Honestly, the tour is definitely not worth the money!!! The bus was not on time, the team was incredibly rude and if you had seats downstairs, then the large windows are of no use if they are barely visible and the whole bus is fully lit!!!

Nothing in particular. But I did dislike the route that takes an inexplicable turn wasting almost half an hour around Termini station. Waiting for a bus 6 people got off but they did not let the 4 of us who were waiting get on. Without explanation and in very bad manners the controller inside the bus prevented us from accessing.

Many people in the queue even it was an hour before start. The bus was driven way to fast, no photo stops or any possibilities to get some beautiful snapshots at night. many many construction sites, so not much to see. Better you do the hop on hop off on day and visit sights by feet at night

It wasn't dark for the first half of the tour . "Plush" seats...R U kidding? Audio kept cutting off. I know traffic can't be helped but often we weren't anywhere near whatever the audio was talking about.

We really enjoyed the bus. It's the perfect way to see the city during summer if you don't want to walk too much.
The only thing we didn't understand was the routes available. On the app there seemed to be two routes the red and the purple, we did the red and wanted to do the purple but when we asked it didn't seem to be available.

It was a relaxing way to see many sights and orient ourselves in such a big city. The ability to get off to explore and pick up another bus to continue was so useful. Best views are upstairs but that can be hot!!

Nice bus tour. Only jam.er that there is not properly asngegeven how low the orange and blue tour start and wasr. We just missed it at Termini. The last bus of 17.05h was no longer an option for us unfortunately.
