- The buses are wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.
- Ramps and elevators are available on the buses for easy access.
- Your guide dogs are welcome on the buses.
- Your pets are welcome, as long as they’re safely secured in a suitable transport box and positioned near your knees.
- Infants under 4 years can travel for free, but a ticket is still required. It is recommended that they remain seated on the accompanying adult’s lap.
- You can use your tickets on any day before the tour date. However, just keep in mind that they cannot be redeemed if the first day of travel has already passed.
- Note: For the next three weeks, departures will be reduced to 4 cruises per day, seven days a week: 11:30am, 1:15pm, 3pm, 4:45pm
- You can cancel these tickets up to 24 hours before the experience begins and get a full refund.
