We loved being able to enjoy the bus while doing our sightseeing all day long from 9:45 am to 7:45 pm (we took the bus closest to our apartment, only 10 min walk away) impeccable 😉. We had a great day, the staff on the bus are very pleasant, it's great to find people who speak all languages (at least ours 😉). They gave us good advice..... We recommend enjoying Barcelona this way for a day, it's perfect.....and not as tiring as it sounds because you can rest on the bus 🚌

Easy to book online. Can be used 24 hours or 48hours and starts from first boarding of bus rather than booking time. Can be carried over the following day within the time limit. Can stop and get back on along the various places of interest n either the green or the orange routes. Open top bus gives great views of the city. Multilingual audio guide within the bus is brilliant - headphones provided too. Sit back connect up and enjoy! We understand why takeaway drinks are not allowed but would have made it 5 ⭐️ for me.

Buying the tickets online was very convenient as I was able to save my euros for other things. We took the hop on and hop off green line in Barcelona and had an easy way of seeing a lot of the city. It was a hot day, so the bus ride on top was the best way to get a lot of the city in. My feet really appreciated the ride. Ps. We only had one day and a half in Barcelona, so this was a great option to get in as much as we could.

It is a good proposal ; interesting to be able to go down in the places of interest ; especially for those who do not know the public means of transportation ! It is necessary to be clear about the places you want to visit to plan where to get off ! There are places that can not be seen from the bus !

Was really nice seeing the city in a short time. We did not want to go out because of the heat but saw a lot of major landmarks. One side of the bus did not have audio tourguide. Felt safe and comfortable. AC downstairs. Really easy buying the tickets through headout. Also for finding other things to do.

The guide from the bus (Guillermo, as I was told about) didn't mention I should keep the printed ticket to sail on the Catamaran. When I got there with my digital ticket, the girl didn't accept it, being very misunderstanding, saying that the Catamaran was not included in my trip. I had to go to the main office near Sagrada Família on purpose to get something that proved I had paid for a City tour bus + catamaran. Hopefully, the paper was accepted.

I enjoyed everything! Only thing is that it was difficult until 5 minutes before the tour started to find the host. ... and considering that one has to be super punctual ... otherwise risk missing the whole tour , it was not pleasant. I suggest putting a Headout totem, so at least even if the guide has not arrived ... you know you are in the right place! And you don't wander around asking for info from people who by the way have no answer!

Park Güell is a must-visit spot in Barcelona, especially if you’re a fan of Gaudí’s work. The park is full of colorful mosaics, whimsical architecture, and stunning city views. Highlights include the famous mosaic lizard (El Drac), the serpentine bench, and the impressive columns of the Hypostyle Hall. The park combines nature with surreal design in a way that feels magical and unique. It’s a great place to stroll, relax, and take photos—but it can get quite crowded, so booking tickets ahead is a good idea. Also, be prepared for some uphill walking. Overall, it’s a beautiful and inspiring place that captures the creative spirit of Barcelona.

Very beautiful park, very very large and full of points of interest, to be discovered by audio guide or guided tour. We opted for the audioguide. In our experience, the signs with the directions of the route to be followed should be better organized: we found ourselves bewildered, even after consulting the route map, which in our opinion was confusing and unclear, so much so that we probably followed the route backwards. Nevertheless, the park is really worth the visit!

Save 15% and get around town and into Gaudí’s park without breaking a sweat.

  • Everything you get at Park Güell: Step off the bus and right into Gaudí’s hillside escape. Discover curvy viaducts, candy-colored tiles, crooked fairytale houses, and hidden lookout points. Visit the Austria Gardens, climb to the Three Crosses hilltop, and meet the iconic mosaic dragon, El Drac.
  • Everything you get on the hop-on hop-off tour: Explore Barcelona your way with unlimited rides across 34 stops, including Sagrada Família, Camp Nou, and the Gothic Quarter. Buses arrive every 9–13 minutes, with a free city map and multilingual audio guide included. Choose 24 or 48-hour passes.
  • Why choose this combo: The hop-on hop-off bus stops right near Park Güell, making this the easiest way to explore Gaudí’s masterpiece and other must-sees—all on your schedule.

  • During peak season, April to August, expect a considerable wait time at entry.
  • Note: Park Güell has three entrances—choose what suits you! Av. del Santuari de Sant Josep de la Muntanya has escalators (though it’s steep), Carretera del Carmel (nº 23) is ideal for coach drop-off, and Carrer d’Olot brings you right into the Monumental Zone.
  • If you'd like to skip a lot of climbing and stairs, a great option is to take public transport like Bus #24 or grab a taxi. This will get you to the entrance at Carretera del Carmel, which is just a short 100 meters from the bus stop. • Guests are allowed to bring outside food and water into the venue. However, they must consume it in the designated picnic areas only.

  • These tickets can't be cancelled or rescheduled.

Hop on hop off very helpful (with two tired kids under the sun ) it was very much enjoyed the experience... friendly and helpful staff, stops easily accessible.. as for Camp Nou experience I did not expect it so short the route also because the visit on the stadium is not available, so I expected longer museum visit (2019 we had done both museum and stadium however honestly it seems smaller the museum now) it also costs a bit much however the kids were happy and that's what counts

I loved how convenient the drop off locations we're to major attractions. The app could be improved by providing addresses of where the pickup/drop off locations are located at. Initially when looking for the pick up location it was difficult to locate where we were supposed to go. It took us some time to figure out but after that it was great.

Everything went well, we found it a bit bumpy that some of the buses didn't go through. I thought they were doing whole laps, but sometimes we had to change buses in the middle. However, the next bus was there straight away and the explanations with the audio guide were great! What was probably extremely unlucky, but rather amusing: during the journey there was a downpour, despite the roof, the "1st floor" was completely flooded and the water came down the stairs like a waterfall in the bends or when the bus braked. We passengers took it in good humor, as it wasn't cold. But we were surprised by the attendant: he remained seated, staring at his cell phone and gave no information or help. People came screaming down from above after getting soaking wet. The information that this could happen would have saved some people from getting completely soaked!

I loved how convenient the drop off locations we're to major attractions. The app could be improved by providing addresses of where the pickup/drop off locations are located at. Initially when looking for the pick up location it was difficult to locate where we were supposed to go. It took us some time to figure out but after that it was great.

Good routes and regular buses. However buses were packed and it was not always possible to get a seat/plug in your earplugs for the audio guide. Got off to a poor start with the guide on the first bus. She made no eye contact, didn't reply when we said hello just held her hand out to take my phone for the ticket code.

Had a slight problem with the audio guide which took a little bit of time to sort out but luckily we discovered we couldn't get to the link while we were still at the hotel. I rang Head out and they sorted it all for us. Great customer service, thank you. The Sagrada Familia is amazing. It is the second time I've been in recent years and I probably enjoyed it more this time as I knew what to look out for. The audio guide is fantastic and well worth getting.

Visiting the Moco Museum in Barcelona was an excellent experience! The space is vibrant and full of life, with an explosion of colours, bold drawings, and eye-catching modern art at every turn. I loved the mix of contemporary pieces and digital installations — everything felt fresh, creative, and inspiring. Each room had its own mood, and I found myself constantly stopping to take photos and admire the details. If you're into modern and street art, this museum is a must-see!

Nice way to see the high lights of the city. The audio tour was fun, but also focused a lot on architecture which the kids found less interesting. Maybe offer a choice based on age or interest?

Was really nice seeing the city in a short time. We did not want to go out because of the heat but saw a lot of major landmarks. One side of the bus did not have audio tourguide. Felt safe and comfortable. AC downstairs. Really easy buying the tickets through headout. Also for finding other things to do.

The whole package was just right, unfortunately we had the bad luck that we lost our bearings after the park and therefore couldn't find the bus stop. But apart from that everything was really great. I would book again.

Good connections to all sights, no long waiting times. At Park Güell it should be said that you have to walk very far and can't see anything at the top without a ticket.
