It took us to the places mentioned, but when we wanted to spend the second half of the day at the beach, the time getting back from the beach was misleading. It shows "Line 2" running both directions. This is only true for a very short stretch. It then does the full loop. If you are coming in on a cruise, make sure you have at least 90 minutes to get back on the ship or take a taxi, like we ended up doing.
Hosts and drivers were helpful and on time. Stops were easy to find. We saw all the places we wanted to and found some hidden gems along the way.
Very good tour and good information as going round
Nothing. The audio tour was vague and uninteresting. We missed one attraction because of poor instruction from audio guide
The bus were dirty , the equipment needed repair drivers were not nice
The gate of Jesus was closed. The bus waited 25 mins at one of the stops, which gave us less time to visit other stops. Had to wait long for the buses. The sites weren't worth visiting. Our worse on off bus ever.
Nothing. The audio wouldn't work. One of the staff at one of the stops was very rude. Told one of the other customers no more one go away
The bus was over 45 minutes late. I tried to contact the team and was just told to wait for another bus. I was told nothing could be done until a response had been received from the operator and to wait 48 hours - this was 3 days ago and there has been no response.
Easy to buy tickets online. The drivers were friendly and the buses frequent. I'd highly recommend. A great way to get to Knossos!
Ticketing experience in person good; but over phone i was sent for athens and as far as I k ow I never received refunf...I need to check
The bus staff were incredibly helpful and responsive, they helped us through a wrong bus experience and did not let us down, working with us to fix our route and plan
The young woman who helped us get on the beach bus. She was wonderful.

You are in the history of civilization, although in itself there is not much to see

Perfect fit because I didn't have a lot of time to visit the sites. The bus stops were in great locations.
We got to Knossos at 9am, which was good because it was less hot and there were less people. The site was so cool to look around, especially as someone with an interest in Classical history. Booking with Headout was pretty easy, the only problem was that we thought the audio guide would be for Knossos, but it turned out to be for Heraklion city. That is also cool, but would've been nice to have a Knossos specific one for the Knossos ticket haha.
Eva our guide was fantastic! We fell in love with her who made the visit interesting and enjoyable. Thank you

Enjoyable day, did not take as long as two hours to walk the site. Adviseable to go early in the morning or later in day to avoid the heat of the day.
The skip the line benefit saved us a ton of time and it's worth booking this for that alone. The ruins aren't huge so a guide isn't necesssary. We also enjoyed the audio guide in the town itself.
It was so nice to see some part of hystory Greek mithology. The audio guide was really interesting. It was so hot, but we found shadow places inside.
This is an awesome palace. It's unimaginable to think it's nearly 4000 years old. The excavations and recreations bring to life the scale of the level of sofistication of the ancient culture. This is an archeological site that cannot be missed if you are visiting Crete.
After paying €27 per person for the entrance ticket. I would have liked to have a guided tour in French included in the ticket and not have to pay 27 euros per person extra for a guided tour.

Well-organized and staffed at every stop for guidance if needed! Self-guided tour of Knossos Palace perfect for getting a sense of history. We didn't take the bus to all the sights, as we also took advantage of the opportunity to visit the various sites on foot!

We loved the convenience of the HOHO and getting to Knossos Palace. However, we thought we were getting an audio tour of the palace, not just an entry. While we enjoyed the exploration of such an amazing place, it would have been nice to understand what we were seeing along the way.
The palace itself was interesting, with informative signage, great views and lots of palace to see. There were also good amenities in the form of a cafe, gift shop and plenty of toilets. As a note, the palace itself is completely outdoors and there is limited place to shelter in the event of rain. Unfortunately, the Headout app provided the wrong audio guide and we were unable to use that part of our ticket.
It was not clearly indicated in the online booking where to find the audio guide. Nor afterwards when we had received the tickets.

Without audio guide you could go through all territory for 40-45 minutes. Nobody of staff could explain about audio guide.

Well, we drove through the heavy traffic with a few explanations about Crete, but not about the city itself. Conclusion: you can do it, but it's not absolutely necessary.
