The app is really easy to use but it didn't load up a scan barcode that the driver required, in order to give us the tickets. It was an inconvenience trying to prove I had paid for the tickets & had to show him emails & the app screen to prove I had paid for the booking. So overall it didn't make the process easy.
Everything was perfect. Very good. I regret that the drivers do not speak Spanish. That makes it very difficult

Overall we loved our trip through KSC and all of the employees we interacted with were very kind, professional and knowledgeable. The exibits were very informative and it was awesome to see the actual Atlantis shuttle on exibit.
We absolutely loved the Space Shuttle area. Seeing Atlantis up close gave my husband and I goosebumps. My granddaughters age 10 and 12 learned so much from our time there!! Thank you
My visit to the space center was awesome. I was so amazed by the rockets in the front and I just loved how you introduced the Atlantis. Highly recommended! My only negative comment is there was a rude staff member working the digital ride experience. She was pretty nasty when instructing people on the rides. All and I, I did not let that judge my overall experience.
My husband loves astronomy! I think the idea of going to space or another planet brings out the kid in him, so this was a very special experience for us both. Thank you. This was an amazing behind the scenes feast for the eyes
Well thought out exhibits which include short videos to set up the rest of the displays. Great bus tour to the Saturn v section and iconic assembly building. Great your that brings out a great appreciation and patriotism for our space pioneers.
Although most of the attractions are aimed at children (and many go into space just to make a mess and not to learn anything) and most of the objects are not real, the quality and technology of the attractions are fantastic. But what definitely won me over was seeing the Space Shuttle Atlantis up close. It blew me away.

The highlight of my visit was the place was not so crowded I could comfortably see most of the spaces, the memorable thing was to see the immensity of the shuttle atlantis. But the most amazing thing was to be able to listen and talk with the astronaut Mark Lee.

What I loved the most about this experience was the ease of purchase and ticket entry. I did not see a way to prepay parking. The self serve parking ticket worked well for us however several cars ahead of us had issues. Staff was very friendly, the food selection was good one of the best tomato basil sandwiches I have had!
Everything worked as it should. Few queues, everything very well explained. It's the second time I've been and I intend to go more often.

It was my 26 year old nephew's first experience to Cape Canaveral. The best part was seeing the excitement in him when we watched the lift off of one of the rockets. He has studied rockets and space since he was a child. He is now in college, becoming a scientist. It was a great trip. We are from Tennessee, and we will be back. The best part was seeing the exhibit of the shuttle Columbia.! Most of all he has always wanted to see and touch a moon rock. And he got to!
It was all worth seeing and very interesting! We were also lucky enough to witness a rocket launch! That was a real highlight! It was my 2nd time there and it was impressive again!!!

We visited 10 years ago and really enjoyed the whole experience. The place seemed larger this time though and great. But the tour to the Atlantic centre e was longer last time we visited. We were took down to a launch pad and past the crawler. We were abit upset that we didn't do that this time.
the whole center was amazing. I enjoyed the movie on the creation of the web telescope; the photos of the galaxies are stunning. The Atlantis history was also incredible. A fun and educational day
Been wanting to visit the Space Center for years, and finally was able to. Just scratched the surface of everything there was to see. Will definitely be back!
Thanks to pre booking it was easy to access the site and park up. The exhibts are extraordinary and whilst we missed out on the Saturn V bus tour by 10 minutes as we were unaware that the last bus was so early in the day we made up for it in Atlantis which was a fabulous experience. As a place that I have been desperate to see since Apollo 7, as an 8 year old boy in the UK, it was a phenomenal day and I even got to be an Astronaut for a day and blast off on a Shuttle launch! Not to be missed and worth a revisit as it's vast!
The most memorable exhibit for me was the Atlantis Shuttle. When the presentation was over and the screen opened and the shuttle was actually there, AMAZING!! Also, the Challenger exhibit honoring those lost. Don't miss the piece of shuttle found it back. I almost missed it. Once I figured out tickets can't be purchased with Discover, it was easy. I saved the tickets to my phone and entry was easy.
Guided topur of Saturn V rocket and components was excellent. I am old enough to remember when all this stuff was new and it was great to hear about if from someone that knew more than I did. Atlantis static display was awesome - that thing was huge.
We went as a whole family of 3 generations and enjoyed our time splendidly. The details are immense and the tours are wonderful. We were exhausted at the end of the day - I'd recommended getting there as early as possible and doing as much as possible. I see why they recommend 2-day passes coz it's sooo much to view & enjoy. 😊
The tour bus out to Apollo launch was amazing. Awesome simulators there too! Really enjoyed the whole area out there. The driver was very informative on the way there and back!
The whole experience and my husband always dreamed of coming to see it one day and I made his dream come true. He cried lol
Everyone went out of their way to help me and my handicapped husband! He is a Veteran and people were so respectful to both of us. They all went the extra mile!
A lot of notable history of NASA , and well worth a visit for the entire family. Personally for myself it was the Apollo missions and the space shuttle history that did it for me. Growing up in the 60's and witnessing the missions through modern times has been something to be proud of.
We really had a great time we took a break from Disney which was so needed and came to the space center not expecting what we seen. The shows the exhibits the people everything was fantastic my kids are older and really enjoyed the experience my 11 year old is doing a project for school to show his class how cool it was !!!!
We brought our Daughter and our 4 year Grandson for the visit to the Space Center because he is fascinated with Space travel. So much so he was an astronaut for Halloween last year. He loved the visit, especially seeing the Space Shuttle.
