Night tour
Very informative. Great to get around and see so many different style buildings at night.
The Impression of Hongkong at Night.
We were invited to come 15 min before the start of the tour, we were there 20 minutes before 7pm and the top floor of the bus already full. We saw nothing outstanding given that the tour started 15 min prior to 7pm and were taken to two places of some interest towards the end of a very long and boring run. This tour is just a waste of time and money....and where the promised light show? On the promenade, not in the bus...
So Happy to be there. You made my good experiences with my family & friends. How nice is it :)
Easy access and a nice way to see a lot of downtown

All the Hongkong ground staff were extremely polite and patient. Great brand ambassadors and BB should be very proud of them.
Great experience. Top Service and very nice people. We had a beautiful time with you. Thank you for a great job.
Easy to use with very friendly and helpful staff. English speaking staff made it very easy.
Beautiful rides..good driver..nice stops..good info and understandable.
We did all 3 tours in one day and got a good overview of Hong Kong. We particularly enjoyed the green Stanley Tour as it showed us a completely different side of the city. The explanations via headphones were very good. Unfortunately, the buses only run every 45-60 minutes. This means you can't really get off and have a quick look around, as otherwise you have to wait again. I also think the price is a bit high.

It would have been good, when we were booking, if we had been alerted to the fact that our date coincided with the Chinese New Year Holiday. The queue for the Star Ferry crossing was very long and very boisterous.
The ticket was cheaper than on site and could be easily exchanged for the voucher. Unfortunately, there was no shuttle from the cruise port to the first bus route, although a BigBus bus was waiting there for passengers. However, our ticket was not recognized for the shuttle bus.

The tours were fine, and the audio commentary was good, although could be improved with more information on what to see and do at each stop. However the people issuing tickets at Central pier were hopeless. The customer service agent who I went to redeem my tickets only issued one ticket when the app and email clearly said two tickets. She told me that the app ticket was not relevant and she needed to see the email. Then when I went back to her questioning where the other ticket was, she told me I had already redeemed my ticket. There were two other parties on the same tour who had booked online and had the same issue with her, one was a party of sux, and again, she only issued one ticket. I suggest she receives additional training in online bookings and understanding the app. The other staff members were just milling around looking lost.
Good stop locations and helpful dialogue to learn about the areas we were traveling through.
Best overview very nice ........
I had overlooked the fact that the ticket is only valid until 5pm. As we had only started the tour at 2 pm, there wasn't enough time.
