It was a wonderful experience. I was near Naples for work, and I had a 9 p.m. flight back that day ... so I wanted to spend the day in Naples, but I was alone and I don't know the city at all. So I chose these buses and I was thrilled...beautiful the tours they make, nice and nice the explanations. Great drivers to drive in that chaos...great experience!

Highly recommended. You can use both lines with one ticket (A - a historical centre and B - with another city side with an amazing views to city and Volcano).
The Hop on Hop off bus route is really great. It allows you to see the most emblematic places in Naples from a comfortable seat. We enjoyed the different sights we passed and the freedom to get off or not as we pleased. Thanks a lot!

I liked Naples so much and it was good because we could see so many beautiful places and the explanations well done along with the beautiful Neapolitan music the only one I didn't like were some of the boys who accompanied us , the girl was good but the boys not so much...

Great service for those who want an overview of the city and are short on time...there are two tours...Blue panoramic wonderful with breathtaking views of Naples and Gulf...with Vesuvius in the background...Red....a city center...less panoramic but gives you an approach to the city and its vitality....I recommend it....

The bus was fine and the audio oké. But Napels is in my opinion not equiped for big busses. It is to crowded on the streets, and a long time we were just standing still.
A of course Naples and its colors!!! Chaotic traffic although it was Sunday. Dirty buses, litter, garbage abandoned by previous travelers!!!

Tour A (downtown) useful for a first approach to the city. Tour B wonderful! Magnificent views, ideal for a relaxing afternoon tour.

With the kids and the heat it was really pleasant to stop where we wanted to go and listen to the historical facts around the city
Getting tickets was easy , phone ticket exchanged on the bus for a paper ticket. We did both routes and given the heat and bright sun were pleased to have the roof on. Staff were friendly and attentive .
The itineraries help us tourists reach more places in less time, the staff very helpful and friendly. Special kudos to the drivers who drive in chaotic and quaint traffic.

Saw most of Naples. I took both bus trips which were completely different from each other. It was awesome just to relax a bit and just see beautiful Italy from the bus.
The staff were very stressed and we were simply rushed through and no questions were answered. The signs at the various bus stations were sometimes so small that we had to look for where we could drop off again.

The Hop-on Hop-off bus drive around the coastline of Naples was well worth the price. However, there was often a 30-minute wait standing in line to get on a bus for our trip at the end of May. Bring sunscreen and a good hat for sitting on the upper level of the bus while wating and not hardly moving in the heavy traffic around the city of Naples.
In Naples everything was perfect, the assistant even checked that everyone had their belts on. I also used it in Barcelona in Spain and the headphones were not working in many places.

It was very nice, cool to see all of the statues and artwork from Pompeii, specialy after spending too days in Pompeii before coming to the museum.

After we were given a very competent guided tour of Pompeii yesterday, we were interested in the exceptionally well-preserved excavation artifacts from there and also the many finds from Herculaneum. The Archaeological Museum of Naples exceeded our expectations. An absolute must for every visitor to Naples.

After making the payment, I did not receive the purchased tickets via e-mail. To communicate with an operator (chat or telephonic) you have to speak in English. However, problem solved after a phone call.

There were some nice pieces of artwork and we recognize that a lot of restoration work was going on, but the museum seemed to be somewhat ignored by staff. Many pictures were not even hung straight, entrances were not clearly marked, and things were not as clean as they should've been. It was a disappointment in terms of how grand and beautiful the museum should be. (In terms of staff: bathrooms were not kept up, and no one checked our tickets as we entered.) If there were better management of the museum, it could be considerably improved.
