Was really nice seeing the city in a short time. We did not want to go out because of the heat but saw a lot of major landmarks. One side of the bus did not have audio tourguide. Felt safe and comfortable. AC downstairs. Really easy buying the tickets through headout. Also for finding other things to do.
The whole package was just right, unfortunately we had the bad luck that we lost our bearings after the park and therefore couldn't find the bus stop. But apart from that everything was really great. I would book again.

I like the service most and team was very brilliant with the excellent communication. Keep that up in same passion. Will meet again for sure 😊😊 All the very best!
Booked the tickets online, which was fairly easy Then looking for a boarding stop This gave more problems, also because you don't know what they look like. So we went to grada familia to get on the bus. At first we were also wrong, but once we knew which buses and the staff explained the concept to us, our adventure could begin. Nice way of exploring the city with explanations in your own language about what you see along the way. And you can leave or re-enter the bus whenever you feel like it. This way you do not have to miss anything of Barcelona

We could literally get on and off as we liked. The commentary was informative and enabled us to decide which sights were best for us to actually visit. Definitely worth doing for us 👍
The route was interesting. Both lines are sufficiently long. There is an option to get off at different stops. We visited many sights.
Very good experience, the best way to see Valencia
Easy of use. Traffic was congested. More people should take the hop on hop off to prevent congestion!
Only had one day to explore Barcelona and this way you pick up the highlights nicely.

The good number of buses and their frequency, plus the information provided during the trip.

One bus was old: hard to operate the audio system. The air conditioning functioned poorly on two busses. The staff were very polite and helpful.
Very easy to access the buses and convenient to see various sites. We had hot weather so it was nice to get to jump on an off to give our legs a rest and get shuttled somewhere else.
I loved how convenient the drop off locations we're to major attractions. The app could be improved by providing addresses of where the pickup/drop off locations are located at. Initially when looking for the pick up location it was difficult to locate where we were supposed to go. It took us some time to figure out but after that it was great.
Was a great idea to see the high lights But the times didnt always match up where the location was and the plug ins did not always work.. cutting in and out
Do not have anything to add. Wrong infos related to park Güell (in the bus the said that there is a "visitable space without paying when there is not). Also the optional catamaran experience means that extra pay, meaning that is not optional...
So fun to visit many places! Unfortunately, 1 day is not enough to do everything, so we will definitely come back again!

We didn't like the fact that old and infirm people had to wait unprotected in the blazing 35 degree sun at the access stations until they reached the top.

It was easy to locate the buses from where we were staying. The guide via earphones was very interesting and informative & pointed out all the sites. We got off and had a wander and it was easy to find the bus stops.
WE WERE ABLE TO DO THE 2 LINES IN THE SAME DAY.LITTLE WAITING AT THE BUS STOPS. AUDIO GUIDE IN FRENCH.JE RECOMMANDE.

Nice experience to see something of the city in a fairly short time. The buses run frequently. The tour guide in different languages through "earphones" was also nice! Nice rides through Barcelona

It was very slow. A lot of stops where the driver got off and we stayed at the same stop for 10 plus minutes. Part of the bus tour that makes it helpful is getting to places. We had to get off and walk a few times far further than we would have liked as it would have taken over an hour to go 7+ stops.
It could have a vending water machine inside the BUs. The walk around the city was nice but there were some spots that the bus doesn't stop (like Plaza de Espanha).
When we arrived at the Hop on Hop off the bus malfunctioned and we lost over 30 minutes and that time wasn't compensated in the 24h validation ticket.
The route was beautiful and taught us a lot about Barcelona. There was one downside, actually two. 1. The bus did not pass the Sagrada Familia at any point so we did not see it. My husband can't walk , so that was bad. 2. We also did not pass the statue of Columbus. Also a missed opportunity

Amazing place to see. Every structure is fabulous. And the Headout online ticketing was great. Very easy to booked in your ticket for your next adventure.
The fast tickets were great. We got in very quickly and didn't have to queue. The time slot was also very relaxed, I didn't have to stress so much to arrive on time. The Sagrada Familia is well worth seeing but the entrance fee is overpriced!

I loved the guided tour with the customs. And your music has been the best accompanied by the majestic nature inspired architecture 🍂 😍

It was great we could enter the park earlier then we booked which gave us more time to enjoy the fantastic park. What an amazing wonderful buildings Gaudi has created and the bridges and the whole park looks like in a fairytale. The material and rhe colors are beautiful and joyful.
The experience at Park Güell was amazing, as expected. I didn't like however that you couldn't share the tickets with others as a PDF file. Very annoying.
Park Guell was beautiful! We explored the whole park. I will say the app is unhelpful and needs some more work. Would definitely visit Park Guell again though if I was back in BCN!
By reserving tickets online, we had no waiting time and were able to go straight through admission control, which was perfect. Highly recommended. The impressions of the Sagrada ... sensational! ❤

Everything is great and wonderful, but there are few water intake points and toilets. We found 1 toilet, but it didn't work eitheR.
Beautiful park, with beautiful nature and very nice Gaudi objects to visit. Very worthwhile, golden tip ' start at the entrance at the very top of the park' then you can slowly descend to the main entrance to get out again. Otherwise quite a bit of climbing ...

Don't worry, most of the Hop-on Hop-off buses in Barcelona are equipped with retractable roofs to keep you dry in case of rain. However, you might want to pack a small, foldable umbrella just in case, as the top deck may remain open for those who prefer a rainy-day view.
While bringing your own picnic basket might not be allowed, you can usually bring your own drinks to stay hydrated. Just remember to dispose of your trash responsibly when you hop off. This way, you can enjoy a refreshing sip while admiring the Sagrada Familia or Park Güell.
Yes, most Hop-on Hop-off tour operators offer discounted tickets for children and seniors. You can usually find information about age ranges and discount amounts on their websites or at ticket booths. This can make a family trip more affordable.
That's the beauty of the Hop-on Hop-off system! You can hop off at any stop, explore the area at your own pace, and then catch the next bus when you're ready to move on. You’re in control of your schedule. Just remember to check the bus schedule to make sure you don't have to wait too long for the next one, especially if you’re on the Barcelona Bus Turístic as they run every 5-25 minutes depending on the season and route.
While it's sometimes possible to buy tickets directly from the bus driver, it's usually recommended to purchase your tickets online or at designated ticket booths in advance. This ensures you have a spot on the bus, especially during peak season, and sometimes you can even score discounts for online bookings.
Some Hop-on Hop-off tour operators in Barcelona may offer audio guides specifically designed for children. These guides often feature age-appropriate language and interesting stories to keep the little ones entertained and engaged. Be sure to check with the specific tour operator to see if they offer this option.
Peak hours for Hop-on Hop-off buses in Barcelona are usually mid-morning to early afternoon, especially during the tourist season. If you want to avoid the crowds and have a more comfortable experience, it’s a good idea to start your tour early in the morning or later in the afternoon.
Yes, your Hop-on Hop-off ticket allows you to transfer between different routes operated by the same company. For example, if you're using the Barcelona City Tour, you can switch between the Green (East) and Orange (West) routes. You can plan your itinerary to see all the parts of the city that interest you.
While Hop-on Hop-off buses are a convenient way to see the sights and get around the city center, they may not be the most efficient option for every journey. If you need to get somewhere quickly, you might want to consider using the metro or other forms of public transportation. The Hop-on Hop-off bus is really best for leisurely sightseeing.
