Red route
Brilliant , great commentary , loads of Interesting history on Belfast .
Fantastic tour. Superb tour guide Claire and great driver in Eamon. Great experience and value.
Ticket booking was easy. First tour guide was good / funny but the second one was much more informative.
Easy to navigate the stops, great information by staff, good service times (shared with City Tours)! All in all great experience, will recommend!
Ticketing experience great. Personal commentary was really good as we have found previously pre recorded commentary gets out of step with the locations.
I liked that we went to a wide variety of places. Love is the wrong word! Sure the guide was a nice person but oh boy did I get fed up with the supposed to be jokes and singing. More information would have been far more interesting. Also no talk occasionally would have been refreshing. The tout didn't start late but I had to tick something to submit review!!
Tickets were easy to book. The tour bus was great and the driver and the tour guide were excellent. Very informative and great experience.
It was a beautiful spring morning. Roads were quiet. Views unimpeded. Good volume on commentary. I am a hearing aid user . I was hoping for a mention of Kneecap and seeing some of their haunts. Also I wish the lamppost from Lion, Witch & Wardrobe was pointed out! It was mentioned in passing but I missed seeing it!
The ones where the driver or any member did the commentary were better
Sound quality poor on bus. Was expecting headphones none offered.
Noel was great, entertaining and informative
Very Informative lovely drivers would definitely reccomend
Enjoyable, entertaining, guide fabulous (Terry), did what the ticket says, hopped on & off! Worth every penny
Ease of entry and exit, informative, and fair priced. Highly recommend
Drivers were informative & safe. The bus was comfortable.
Great guide, informative & delivered in a lovely manner.

We had two experiences - the first was difficult for us due to the noise of the bus engine - as we were sitting outside on the commentary was drowned out by the engine noise. However, our second experience ( sitting upstairs on the near side) was EXCELLENT. RODNEY was our Tour Guide and he was amazing- great informative commentary, lovely sense of humour and concern about passenger safety.
Enjoyed the hop on hop off bus experience. Felt like it was the best way to see different parts of the city. All the drivers were informative tour guides. Had a particularly good experience with Don with his knowledge and fascinating stories.
We did the full tour of 19 stops at the top of the bus. The view was good but the noise from the bus and the other traffic meant we couldnt hear the commentary. We then sat below and went round again so we could hear the commentary. Overall it was very good and informative.
Don was an amazing tour guide from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable in the history of Belfast but delivered the tour in a light hearted way. It was one of the highlights of our trip. Thanks again Don!
There was a tour guide who was very informative
Brilliant way of seeing the city. Tour guide and driver Don was outstanding, we didn't want to get off!
The busses only picking up until 4 in a busy city seems wrong.
I thought it would be in different languages but only English was available, no headphones were given.
Staff fab , itour nfo fab , before we got started my husband wanted the open top experience so we booked yourselves, all set arrived , met lovely staff went up stairs , dry cool fresh day wrapped up well and husband sat on dry seat but with stitching on, it had absorbed the heavy rain the day before so all the water was squeezed out and he was drenched , soggy bottoms fir the whole 90 mins , we couldn't get off anywhere as he was not going to walk about with drenched cold jeans on . A big pity , a new weatheroroof covering on the seats is needed with no stitches, some seats are cracked open with wear and tear too . Our daughter was saved as we had rain coat in bag after she heard her dad's alarm. My coat was long and waterproof but after getting up after 90 mins I could feel the damp . Luckily our car was in a city carpark do we got changed. I'd feel for an older person who didn't have a change of clothes nearby and would be frozen for the day . Just to prevent this happening to anyone else . Tour info was great lots of interesting facts , so glad we did it but would have loved to get off at gaol and other places etc as we started early in the day to do all this but it didn't happen .
We took a bus 2 times in one day. 1st in the morning was super. 2nd in afternoon was bad, you can't hear or understand anything he was saying, quality of audio was so poor, literally nothing was clear, what the point of the audio tour if no one can understand it?
Great for getting to those places you want to visit, and a very informative journey with lots of information
Easy to get a ticket, good information on the bus, both last and present.
Great way to see the city and visit places you wouldn't normally see
Has a fab time and found the tour very informative
Very informative,just the right length
Dear Headout tours: our experience using your service was extremely disappointing. We were a party of 5 - 4 adults (including 1x 80 year old), plus one child. We took 2 small journeys on the service - to Titantic and back into town, and after that - the bus did not come back to our stop (no 7). Extremely disappointed and not acceptable. We called your support staff 3 times, each time to be placed on hold for 10 minutes at a time, with no response after that. When we finally found your ground staff at City Hall, we were advised by a blond lady that 'sometimes the bus has to take an alterative route, and there is nothing we can do about this', is fair enough in a big city, but perhaps you could have advised us of this potential at the outset, and secondly to say this with an eye roll at our reaction was not appreciated. What do they expect users of the service to do in this instance? It was 0 Degrees on Friday, we were left to stand at the side of the road for almost one hour, after which point we gave up and walked to the 1st pick up point to speak to your staff, after getting nowhere on the phone to Sean Pat. Brian/ Ryan (ground staff at City hall) was at least empathetic and advised us to relay our issue with you. Really really not acceptable, have used these tours in many major cities around the world and never had an issue. If there is a redirect - what exactly do you expect those who have paid for the service and are waiting roadside to do in this case? You have contact numbers of everyone who has booked the tour o n a certain day, there are not that many people who take the tour mid winter, and even if there are - surely you have a duty to not leave people standing at the side of the road, wasting time, freezing etc, waiting for a service that just isn't delayed in traffic, it is never going to arrive. I demand a refund of our tickets (4 adults/ 1 child), This is the very least you can do after such an experience. Please contact me to arrange this.
