A perfect way to see all Prague has to offer.
Big Bus helped me organize my vacation. Thank you!
We like the variety of stops and distance covered. It didn't just concentrate us in one small area. We appreciate the fact narration is given in many different languages. Not all the boxes were working unfortunately
The tour covers most important spots. The guides were very professional and courteous. One thing was the buses were always 15-20 mins late
The opportunity to discover the city's different sites and have the freedom to visit at my own pace!

Perfect tour for Prague visitors with limited time for sightseeing
Buses in time. Good information and route.
Most audio guides did not work on the bus

nothing- it's too expensive, money rip-off for tourists, hands off!!!! You could take a cab through the city directly to the sights for 75 euros and it would be cheaper, the blue line bus arrived 15 minutes later and only made half the route. Audio guide was unclear, lacking in information and repeatedly interrupted with intrusive sounding music in large crowds.

Everyone has been awesome. Super helpful, great attitude, the tour is great and I feel I saw a lot of amazing places. Thanks Big Bus, always have been using your services. :)
We first did a lap of the green tour to get an overview. This made it easy to find all the stops. The buses were very punctual and the information was sufficient. Unfortunately, the music was very loud, so you had to turn it down all the time and turn it up during the explanations, which is why we deducted one star. Changing between the red and green lines also worked well. If you have the time, you should take a ticket for 2 days.

The place to find the guide is very well signposted. However, the preliminary explanations are in English, and we can't hear very well. We are then directed to a French-speaking guide who gives us all the explanations we need for the tour and the visit to the château. The audio guide is provided by a QR code on your mailbox, it's very well explained but not very suitable for the hearing impaired, fortunately it's transcribed literally. We enjoyed the tour, which easily lasts 3 hours.

We booked throuh an agent, which made it much easier as the ticket lines and layout is very crowded and confusing. Catherdal is very beautiful but construction and crowds made it less enjoyable. Favoure part was the Golden Lane. Avoid the armoury as you cannot move in there.
An incredible place to visit, which with the previous explanation of the guide, made the visit easier for us.

Excellent organization and attention from the whole team. In addition to the initial welcome speech, they helped in a matter of seconds to access the audio guide and gave indications/suggestions to take advantage of and enjoy the visit.

Very friendly and competent guides. But the French audioguide sucked. Steps were missing, and some weren't even translated into French. To be reviewed

The guide was easy to find and their intro was good. The queue for the cathedral was so so long, we decided not to see that building but the others were interesting. We booked for 11.30am but would recommend even earlier if you want to avoid the worst queues. We got the audioguide but nowhere on the tickets or site did it advise you'd need to bring earphones, we luckily had one pair between 3 of us but could have been clearer.
A little disappointed, the guide spoke very low and explained everything at once in the courtyard: history, architecture, anecdotes, then you visit the monuments on your own. In the end, an audio guide would have been enough. Take your tickets at the reception desk will be enough.

It wasn't really ship the line except for main ticket line. All other venues we waited in long lines.
Excellent experience, friendly staff who provided useful information about the tour in the castle
