Red route
The length of the tour was great and the bus stopped at major attractions. However, I had expected to hear more information about the country/city/culture or any other interesting facts from the guides. There were many long pauses when we were riding in silence, they could have used those times to tell us more about the country. Also, it was difficult to understand the guides when they were speaking in English.
the end of the trip was wonderful the above options does not apply. the beginning of the trip was boring, the end was beautiful.
They should indicate that stop 11 is the closest stop to the Cruise Terminal and that it is a 2 block walk, so that the cab drivers don't take advantage of your ignorance. The double-decker bus we were on is already quite old.... There is no live and bilingual audio guide ....es

Bus service was great. App great help in planning what do. Driver was careful and considerate. Hector gave good information as we past the various points of interest.
The tour was great and the tour guide was very knowledgeable! I highly recommend! Lots of hustory and area insight!
The guide didn't talk much about the places we visited. As it's a city tour, you need information, so the more the better. Having used this type of city tour in other countries, I found Panama's weak.

My driver & guide were fantastic!! (01/26/25) Juan & I can't remember the driver's name, but these guys rocked!! Kind, helpful & I learned so much. Also, I bought a 2 day pass. Day 1 my phone over heated & shut down. Day 2 the gal at Stop #1 called her supervisor, took a pic of my QR code & contacted the driver so I'd be let on the bus...WOW!! Really quality people & a wonderful experience.
The timetable is not very clear: you post until 2.30 pm but it's not the end but the time of the last tour which ends around 5 pm... Your guide explained it well. In comparison with other cities, it's still a good price for $30!

The guides were very informative and friendly. And we're able to answer any questions. The attractions we stopped at were the main features of the city which we liked
I didn't even get on! It says that I can hop on at any location- I went to the mi Pueblito at 8:20am to hop on. It never came, so I ubered to the the Miraflores locks and waited there u til the next time period I believe the 10:30- but it was very confusing because the app was not correct and kept switching from it was arriving and then the next minute it said 52 minutes. So I ended up ubering to the next location- I went beomuseo and waiting for the 11:30 drop off. No show. So then I gave up bc nothing was correct on the app or that I can hop on or hop off at any location- I want my money backs I never boarded
We couls see the main touristic spots from the city. It is a pity that it ends so early (last bus leaves the start point at 2:30pm)
ability to hop on and off, portions were a little repetitive but enjoyed for the most part
