The driver was very helpful and polite. The headphone socket for the audio guide was awkwardly (invisibly) placed and should be on the front panel. We had problems with driver not fully knowing Bath 'spots' to visit and apprpriate stops - a more detailed map might have solved this ((related to Royal Victoria park layout and mini-golf!!)
It was easy buying tickets and finding the bus stop. The skyline route was nice because it showed Bath from a different angle. The in town route was a little tight and kept going down the same streets. I suppose this is due to one way streets which have possibly been added since the route was planned. It was nice though because it was a very hot day and the breeze was welcoming.
The driver was good but the audio was very poor Driver suggested moving seats but by this time we'd missed over half of the commentary and didn't have the time to do another tour Very disappointing
I booked online and had no issues. The drivers were all very friendly and extremely helpful. It was great to have a few hours been driven around. Bath has some steep streets so the bus was very welcome.
Was ok but I expected guided tour as we had family visiting from Australia and I believe there was two area but we wasn't told to swap buses or if the next route was different so need up doing same route twice
The driver was very helpful, friendly and engaging.
It was relaxing and great to learn more about Bath
The bus driver was very friendly and audio service on the bus was good. All in all it was a very good time.
It was a great way to see the sights and the drivers were all really nice and helpful!
A great way to see the city. Would recommend.
Very easy to book.Friendly drivers.Great to be able to do both tours with one ticket.😃
Buses were reasonably frequent and the ride was smooth. The commentary was first class.
There was a reduced service on the day, we waited an hour at stop B for the last sky line bus that never showed, along with other families. Was not worth the money overall
Didn't think the experience was worth the cost
I liked the audio guide and the use of headphones. I liked the information.
We were directed to a Green Route bus stop (Forrester Rd ?) which was 25minutes away when the Red Route bus went past our hotel on the crescent. A more informative app giving routes, stops and times would have been more use than the app which required a code which was not easy to find. Sort your app out. The link to the BigBus app did not show services in Bath. London but that was an even further walk thankfully the driver was more help.
I loved Nothing about the tour
Saw so much from the top of the bus both in the city abd round the countryside . The earphones did not work properly in both ears.
Overall, it was an ok experience. The green line talked about some venues that were not visible for all the trees. It would have been nice to go a bit slower around the cresent and circus to get a nicer view. In town on the red route was good, lots of information, so I quite enjoyed that tour.
Easy to get tickets online for someone like me who hates doing anything online. Very good audio quality and clear description. Bus drivers were very smooth also.
