Thames River cruise
From Westminster Pier
From Tower Pier
Excellent ticket package, bus service was frequent enough and had 3 great routes. The drivers were courteous and helpful in our journey. We also took advantage of the added benefit of a Thames river cruise from Westminster pier to the Tower Pier. Will definitely use Headout again!
We waited more than 20 minutes at a meeting point. We had to change stations to catch a bus that wasn't full.

From where we were situated on the orange line made it very difficult to get to the blue line because of the busses only coming every hour
We waited three quarters of an hour at the bus stop (which was 3 minutes from the hotel) and no bus came. The buses simply changed their route. We then walked to another meeting point and had to wait there for another half an hour. It was about 1.5 hours before we could actually set off. The audio guide information was far too little, the music was annoying and was more than the information in total!

I wait 1h30m in a stop and the bus did't came
I liked NOTHING!!! I felt that you mis-advertised the process. I expected 20 minutes between busses. The truth was there was an hour between busses. I am glad that I realized this early in the morning and was able to us the local busses to continue my trip. I will be writing to the tourist board and detailing my problems and experiences.
I hate the music between the sights. I would much rather have a live guide. Not enough time to get on or off.. bad communication on where we are so we had a chance to get off. At on stop we waited for the yellow route. We even said so to a guide at the stop. We waited 30 min and asked the guide again... then he told us that the bus just left 5 min ago. We were there the whole Tim and no bus said yellow route. Then he said it is called the museum route!! Why do you have the top on the busses say red and blue route and then for the yellow it said museum??? It waisted so much of our time and the yellow route was not even worth the wait.
Everything was perfect and Goldentours is very welcoming. Stops are very easy to find

Nothing, considering that we waited 45 minutes on Friday, November 29, without a single bus from your company, even though several buses from other UP and off companies passed by. I should point out that I was at the right location, where Golden Tour was well signposted. What's more, this changed our entire stay because we had to take the metro for 2 days, incurring additional costs, and on top of that, they wouldn't refund us. Total rip-off.

The route was not as described and then we were told that the journey was being aborted, and that we had to get off and walk and they wouldn't be resuming the tour for several hours. We had 5 young children with us stuck in a very busy part of central London. So we didn't have a great experience because the experience didn't exist.
Having to wait over an hour for an orange bus and times of the buses we only managed to get one bus which spending £196 for 7 of us was not worth it. Very unhappy
The guide who explains the city's sights is incredible!

Mike made us happy. His explanation was great to understand and give lots of opps to take great photo. My family happy to enjoy the Christmas light. The meeting spoat was easy to find.
My wife and I are from Australia and we thoroughly enjoyed our open-top bus tour of the London Christmas Lights . The very comprehensive route around London covered a wonderful selection of illuminations and famous sights. A real highlight for us was our guide who joined us on the upper deck and gave us a brilliantly informed commrntary along the route. His sense of humour and interaction with the passengers was excellent. Well recommended.
It was a wonderful & awesome experience.
Tour well organize. Easy to booked
Really liked the informations that we got on the tour....was never boring.
The tour guide could not have put more into it she was first class .
