The first bus we were on had poor audio that made it hard to understand. The second bus had better audio after moving seats. The first audio jack required jiggling the jack to get it to work. The second bus was hot and stuffy. The most disappointing aspect was after getting off the first bus we waited well over an hour for another bus.
The stops, unlike other sightseeing tours we've used, were not marked at the roadside, so it wasn't clear were the bus stops were. The first bus we got on, the commentary did not work at our seat and the driver was asleep in the bus when we changed routes.
Very helpful drivers who graciously answered questions and gave helpful suggestions
I had no translation of the trip, the guide never spoke except to say the number of stops he was making. Nothing of the trip was ever explained.

Long to wait for the bus! The times the busses should arrive didn't match! The attraction at the bus stops were less attractive then thought! Blue line only stopped at hotels ... not Hollywood Hills at all. The drivers were unfriendly.
I showed up at 9:20 a.m. on July 7 at Beverly Hill's stop 7 to take the santa Monica tour, as afternoon we wanted to take the tour to Hollywood(having only one day available). We waited until 10:40 a.m. and no Bus came by, when the ticket said the tour to Santa Monica would leave at 9:30. We could not even tell the exact stop of the Bus as there was no clear indication. In the end, bitterly, we took public transportation to get around by not using the service we paid for. We threw our money away, never again!

The holy experience was outstanding. The audio sincronized was great. I heard everything in portuguese/br. The buses are not new, but they are very adequate for the job. We knew the main sightseeing of Los Angeles in 2 days. Me and my family are very pleased.
The bus never arrived, we stayed at the bus stop in Santa Monica and waited for over an hour and the buses never turned up. I also contacted the support chat only to be told that the chat bot did not get my request, I also called the support line four times and was not able to speak to anyone. I was not able to use the two tickets that we bought and have not been able to get a refund, this service has been nothing short of terrible and it's not a service I would recommend as we had to purchase tickets from your competitor who provided the service as promised. Frankly, I want a refund of the money I paid for a service that was never received from Headout.
Bought the all day ticket and saw Doentown LA, Hollywood and Santa Monica.

All the great, really great way all the exhibits are designed and the views.

It was so easy to use! All it took was a quick scan of each QR Code and we were on our way in. This definitely provided us a smooth entry because waiting in line can cause distress when you have special needs children who are ready for their special adventure! Our littles had an amazing time!
We had a great time as a family of 3. It was a whole new experience for my baby. We loved to feed the birds on the second floor.
It's was very fun and my grandkids had the time of their life. The place was very beautiful and enjoyable. No long waits. I like how the kids can color there on fish and than see them on the big screen. Loved it would and will be back. Thank you
It was fast, easy and accessible upon arrival at the Aquarium! I was able to select our entry time and skipped the lines at the ticket office and the door! It was super!
Loved the frogs and sea stars. Staff was very helpful. Very clean exhibits. Touch tanks were great too. Can't wait to go back.
The exhibits were great and the staff was very friendly. Great place to spend a few hours with the family!
