Beautiful city, I had trouble finding the bus stops, it passes almost once an hour, but overall it was a good experience.

I booked a ticket for a child who was 5 years old at the time. The ticket sales stated that you have to pay from the age of 5. The tour guide on the bus told me that you only have to pay for a ticket from the age of 6. I paid for nothing! You should revise your booking page so that the correct dates are included.

A great way to get an overview of a busy city But, impossible to find where you stop at the Hauptbahnhof in Zurich. I came in by train and had my ticket. I walked around outside that huge airport for 45 minutes!
Leisurely bus ride through the city. Received exciting information about the city and saw a lot. Too bad there is no bus timetable anywhere. As a result, we waited over half an hour at the bus stop. It was also not entirely clear to me whether you can get on at any stop after buying your ticket or whether you have to get on at a certain place first.

We've been on several hop on hop off tours. The one in Frankfurt gave us much detail but I think there could be more. I would suggest to maybe have sorter more detailed guide but try and cover a bit more espesially on the history. A lot of the guide was based on the buildings. I would have loved more information on the city, the past, local bars, must see attractions.
The buses ran on time and the information on the headphone system was easy to understand and informative. A slightly shorter frequency than 60 minutes would have been nice.

Very interesting tour with the most important points in Frankfurt. Friendly driver, uncomplicated handling. The price-performance ratio is rather mixed, a few euros less per person would be enough.

We enjoyed the express tour and the commentary. The ticketing experience was very helpful!
The route that the bus takes is amazing, and the audio guide is also decent.
The driver was friendly and quick on the road. And the bus was clean.

There is a kiosk serving drinks next to the ticket collection point, so it looks like it is part of the same business. However when trying to board the boat we were not allowed to take the drinks purchased from the kiosk on to the boat. It did not say anywhere that is not permissable. They were forcing us to buy drink and water from them shop on board - (although there was an excessively long queue). Many other passengers spent most of their time time queuing for the shop on the boat rather than enjoying the experience.
Very nice bus driver, driving with the roof down is fun anyway. I would have liked a bit more historical information, but would still book it again because it was a lot of fun.

Frankfurt’s hop-on hop-off tours let you explore two distinct routes. The Skyline Tour passes the Römer’s timber-framed buildings, St. Bartholomew’s Cathedral’s red sandstone spire, and the glass skyscrapers of the financial district. The Express Tour takes you to the Palm Garden’s sprawling greenery, the Hauptwache’s central square, and the Museum Embankment along the Main River.
This iconic medieval town hall features striking timber-framed facades and is a must-see for history lovers and anyone looking for a perfect photo opportunity.
You can board the bus at any of the designated stops along the tour routes. Look for the double-decker buses at these stops.
Buses for both the Express and Skyline tours depart every 20 to 30 minutes.
