I didnt have a lot of time in Belfast, so the bus was a great option to catch a few things I would otherwise miss. While I didn't use the 12hours for hop-on-hop-off, I saved my feet and fit in the highlights. I jumped on the bus at Titantic and went through the city and up past the murals and the Wall. Noel was a fantastic driver with a great sense of humour/sarcasm, he kept me laughing the whole time. He also - like a good wit - made some sharp commentary, which I really appreciated. I finished back in the city in time for a walking tour!
The trip was so informative. We went around twice. When we got off the coach for sightseeing, felt secure in knowing a coach would be on time to pick us up. Thank you
Help was on hand when boarding the bus. It would be great to have it travelling in both directions as I had to book a cab after visiting The Titanic on the second day as I didn't have the 1:5 hours to continue on as I had a flight in the afternoon.
Ticketing experience was excellent. The bus clean however, there was times I could not hear the commentary due to ambient noise but overall I found the tour fascinating and interesting.
Hop on Hop off sevice did not disappoint. One circuit of the city to get our bearings and a flavour of its character and history. Excellent commentary by the bus driver. Covered all the main/interesting sites. Stopped off at Crumlin Road Gaol - truly educational. Took in a tour of the City Hall too. Need more than a day to use this service as there are so many other interesting places to hop off & visit. We'll be back.
It was comfy bus with very informative narration around the tour ,good value for money and best way to see and learn about the sights of Belfast
Was let down on the "hop on" aspect as I waited at the St George's Market stop for 15 minutes (not bad) but when the bus came along it just drove right past me didn't stop to let me on. I had to walk all the way to the first stop to board there which defeats the purpose. The tour was good once I managed to get on it.
We had two experiences - the first was difficult for us due to the noise of the bus engine - as we were sitting outside on the commentary was drowned out by the engine noise. However, our second experience ( sitting upstairs on the near side) was EXCELLENT. RODNEY was our Tour Guide and he was amazing- great informative commentary, lovely sense of humour and concern about passenger safety.
Don was the best guide/driver ever Very informative and funny Highly recommended
It was very interesting and covered many areas of Belfast
Terrific guide. Jerry? Irlands history, the hatred.turmoil, famine, everything...
Couldn't hear any of the audio which was most of the point of the tour
The guides on the bus were nice and funny persons. Thanks for the entertainment
There was a tour guide who was very informative
Poor communication. One of the main stops in the Titanic Quarterwas out of action due to a diversion but there was nothing posted at the stop or in the app to say so or where to go even though it had apparently been the case for some time.
The busses only picking up until 4 in a busy city seems wrong.
I thought it would be in different languages but only English was available, no headphones were given.
