Juan, our guy who took us on a walking tour, was truly amazing He explained everything in a very proffessional ,yet simple to understand way
We saw a lot of Budapest! Unfortunately, we didn't have a clear view of the stops, so we took a tour (green). Perhaps it would have been easier with a map. The staff on site did not give us this. We were sometimes approached because we had booked online, or were laughed at because we would have paid more than if we had booked with them on site. We felt like 2nd class tourists. But it was different on the bus: the staff here were very nice. The headphones worked perfectly. Sitting up in the bus was quite adventurous, as the branches of the trees were sometimes so low that even the passengers in the other row of seats were hit by the branches. The Daunau cruise was fine. We would have liked the headphones again. The announcements were unfortunately not understandable. However, I would book the tour again as the price is quite okay. This time on the spot, let's see if the prices would be lower 😉

We booked from Australia and when we arrived in Budapest just showed ticket on our phone and they replaced with physical ticket. Very easy process in Budapest. The on off bus us a fabulous way to get to know the city and easy to see and explore the sights. We do a full lap to see everything on offer tgen then the next lap we start to get "on off"
The trip along the Danube, it's superb 😍 and around the city very informative 😍

It was a great city trip, there was a lot to see, the only thing that can be improved is when you use the headphones and the staff makes announcements that you can't understand or hear
Information on the bus understandable and good! Round trip was great! It was possible to get on and off at any time! We took a closer look at some attractive places worth seeing! Boat trip on the Danube came afterwards! Unfortunately we forgot to download the audio guide! The trip itself is short and crisp, but beautiful! Be there in good time before departure! So that you can sit at the top!

The routes were fantastic, took us to all the key attractions. It was raining two of the days we were in Budapest, so it was great to hide out on the bus to avoid the worst parts, or to warm up and dry out when caught in the rain.
2 stations were not served. We don't understand Hungarian, there was no information in English. The audio guide speaks too fast, you don't understand everything.

Hi, everyone, Just a quick note to say how much I enjoyed our trip to Budapest by bus and cruise. It was really great! Between the walks, the landscapes, the good times shared and the laughs, everything came together to make for a great stay. Many thanks to those who organized it, and to the whole group for the great atmosphere. Honestly, it's great to be able to enjoy moments like this together! Can't wait for the next getaway!

It's nice to get a good overview of the top sights. However, my audio plug did not work reliably on various buses. The German speaker spoke in a very boring way and slurred many names. It was difficult to always follow him and understand everything.

The ticketing process was smooth. I was able to find and use the tickets via my email. The tour was good too. My only frustration is that so many seats on the top of the red bus didn't work. I had to share my headset with my husband. This made it difficult to hear the description of the site's. The other issue is that it was hard to connect the description to the site. Most of this was due to not being able to slow down and 'see' the site & hear all about it. This is out of your control, I do understand that.
Cool we were able to see all the magnificent places and monuments listed by unesco. This city is superb and the Hungarians are very friendly. The monuments are extraordinarily beautiful, a real change of scenery with a very pleasant cruise on the Danube.

Good bus ride .....most important locations later we took evening boat with some extra fees , it was nice.
The city is just super beautiful

All was smooth and incredible, thank you.
The bus takes us to several of Budapest's famous monuments, and the buses are frequent.

It was impossible to find the guide for the walking tour, and the main pool of the spa is with work in progress, someone should have communicated that. Otherwise everything was fine.

We didn't like that the Széchenyi spa pools were under construction, there was no protection from the work, everyone could see all the people, a lot of noise, not worth the money.

All well explained at the booking stage, and easy to implement.

Everything. We did not take part in the boat trip due to time constraints.

Bus stops should be sign posted better. We found it very hard to find the actual bus stop and had to run to where we saw a bus park. Audio did not align with tour and the English needs review by a native speaker to make better sense.
Not enough time to do all we wanted. Next time we need to come for at least 3 days, even then probably wont get round to doing everything, fantastic that you can but 24 hour 48, and 72 hour tickets. So much to see. On a down side stop 17 whilst the church there is very beautiful. There is a gathering of homeless and drunk people, drugs, alcohol, and public urination. Would strongly advise people to avoid this stop.

Super fast access. The facilities are very neat and clean, with many services. The place is magnificent, the building is beautiful, and the thermal circuits and pools are spectacular.

The bathing experience was very good, even though the main outdoor pool was under construction. The boat ride on the Danube was fine, although in the first week of July and at the time we did it (18:30h) it was hot.

Amazing buildings and atmosphere, have to try this, went at the height of Summer, but probably even better when colder. Highlight of our trip!
Complete facility for every need, ideal for relaxation.

The spa was a great experience it does need renovation in places and could do with a few more eating options but over all a good experience there were loads of beds at 10 by 11 they had gone so get there early

We took advantage of the combo : spa and Danube boat ride. It works perfectly ,you don't queue for tickets and you can choose the times that suit you best, affordable price.

The spa was relaxing and unforgettable! The warm pools, historic setting, and lively vibe made my Budapest trip truly special.
Booked through Headout app was easy and fast. Entry was fast and easy. Lockers were secure. Pools clean and warm. We arrived at 10am and found it hard to find a daybed. Enjoy Ed the morning there.
We liked it overall, but we went in with 7 pairs of flip-flops and came out with 6, one of us had our flip-flops taken away.... a bit crowded but it was nice.

The experience is interesting and relaxing. However, the reception and cleaning staff had a bad attitude. They were not friendly and did not inform you about the operation of the facilities.
View original review in Spanish
We liked the whole venue, but I had an unpleasant feeling just when I presented my tickets. The elderly lady, who spoke to me in Hungarian the whole time, insisted on downloading the ticket app when I was showing her the app, she forced my phone insisting. I explained in English that I was already on the app, but he kept insisting, he noticed and kept speaking in Hungarian and I honestly did not thank him. He was very rude but he did speak in English to sarcastically say "thank you". Previously a group of Chinese tourists were also spoken to very badly. This type of worker should not be in front of the public. It gives a bad impression, the rest of the place was good.

Its a lovely building and great no under 14s allowed in but it is pretty much a very expensive swimming pool albeit a very nice one
The booking was very easy and clear. Everything was perfect. The spa was fantastic. I would point out that it is best to arrive early in the morning, just when they open, and get a hammock in the shady part, located at the back, near the smoking area. Just put a towel on top of it. Nobody touches your belongings, and they are free. This ensures that you will be able to lie down during your visit, and in the shade, if you go in summer, with 40°. Once in place, I would start the route through the indoor toilets, to finish in the outdoor pools, since, due to the influx of people, they are not in the best hygienic conditions to say, they are a little dirty after noon. I didn't hire the cabin, and I didn't think it was necessary. With the lockers you can get by just fine. If you take one of the last ones in the corridor, there are hardly any people, and you can change without any problem. They give you a bracelet that opens and closes the locker. I hope this is useful to whoever reads it.

We really enjoyed the saunas and the cold bath! Sauna on the -1 floor was very new and spacious to accommodate all the people without any hassle. Near the sauna was a cold pool with led lights - very good option to go after the sauna.
Even though our visit was in high season, we never felt overwhelmed by the number of people. We loved the wide variety of pools, which made the experience everything but boring. Great activity to relax over holidays!
Too crowded, but good experience. As for the cruise, we thought it was poorly organized because we had to keep our luggage.
View original review in Spanish
We felt very comfortable. Although it was quite full, everything was well distributed. The prices for food and drink were reasonable. The mutual consideration in the pool was pleasant, if you know what it's like in German outdoor pools... We'll be back!
View original review in German
The wire-cutting option sold with the ticket was not an option, so it's better to buy the ticket directly on the official baths website.
View original review in French
Great experience and service. Many pools to choose from with mineral rich water. Stepping into a grand architecture feels like a journey back to a bygone era. Perfect escape!
The hot springs are very nice and worth knowing, but we took the coupon that said preferential entry and private cabin or locker (so described the entry) and when we got there we were not given private cabin despite having it free. They asked us to pay more and said that the ticket said it was optional. The ticket with what they offered us would have been much cheaper at the ticket office, I took it for headout for the private cabin since we were traveling in a group with children and some elderly people. It was also crowded and the lockers were crowded and it was difficult to change. The restroom experience was fine but the ticket purchase is not recommended.
