It was a comprehensive tour along the north route on the island of Malta. I wasn't sure whether to do it or not, but it was 100% worth it. Get ready for a long trip (over 3 hours and à half, without hopping off...). I would recommend to do the first 2-3 days upon arrival to have a good overview.
The Polish ersion of the audio guide is unfortunately unprofessional. Both the text and the narrator who reads the text, who is confused every now and then. In addition, the text is often read at the wrong time - it tells about something we can't see at the time... Unfortunately, the buses were not always on schedule due to traffic jams. I missed information about the real time of arrival of the bus at the stops - maybe it would be possible to do this in the app? It would make planning a tour easier for tourists.
The bus tour was adjusted to an overview of Malta
The Explanations were very rare and we had often half an hour with just nothing. Often we did not know in which village or City we were. No explanations. Twice that the honey came from a special bee from the Island. We had better Tour with Sight Seeing that you offer in other countries. Sorry. This was just a waste of time.
First of all, the paper bus timetable we received from the driver had incorrect bus stop times, the correct times were listed online. One of the drivers was 20 minutes late arriving. On the way back to the original bus stop, we had to almost beg the driver to take us back to where he picked us up at the beginning, with very unclear communication from him.
Clear bus, flexible, arrived in Time. Very interesting places and views.
Very bad seats in bus and very, very poor audioguide. Feel robbed
Lovely staff, good itinerary and all on time However, it was very disappointing that we only got told we needed to exchange our mobile QR code 'ticket' for a physical ticket once we had purchased the tour. As we were staying in an independent apartment 1.5 hours away from Valletta and had no printing facilities, we had to get a service bus to Valletta and start the tour from there. This should have been made very clear from the start. Not everyone stays in a hotel or nearby the ticket validation points
A convenient way of seeing some of the famous sights and being able to get off and see Mdina. The problem is that there are no timetables at the stops and the drivers are not very friendly.
It was quite interesting and including a lot of important areas. Great way to get an idea where to go!

The bus trip was great and covered every important part of Gozo. Only criticism is guide system and earphones never worked for us and others agreed.
Bus was fairly punctual. Driver negotiated the narrow streets very well. Gozo is a beautiful island and there is much to see. The ten minute stop at the Shrine is a good idea - just long enough to get off and take a few photos. Maybe this could be done in other places, too.
The buses are easy to find and stop very close to the sites to be visited. There are lovely views of the countryside and villages. The driver was also good at advising travellers on whether or not they had time to do the tour, so as to be back in time for the ferry. On both itineraries, having taken the 1st bus of the day, we were only able to visit Dwejra, Marsalforn, Ramla and Victoria due to lack of time, so you have to choose carefully what you really want to see. As for the audio commentaries, I can't judge as the system didn't work at our seat. We just enjoyed it with our eyes! A good experience.

The essentials of Gozo but not enough time to do everything in a day. too bad.we can't stop at every point... some deserve less than 45 minutes, others more.the choices are not easy to make. very friendly drivers and Bravo for the tight passages!!!

I found that the drivers were not friendly and I would have presumed working in a tourist role that a positive attitude and friendly disposition was a pre-requisite for employment !
Easy to use with friendly, helpful driver.
the cars were very old, so not every audioguide was working properly! and the informations were very poor
Very kind and professional drjvers
Good choice of routes to see some lovely villages. The trip wasn't rushed and there was plenty of time to photograph interesting places
Great sites on Gozo.
Very informative and all the right places. Need to be a little more clear about the pickup point in Marlfarson
The bus was old and in terrible shape most of the audio Outlets did not work so everyone had to move to try to find one that works. I got off and was told it would be 45 minutes I waited an hour and a half.
I paid 60€ for nothing since the ticket collection points were closed at 3:30pm! And the driver didn't want to help us! Lame, I'll never do it again!

Nothing! I bought 2 tickets to Gozo but because of weather conditions I couldnt take the ferry (the only way to get there). I send pictures from malta's transportation company as evidence. I will advise nobody to buy tickets in advance, if something like this happens the only option this bus tour offers is to use in the next year in the same country. I really hope to get a refund of the tickets that I couldnt use.

It was more expensive than there. I had to wait in the line like the others who didn't buy tivket before.
Clear bus, flexible, arrived in Time. Very interesting places and views.
It was very exciting and a good combination of culture and experience in Malta.

More leeway to use a 48 hour ticket couldn't hurt. Had to forfeit my 2nd day due to bad weather, which was very disappointing.
Being provided with both headphones and a map of the route when we got on would have been ideal. We were on the North Route. We were almost at St Anton Gardens before we got headphones! At Mdina we moved upstairs, as it was too hot downstairs - only to be seated where the audio didn't work. It was Golden Bay before we had a seat upstairs and where the audio worked. Have used your company many years in many countries and this was the first bad experience. So much so that we didn't bother with the South Tour, etc.
The south route tour is TOO LONG AND WENT TO PLACES I DIDNT NEED TO SEE.
Poor frecuency of the buses and schedules where never right
Great experience all round and very reasonably priced for 2 days Ho Ho bus touring AND the cruise! Such a good way to see the island. Verification of the QR code to get the tickets a bit of an issue!
Very interesting and exciting! I would encourage others to visit.
Was totally empty. Just two of us. I think the "giide" was annoyed we had disturbed his rest!

Make sure to bring comfortable clothing, sunscreen, and a hat, especially if you're visiting in the summer. If you're planning to visit religious sites, be sure to dress modestly. A camera is also a must to capture the stunning sights!
Malta enjoys a Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild winters. The best time to visit is during the spring (April to June) or fall (September to November) for pleasant weather and fewer crowds. If you love the heat, summer is perfect, but be sure to pack light clothing and plenty of sunscreen!
