Easy to book online. Convenient pickup and drop-off sites. Decent audio guide, but somewhat poor quality audio. I recommend bringing your own earbuds to access better quality audio.
I liked the punctuality and professionalism

Ticketing was good. Frustrating waiting for the bus, and changing the location to pick it up. I did not seeing many busses available ( probably due to being a holiday / Monday ) so just sat on the top of the bus listening to the audio tour.
A good trip round Brussels with audio guidance. Saw the sights with good stop off points to have a closer look at some aspects.
Nice route and pleasant views. It is very difficult to hear, and driver not helpful with anything. I"d recommend adding a student to answer questions and provide direction. A smile goes a long way. Need better signage just to location stops. (Driver rode right past us because we were at the wrong stop location.)
Saves walking through the crowds. Seeing all the historic sites and listening to the history. Being able to hop off at whim. The driver was very friendly! We went 2 rounds to catch what we may have missed on the first round. Thank you!
The experience was ok. I like audio guide. I would have liked the program to be until 7 pm so I could enjoy the bus ride after the museums closed.
It is a good and effective route.

The bus failed to show up at our stop (8 Bourse) for over 1 hour.
The way to travel trough Brussel.
Very quick process of booking. Booked the tickets right before the departure. Much cheaper than the tickets on the bus.
I really appreciated the audio guide, well done and interesting
