hours.

We booked throuh an agent, which made it much easier as the ticket lines and layout is very crowded and confusing. Catherdal is very beautiful but construction and crowds made it less enjoyable. Favoure part was the Golden Lane. Avoid the armoury as you cannot move in there.
Excellent organization and attention from the whole team. In addition to the initial welcome speech, they helped in a matter of seconds to access the audio guide and gave indications/suggestions to take advantage of and enjoy the visit.

Very friendly and competent guides. But the French audioguide sucked. Steps were missing, and some weren't even translated into French. To be reviewed
