It was a lovely enjoyable experience with my three granddaughters.🤩 However, I ordered tickets on line costing $70 for myself and olest grand daughter aged 9 years. We found out when we bordered that being locals to Hobart it should only cost me $25 and all the children free on showing my Tasmanian drivers licence. I did not see mention of this on your website. And if I missed it must have obscure. This meant it cost me $45 more than it should, which is a lot for me. I would appreciate a refund if possible if this difference of $45. I would recommend to others as so much fun and educational Regards Joanne
Great coverage of the city area and interesting information. Running longer than 10am start and 3pm last tour would have been better, despite it being winter.
The bus driver was not able to read my e-ticket I should have better bus the regular paper ticket. But he took me on the bus anyway, so all good after all.
Very convenient. Great locations to visit. Friendly drivers. Value for money
Awesome experience. I love the nature and beautiful place of tasmania
The driver was cery knowledgable
Hobart is a lovely place and the bus drivers provided some great suggestions
The wonderful captains commentary as we sailed along
Circuit intéressant, mais on devrait disposer découteurs pour les autres langues Very interresting. But it woud be way more interresiting to get headphone to ear those comments in our languages.
No problem with ticketing on line. Bus was 15 minutes late to our stop but that is understandable. Driver was terrific and informative. It was a greta way to see the city in a limited amount of time available.
Friendly and helpful staff. Loved being able to stay on for the whole trip but given opportunities to hop off and explore if wishing to do so.
Good commentary Bus was full at the Cascades factory, about 12 of us couldn't get on. We waited approx 15 mins for another bus to come along which was better than 30 minutes.
Great range of places to visit with awesome drivers who added to the experience onboard, thanks guys, thoroughly recommend the ho-ho.
Easy ticketing thru headout; rounded and great experience on Red decker. Recommend to start with this and then deep dive to learn more with targeted visits to sites of your interest.
Great way to view the city. Wish we'd gotten the two day pass, it's great value and gives you more time to visit the sites.
Tony our driver was amazing with his extra commentary as we went around and it was easy to work out when we had to get on & off, with staff handing out flyers with the times, and was really helpful on a busy day being a public holiday as well as having a cruise ship in port.
It's a good way of getting a quick overview of the city and then choosing what to spend time it. HIGHLY recommend the Cascades Female Factory. Do a tour. Don't do the 'harbour walk' from the Casino back to Sandy Bay...it's not a harbour walk at all.
It was a terrific way to get a snapshot view of Hobart for the one day we were in port. Easy booking system and absolutely fantastic, helpful and informative staff. Overall, a great experience. Thank you ☺️
Great way to experience Hobart when we didn't have a car. Great having 48 hours to use the pass. We had lots of general knowledge to share with our sons when they arrived.

The Ease of finding our bus from the cruise port and the nice driver commentater Mt Wellington was clear and great photo opportunity. Hobart hop on off bus was really good and enabled us to se a bit more of Hobart
Worth it! Informative tour. Highly recommend
Great commentary from the drivers
Very easy to book and find the meeting place. The bus driver was excellent and felt very safe. His commentary and knowledge was very informative although some of the Dad jokes were a bit lame. Overall an enjoyable tour.
Taking the hop on hop off bus gave us a great opportunity to get our bearings around Hobart. Weather for Mount Wellington trip was poor so having bought the ticket so far in advance we still had to take the bus so didn't get full experience but you can't predict the weather.
Ticketing easy and efficient. App easy to use and very accessible. Tour informative, coach driver was very knowledgeable and commentary first class. Fabulous weather and astounding views.
Absolutely everything was great. Not a thing to complain about. The combo bus tours allowed us to experience as much of Hobart and surrounds as we possibly could in the time we had in Hobart. 2 day pass allowed us to do complete loops and then return to what interested us the most. Drivers, commentary and overall experience to be recommended.
Everything, the drive up to Wellington, the tour guide was lovely and patient and respectful The place was beautiful 😍. We were given plenty opportunity to take pictures. The ride through town was awesome.
Christian our driver made the experience to Mt Wellington amazing, with his local knowledge, helpful and strong communication. He was very accommodating to those with a disability and we felt very safe with his driving. The bus was really comfortable and was great to have wifi and charging points.
Learned a lot about Hobart with very knowledgeable commentary about various attractions. Felt very safe on board particularly going up/down MyWellington.
I had booked both bus trips that morning through the inn I was staying at but my name wasn't on the list for the Mt.Wellington trip. I was able to get on after a bit of shuffling to see if there would be a spot for me which I was grateful for. The bus driver (I think it was Greg) was very informative & helpful. Even though the view was sometimes foggy/cloudy he tried his best to keep us entertained & finding the best viewing spots. I would highly recommend this trip.
Ticketing was easy. Drivers were very informative and helpful with my mobility scooter.

Was a great experience. Loved it. A must do!
Bus was clean and on time. Driver Dave was brilliant!
Bus arrived as scheduled, the driver and tour guide was lovely and had informative conversation along the way. Highly recommend the 2.5 hour return trip to kunanyi/Mt Wellington.
Amazing view and a very nice, helpful guide.
Guide was informative and told us lots of interesting stories. Pointed out flowers like Waratahs that are different to NSW Waratahs. Good timeframe for enjoying the view etc.
Great views, friendly and informative driver/guide.
Service was great. Driver was exceptional.
Great scenery, and the guide was very nice and a good driver, but at times the commentary was cheesy (which is tolerable), sexist (which is intolerable) and totally negated the fact that Aboriginal people were the first inhabitants of Tasmania (also intolerable). I had to tick a box above to be able to submit this comment.
The view was amazing. A bit chilly though.
The whole experience was amazing. Accessing the bus was easy, the driver was very knowledgeable and the sights were unforgettable.
The landscape and scenery. Even though it was inclement weather, I felt safe on the trip and still enjoyed the experience of rain and pelting winds.
The driver was excellent! Smooth trip, very knowledgeable & so well organised. I'll be recommending to my friends!
Our guide/driver was excellent. He was informative, kind and funny.
WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE U like everyone very professional
Great commentary- friendly driver - awesome route - thoroughly enjoyable
Nice professional driver with guide, cozy transport
