Blue route
Hop aboard the Blue Route for a dazzling Parisian adventure, where grand boulevards, iconic landmarks, and artistic treasures unfold before your eyes! Glide past the luxurious Printemps and Galerie Lafayette, marvel at the opulent Opéra Garnier, then cruise by the Louvre’s masterpieces and Notre Dame’s Gothic splendor.
Popular stops: Louvre Museum, Orsay Museum, Eiffel Tower
Seine River cruise
Hop on, sit back, and float through the heart of Paris like a baguette on a lazy afternoon. Glide under arched stone bridges, as the Eiffel Tower waves you off, while Notre Dame, Louvre, and Musée d’Orsay line up like gems on your river runway.
The route allowed us to see the top sights in 2 hours. The river cruise rounded off the experience. The frequency of the buses is very short and so there were no waiting times. However, we did not receive a map or the offer of headphones. 🎧 We used the app for the audio guide, but this was a bit cumbersome. It was also difficult to identify the route in the app. All in all, however, we received exactly the offer we were looking for.

The Eiffel Tower tour guide was excellent & a special mention to our guide "Hendrick" who was professional/ very informative & had a great sense of humour. I personally thought he helped to pass the time queing & made the whole experience a joy ***** 5 stars from me & my daughter. The hop on hop off Tootbus was again a great means to see all the treasures of Paris & with the audio information made it even better, again ***** 5 stars 👍 Thank you 🤩
Good experience, well planned route, friendly drivers

Great service and very easy to hop on and hop off and the cruise was awesome
Best decision we made. Saw a lot of Paris and you get off wherever you want. You get explanations everywhere thanks to the earpiece system and drivers super friendly and helpful. Too bad there was no Dutch among them.

Convenient for getting a first view of all major attractions and orienting yourself among the neighborhoods. Well maintained and punctual buses

Booking the Ttotbus and River cruise with Headout. O habe used Headout previously and again for my visit in Paris. My experience using Headout has always been pleasant.
Good tour - enjoyed overall - thank you. Didn't receive a confirmation email which very much spooked me in to thinking I had mis-booked or been scammed. The App is ok, but not brilliant. The QR code ticket made it easy and paperfree. The maps were good with the route on, but there are a few niggles where selecting the filters overhangs 80% of the screen space so you can't really see where you are. The buses were good but vary in quality - first one the audio guide didn't work properly - maybe the driver forgot to start. The USB sockets were very welcome but also didn't work on 2 out of 3 that we were on. Timings for the river cruise wasn't obvious to us, so we ended up missing it as we turned up at 18:00 on a beautiful summers day (which didn't feel an unreasonable time) so sadly we missed out on that. A route that went up to Montmatre/Sacre Couer/Moulin Rouge would also have been nice. Overall though, really good experience and thanks for accomodating us :)
Tour on 10 stages touching on the most important points in Paris. Ability to get on and off as many times as desired throughout the day Friendly staff, speaking English and clear in explanations. There are many buses and the wait was never long.

Generally a nice idea. But we couldn't use every bus. A lot of packaging waste because of the headphones. This could be solved differently. Only headphones with an aux connection can be used. The bus was dirty. The translation stuttered and the pitch was very unpleasant.

We have been using this opportunity for years to get to know the cities we visit. We really liked the explanation of the special features on this tour in understandable language. Furthermore, the routing and also the good entry and exit options at the sights. The staff were very helpful at all times

We used the german aufioguide and it seemed super artificial and the way the fact were told it also seemed unnatural. It would be nicer, if they just tell you the fact, without trying to sound like a friend.
Very often rotation of the buses every 10min. Also the electric buses were very comfortable without the sound of a diesel engine.
The Bus Tour was good, but we tought that we can make a Seine Bootstour too.... the Ticket choice was not clear.... very dissapointed for the price.
The city tour was very good. It makes you realize how close the sights are to each other. The only problem we had was finding the departure point. We wanted to get on at the Grand Palais. But we couldn't find a stop. I opened the help chat via the app. We then found out that the stop had been moved due to the national holiday tomorrow. We were then directed to the next one. All in all, however, it was very good and the Seine trip was also nice.

The tour itself was fine! Nobody can do anything about the heat on those days, but the air in the bus was really stuffy and certainly didn't have to be like that!
View original review in German
The waiting times for the bus and the times to reach the next destination were far too long due to the congestion problems in Paris.

All the top spots and frequent buses Just be careful about start time- first bus would have been 50 mins after stated start time- so walked to louve and got early one
A convenient way to visit Paris; especially in the great heat of the past few days. Bravo and Thank You. Stefano Maculotti and family

The courtesy of the bus drivers, always kind and attentive to the passengers. The itinerary that covered almost all the main points of 'interest. The very good app with the real-time location of the buses and directions to the nearest stop. I had already used Tootbus with satisfaction in Brussels, in Paris I had confirmation of the quality of the service: definitely better than the well-known competitor with the red buses.

...a great bargain if you upgrade your bus tour with a river cruise...if you've got the time expect a full day of touring...
Volume control of the audio guide broken. Too much music instead of information. Texts superficial and too little content. Good organization overall though.

not having to queue at the cash desk. nice cruise with good commentary. the bus was great for visiting from a great height.

The bus ride was all right except the volume control on the minijack system didn't work. Neither did I like the repeating and often belated messages on the loudspeaker about getting our cameras out because something great was about to appear. On the opposite end of the scale was the guide on the boat trip. She was outstanding!!!! Interchanging constantly between English and French, with solid information in a pleasant voice and the occasional funny remark all along the voyage. She spoke more or less constantly, byt not for one moment did we think it was too much or uninteresting. Impressive!
Good experience, this hop on hop off system allows you to visit the city over the course of a day, which is really appreciated when you're here for just a weekend. Explanations in the headphones in several languages and a version adapted for children, unfortunately a lot of music and the explanations start too quickly when the bus starts, we just had time to put on the headphones!

We saw so much. Everyone could just sit upstairs. There were plenty of buses! And especially the Eiffel Tower with the flashing lights was top notch. We got there just in time.

This what a really great way to visit all of the sites and learn more about the history of the city. There were multiple opportunities and multiple angles to take photos of landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower. It was lovely to be in the fresh air and have the perspective from the top of the bus. The sunset sites were spectacular. We would definitely recommend this to friends.
We did it as soon as we arrived in Paris, it was beautiful. He gave us a first look of many things, simple and short explanations, I found them adequate. Very nice. Absolutely to do it again

Everything was okay, except for the guide in the Tootbus in Italian: full of Bob Marley-esque songs and meaningless phrases that explained nothing about the city.

I really appreciated the fact that since the bus was overcrowded, the company did not hesitate for a moment to bring in another bus to give all passengers the opportunity to participate in the tour from the elevated floor of the bus so they could have a beautiful view of the city

It's a good trip to do. Sit and relax while the bus takes you through Paris. Due to summers and sun going down at 10pm only, half the tour is during doesn't give you the glimmering Paris experience. Just keep that in mind. That's something none of the tour operators can help with though :)
The tour was the highlight of our trip to Paris. What needs to be improved! A special meeting point is sent by email, with a link to Google Maps -- well done. However, the destination point is 300m away from the real point. This has caused unnecessary hectic. please adjust!

It was great, especially if you go with kids. We could see some of the main attractions and Paris at night is something special. Really worth doing this trip.
This trip was a complete waste of both time and money. We met up 30 minutes before, the guide rushed us up on the roof on an alrready crowded bus, while we continued to stay still for the next 50 minutes. The seats were wet, The tour had multiple stops, where we stood still for 20-30 minutes, without considering being stuck in traffic, which i dont blame you. Both the audio ports on the bus was broken. We ended up going downstairs after a while just to get audio since all the seats upstairs was taken. The trip overall was not worth it at all and i was really dissapointed as my girlfriend loves christmas and was really looking forward to this.
