In the morning, the system appears to be chaotic. I waited at stop no 9 from 10.15 until 10.50 before a train appeared, not the expected 20 to 30 minute frequency advertised. And then the train spent 15 minutes at stop no 9 while the driver processed all the tickets for a long queue of waiting people. So at the next stop, people there have been waiting even longer, and so it gets worse! You need more trains earlier in the day while everyone wishes to be on the move. The audio recording has too much music and not enough content. There is a brief comment between stops about one building, and that's generally all, then music. More information would be welcome!
Flexibility of ride and reasonableness of price
Interesting trip but nearly missed tour as did not stop at indicated stop at Al Hambra 1a
Ran often. And it 2as a efficient way to circle the city.
You see a lot of Granada. We could not put the volume down so the noise was to loud
The train didn't go to the Alhambra. Not until the second round. Wasted time!

It was not clear from the reservation that the Holy Week schedule was reduced.

I was trying to book tickets for a future date, ie May 18 when our group of 5 will be in Spain. Your site didn't allow a date selection and I thought the tickets were good for a future date but it appears we were unable to use them as they were dated May 1st. What a lousy experience!!
Having been a visitor to Granada, I booked tickets the evening before use. When I wished to use them, I discovered they were not working after 15.00. So I paid 9.60€ withoit using tickets due to all the Easter parades. This was not specified the evening befote when I paid and booked. Not good enough.
We payed for a 2 day hop on off trip. We stood in a queue on the first day . No room on the train, so walked to another stop an hour later finally got a seat, no one was getting off so each stop no-one else could get on. So we had to stay on instead of getting off to visit sites. Has we could not worry about waiting hours for a return journey. 2nd day tried again did use to ho to the alhambra but noway off getting back on , so used other transport. It would be a good idea to put on more frequent trains say every 10 mins not every 45 mins .
Fun: nothing. Waited three quarters of an hour and then the little train was full. We could not join. Driver didn't know when the next one was coming. Nothing "hop -on" and therefore no hop-off. We had to walk. Paid in advance for nothing. Do not book this!!!

Disliked : the waiting times were far too long

I loved nothing about this. Nothing at all.
Experience was OK. But we expected to be able to hop on and off (as per the advertising) but we'were told by the driver that our ticket did not include this option!

Alhambra
We went early to miss the worst of the crowds. It was worth it to walk at peace in the Generalife and enjoy the gardens, see amazing architecture and stare in awe at the structure's.
Very good organization, the place spectacular. I highly recommend visiting it. Convenient also the trip from Malaga to Granada by bus.

The Alhambra is amazing. Definitely worth while getting up early to enter at 8.30am before the tour groups arrive. We spent almost four hours admiring the palaces and the extensive gardens. Warning: there are alot of steps to climb if you want to see the wonderful views. The snow on the Sierra Nevada made a spectacular backdrop. Hadn't realised the audio guide was in digital format rather than (old fashioned) headphones.
The Alhambra is an extraordinary complex and well worth seeing. Admission with the tickets booked in advance went smoothly. It was a lovely day

This experience is perfect for the Alhambra. Nice gardens and view. Interesting palace. There is a need however for have adequate people for the check-in to the palace (the process was very slow - only 1 person working). Better signage is also required. The security feeling was however very ggod.

It was an unforgettable experience. However, we didn't quite realize that the time we had booked related to access to the Nasrid Palaces. We had a bit of trouble at the access control, but were allowed in after all.

Buying tickets was very easy. The site, which has other attractions, has confusing signage. The surprise was that you had to show your passport to get in. Luckily we had ours with us. Thank you.
