audio guide commentary arrives too early in relation to the monument (more than 500m behind). Visibility in some buses insufficient in the lower section and obscured in the upper section by protective tarpaulins. lack of information on what to see at the various stops.

It was a pleasure to see places we hadn't reached. It's a good idea - you can use the bus as many times as you want along the route during its operation. The green route is difficult to get on (it runs once an hour). It's better not to sit on the top floor of the bus - you'll get your head hot, and most often there is glass or a ceiling - you can't take good pictures. We received instructions about the departure point along the Danube in the mail, which was convenient. Basically, the dock is marked with a sign. You don't have to sit upstairs on the boat either, it's better to sit downstairs - you won't get hot and the wind won't blow, the windows are big - you can take good pictures.

Although the tour covered all major spots, the support team was very rude. They neither helped us with the queries, nor directed us to the right buses at the changeover points. In fact, they made fun of us for asking them for the directions for the river cruise, which is very unlikely in the hospitality industry. So, an experience which was supposed to be fulfilling and fun, turned out to be sour for us.
Wonderful experience, punctual buses and friendly staff, interesting audio guide and easy to uitilize. Alternative means to comfortably move around the city and rest a few minutes between points of interest.

Partly waited 1 hour for the next bus All buses overcrowded - no seats Too many tickets sold for too few buses Boat trip was without explanation

Ideal for exploring the city alongside public transport. The boat trip was rather weak.

Perfekt Thank You!🔥 Very nice trip in tow hour's and 45 minutes.
Excellent staff and good comentry on the bus. Really well organised.

Great way of seeing the city hoped for open topped bus but still enjoyable
Here's to the best of both worlds! Hit 18 Budapest sights on a bus & go on a river cruise.

I always use Big Bus for my holidays. And I have never regretted it. Big Bus saves me time and I see more things. I can't imagine my holidays without Big Bus.
Everything was very accessible and well-organized, but in the city center, it was difficult for us to find the starting stop, and on one trip, the audio jack for the headphones was broken.
A great way to explore and get to know Budapest. Friendly staff and bus drivers. The only complaint is about the state of the deck on the upper deck of one of the buses, which was damaged during the journey.

Not enough time to do all we wanted. Next time we need to come for at least 3 days, even then probably wont get round to doing everything, fantastic that you can but 24 hour 48, and 72 hour tickets. So much to see. On a down side stop 17 whilst the church there is very beautiful. There is a gathering of homeless and drunk people, drugs, alcohol, and public urination. Would strongly advise people to avoid this stop.
It was a great way to get around to Budapest's amazing landmarks!
The bus tour of the city, we ended up going around the city twice, once in the morning and once in the afternoon

It was very good, it's just a shame that the visit to the castle isn't part of the package, even though it's a service provided by another operator

Very nice tour, plenty of great places to see along with very useful information about each place.
Everything is easy and understandable. We took a bus ride, then a boat ride on the river.

Szechenyi Spa
The Szechenyi Thermal baths were fantastic. What a lovely experience, varying from the thermal outdoor pools to a wide variety of indoor pools, all at different temperatures. Everything was well organised and easy to navigate.
The reservation with Headout was no problem. We went in and everything we booked was included. Széchenyi Spa was a disappointment. Too many people and the outside pools were separated by a tarp (perhaps construction work) which made it look bad. I regret having opted for this spa. I am sure any other in Budapest would have been a more pleasant experience. I will be back

A great day out and once in a lifetime experience, however the main pool is closed for refurbishment (as you can see on the right of the photograph, there was scaffolding all round it) which we had not been told about. We would've chosen a different experience had we known. Was a bit disappointing.
The spaciousness of the leisure space offered by the hot springs. In addition, as we went on a weekday, the number of people was much smaller than if we had gone on a weekend, which is appreciated.

The space was beautiful, it was just a shame that the larger spa was under construction, but I found the experience incredible. I loved the fact that the side spas had different temperatures, with one being hotter and more relaxing, and the other being cooler. I think the infrastructure is worthy of applause, even with a lot of people you could swim to your heart's content. The interior was equally beautiful, with many different pools and baths. I would definitely go back to experience it again. Thank you

The entrance was quick. The locker is in a dressing room next to more lockers, it is not private, but it is correct. Apart from the outside space, which is not accessible from inside, there are several other rooms inside with different pools at different temperatures. In my opinion, 2-3 hours is enough to see it and enjoy everything.

We visited Széchenyi Spa first thing in the morning, and we highly recommend doing the same! The facilities were very clean, and it wasn’t too crowded at that time. Getting a cabin ticket was definitely worth it for privacy and convenience. We stayed for about two hours, which felt like the perfect amount of time to enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.
Amazing experience! Would definitely come back on our next trip to Budapest.
It was just like the photos, a very special place. So many experiences in one
The atmosphere was beautiful. I will be back during the warmer months next time.
Frankly, it's pleasant, but the work on the central pool really spoils the overall impression, which is a shame! Also, it's not very well maintained given the price per person: lots of chipped tiles on the floors, paintwork... I'm a bit disappointed!

What I loved the most about this experience was entering lots of saunas and pools. I had a really different experience for me.
The water outside had a nice and warm temperature. Nice to have steps to sit on . I thought the showers were fine but little room to dry yourself and the door was open into the hall, so my opinion is that the shower room could be updated. The baths inside were nice as well as the saunas. All the best from Iceland :-))
Booking was very easy, but the entrance door to the spas was not well communicated with the reception and we had to do a little unnecessary walking around on my part.

Everything worked out wonderfully. It was easy to find our way around, we had a locker but no cabin. The bathroom was being remodeled, so only a good, it could have been specified. There are a lot of people there but you don't really feel it. We benefited from the sauna and steam room and so after the bath I had no more pain in my legs after a long time.

Very nice different pools at different temperatures But it's a pity that the 50 m pool is being renovated.

Hi Really nice experience, lots of pools, safe lockers, only flaw that the bars on the pools do not accept payment with the sauna bracelet, but credit card
View original review in Italian
The bathrooms, although located in the original setting, are clean and efficient. I spent half a day in full relaxation. Dozens of pools and environments to discover. Easy vouchers to convert at the ticket counter in front of the entrance. Unique experience.

The water was pleasant. I regret that you have to pay in cash or with your card when you want to drink inside. A wristband would be ideal, so you don't have to go back to the lockers when going up or down the stairs, or risk losing your money in the process.

As it was hot, the water wasn't too hot, it was lukewarm, which made perfect sense. It was a shame not to be able to use the large pool due to the renovations, but apart from that we had a lovely sunny afternoon! I'd definitely go back on a cooler day to try the warmer water.

Improve the locker areas it was impossible to change there are only 2 benches and people are very uncivic and 1 person occupied the bench alone. They should warn that the main page is under construction and make discounts on the price when you can not enjoy the full services. The rest great

When we booked, we were never told that the main pool was being renovated, so there were too many people in the other 2 pools, which was a shame.
View original review in French
We booked tickets for a day with lockers and locker room. We arrived early in the morning and found very few people at the entrance. We were able to get some loungers without any problems. Too bad there was a construction site to fix the central outdoor pool. The interior is very large but well maintained. It really feels like 'entering the spa in the early 1900s.

The sunshine and history...the walk there...I believe I paid way more than the entrance fee and there was not a line; would skip this expensive website because was charged nearly double ...
A "must" of the city. We went after 3 days walking around the city and it was wonderful to spend the day in hot springs and saunas to relax the body completely. You don't have to wear a hat but you do have to wear your hair up if you have long hair. There are bars on the premises if you want to have a drink between baths but it is very expensive. You can take things from the locker whenever you want. Very organized and with maps inside the enclosure to know which pool is at what temperature. We went on a Sunday at 13:30 and left at 17:30, it was quite crowded.

Good schedules and organization. The best part of the experience was the walking tour. Unfortunately, the boat ride was through the southern part of the city and not where the main buildings are.
