The staff were very stressed and we were simply rushed through and no questions were answered. The signs at the various bus stations were sometimes so small that we had to look for where we could drop off again.

The Hop-on Hop-off bus drive around the coastline of Naples was well worth the price. However, there was often a 30-minute wait standing in line to get on a bus for our trip at the end of May. Bring sunscreen and a good hat for sitting on the upper level of the bus while wating and not hardly moving in the heavy traffic around the city of Naples.
In Naples everything was perfect, the assistant even checked that everyone had their belts on. I also used it in Barcelona in Spain and the headphones were not working in many places.

Good routes, great staff. Some areas of the city were kind of not great, not sure why there was a stop there (e.g. stop 3 on red line)
The view of the sea area of Naples and Posillipo was perfect and well timed . An absolutely unmissable overview!

Very happy having the 3 day pass for both the local public transportation to get to all the various museums and sits in Naples!! Great deal and would highly recommend getting it!!
venue is hard to find, There should have been somebody at the cruise port exit. May be use golf cart to take people. Staff was OK, ticket agent could not point to royal palace entrance. Staff knew italian but most of the people were from US. Sunil
Booked the tour on the website and decidsed to join the tour at stop 7 which was near our hotel. The location of the stop given on the website was completely wrong. When we did find the stop, we had to let the first bus go as it was full.
There is relatively little description and narration, most of the time Italy is playing. Music. In addition, points are often described where the bus has been over for a long time or is not even there yet, and you often don't know which building is actually meant. In addition, more buses should be used or fewer tickets sold when there are large crowds.

Naples traffic is horrific! So glad we could get to see Naples without negotiating traffic. However, found the music in between too loud, but the commentary was quiet.
The ride was good, but the hop off was not obvious- there was no signal button and when we started to prepare for hop off, the officer said to remain in our seat - we worried about missing the stop.
Online ticketing was easy but I had trouble finding the number 7 bus stop. It was a Sunday so the kiosk on the piazza was closed. I enjoyed the coastal views from line b
Easy to find meeting point for bus and good value for both red and blue lines. Seamless ticket process at bus with our online booking. We rode straight to the museum and were rewarded with a quiet experience for the first hour or so. Very large collection of artifacts, well-displayed! Rode the remainder of the red line, had lunch, then hopped on the blue line for a beautiful coastal tour. Great value for all!
In a short time we walked a large part of the city, many beautiful views, it's a pity that the promenade is under renovation because it is one of the major attractions of Napoli

Experience that makes you rest and at the same time you can better realize the things to see in the city. I did it with the girls who had a great time. I preferred the blue line.

Apart from the fact that the stops are very badly signposted and the time slots are too short, the bus does the job. It's always a good option for discovering a city's main monuments.

We took both routes offered by the service in Naples. Satisfied, very convenient hop-on hop-off service, as always and anywhere in the world, brilliant to get a quick view of the city and surroundings (for Naples 45 min to historic center and 70 min to Posillipo). Could not download e-ticket from app, used reservation code to print ticket at checkout. Happy, thanks.

We wanted to see the Pompeii artifacts since we were going to see Pompeii. We were all impressed with the amount of artifacts and the museum.
Stunning, both the container and the contents. Perfect organization.

Museum was great, the booking appp was terrible. We only got in because the entry people allowed us in based on the receipt of payment. Neither I nor the museum staff could get the ticket to appear in the app. I will never use this app again.

The museum was great, but they did not make it easy for you with free maps and guides. They relied on digital and the WiFi was not strong. Great exhibits - not user friendly for walking around.

Helpful staff. Museum was endlessly interesting and everything really well curated. Good information on all exhibits and in audioguide. Lovely open spaces. Excellent preparation for visiting Pompeii the next day and understanding their way of life and culture.

The quality of the exhibits in the museum are beyond compare - particularly the Roman antiquated, the reconstruction of walks and floors from Pompeii and environs.
I was glad I had purchased our tickets ahead of time. We walked right in. When we came out, there was a huge line waiting. The museum has an amazing amount of artifacts from Pompeii and Herculean. A must not miss while in Naples!

The museum is fantastic. We were only able to visit for an hour before we had to catch our flight home, but what a memorable hour it was!
Lacostiera from Naples to Posillipo is beautiful. The explanations given via headset are also done well.

The paintings by Bruegel and El Greco, mainly "The Blind Leads The Blind". That painting was basically the reason why I came to Naples.
The park and the collection...the paintings have been renovated and are in an incredible state of preservation...Few people, vast rooms, a calm atmosphere conducive to admiring the works.
